If I'm checking the previous requests correctly, Sarzonia will end up being my inter-divisional rival; this is because Churchma-Voltronica is an inter, leaving Krytenia-Voltronica as an intra.

Well, there was a conflict where Churchma had two inter-divisional rivalry requests submitted; this was corrected when Churchma informed me via tg that he/she had a preference for the Cosumar rivalry being inter-divisional, which would make Churchma-Voltronica intra-divisional and therefore Voltronica-Krytenia inter-divisional and Krytenia-Sarzonia intra-divisional.

This all assumes that the division draw selection pots work out to allow this, of course. Remember, no two teams from the same selection pot can be in the same division, even if they do have an explicitly requested an intra-divisional rivalry. It is possible, depending on how the rankings post-BOI work out, that some people may be forced to drop a rivalry request altogether (if it happens that both their rivalry requests are in the same selection pot; in this case one can still be the inter-divisional rivalry, but the other will need to be dropped).

Remember, if a situation arises such that, because of these constraints, it is impossible to honor a rivalry request even with switching an inter-divisional rivalry to an intra-divisional rivalry (or vice-versa)--or you have explicitly requested that such a switch not be made--you will be given the opportunity to request (with mutual confirmation, of course) an alternate rival.

Finally, just a reminder that you have 3 days and eight hours to get in your rivalry requests as well as confirm any outstanding requests. Outstanding requests after the cutoff will be ignored. I will post a list of (and contact via TG) any individuals that have unresolvable rivalry-selection pot conflicts as described above within a couple of hours after the registration cutoff, so you will still have almost the full two days to work out any alternate rivalries.

The only delay will be if the rankings list is not updated by the registration cutoff, in which case I will be unable to determine the selection pots, especially for BoI participants or lower-ranking non-BoI participants whose rating coming in might be lower than that of someone who has just come out of the World Bowl.

I'm sure that makes sense. Unfortunately, not at 4am...so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I don't end up having to change.
