After the succesful 1st Bobsleigh World Championships, I decided to make a 2nd World Championship. But, now, Luge and Skeleton will be added.Meguroko hosted the first one. I also need host bids.

Host bid means submitting a proposal to have a nation be the host country of the tournament. For instance, in real life, countries submit bids to host the Olympics, or the World Cup. Then the committee who runs the tournament - or in this case, just one person (Meguroko), though he may allow other people to vote - votes on which proposal should win.

It would have been a good idea for Meguroko to ask entrants to make a roster of which events will be participated in. But alas, he did not - whoever hosts the tournament will.
