This is interesting, but I'd need someone to help me with results. I could just do the hosting, I suppose. My nation is large and stable, and we have large, clean cities, and "crime -especially youth related- is unknown" according to the nation page. As for descriptions of the cities, I have included them here: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=81271

I would nominate the cities of

They would share hosting responsibilities and they would take 1/4 of the spectators, relieving traffic and terrorist attempts. Our border control and security is top notch, as we have high military officials head the security. At the finals, we would have the First Division, the highest ranking unit in the military make sure things go smoothly and the host cities are far away from any troublesome regions, as well as the capital, which makes risk of terrorist attacks greatly reduced from the already near zero possibility. Our people take great pride in national sporting events as well as the stadiums in which they take place. Our facilities are state-of-the-art and we have great airports in all these cities making travel easy. Our people are very friendly and genuinely caring and they speak a number of languages fluently.
