OOC : Hey guys. I am new to this Sports RP'ing stuff, and so I was thinking that you guys could help me out with this.
I wish to start a Soccer League and have any interested person/entity applying for it.
We need atleast 8 clubs to begin, and an Administrator (who will be called The Chairman of The League to keep it in character.)

So. IC :

The Republic Of Arcquest and the Sports Committee has decided to hold an Annual Tournament in the Republic Of Arcquest. As we all know that Arcquest has a huge fan base for the sport, we wish to develop the game and our players so that they maybe of international repute.
The Republic Of Arcquest invites applications by any interested bidder to buy a team. The base price of a team starts from $10 million.
And keeping in mind that we wish to develop the skills of our players and provide them with exposure, it is mandatory to have atleast 2 Players Of Arcquestian Origin in the Starting XI.
