Hello. I am starting a college baseball league for all members of Nation States. If you want to join the league, just telegram me. Anyway, the teams I have right now are the Doofygoof Rockies, the Doofygoof State Uranies, the Banoia Lizards, the Banoia State Peacefuls, the Gradeland Protectors, and the Gradeland State Farmers. Oh, yeah, I forgot to tell you guys, you can only have two teams per nation. Also, when you telegram me, you can tell me the name of your team. Okay, well, I'll start the season next Wedesday, but the registration of a baseball team will end Monday. Acually, you guys better telegram my primary nation, Banoia. Okay? I'm so excited about the season. Also, it will be scorinated as the American League scores.

And other various collegiate basketball leagues have been held in the recent past
You have every right to start your own, but makes sure you know what you're doing.
You must have organization and scorination, among other things.
It is usually a good idea to enter in other well-established events before hosting your own to get a feel for what is required of hosting a successfull NS Sports event.
