So, here is the deal.

During the first GFL season, the host nation of Atruria was attacked by the evil forces of Gannon. Link and a talking Platypus named Squiggles went in to stop him, but it took some time and left the area in ruins. Thus a new sign up has been started for the GFL!

Please note that just like last time, "this is not a tournament between national teams, but a professional league more akin to those found in the Domestic American Football Leagues Newswire thread, with the sole exception that franchises will be fielded from across the world."

So for this thread, simply state that you are interesting in fielding a team, or if you plan on having more than one team, please state so.

So without further ado, let the sign ups begin!

Team Bio: Rikka Jaitala, is a wealthy merchant. The strange thing is, he is from nowhere near where the team he owns come from. He lives down in the capital, Esca - surrounded by wealth. Ebor, lives up in the north of the country, in the tundra and in the wastes. In the walled city, this is from the cold. Nothing else. The nation is cold, and very snowy, but Ebor is the absolute extreme. The pitch is normally totally iced over, the picture used, was from the hottest day, ever in Mytannion. The team isn't particularly offensive nor defensive, they seem to find the right balance, and are a good team.

Star Player: Rijad Bizumovic, is a tight-end. Who comes from the Northern City, born and bred. He is possibly the strongest player in the whole of Mytannion. He is known to charge through defences, with his head low, over the ball. And then uses some hard running.

The Oluja Stadion is in the far north of the nation, the pitch is permanently iced over. And snow falls 300 days a year, so that needs to be role-played as so. So please do role-play it as that.

Oh and seen as I'm one of the hosts (I'll be hosting one conference, GZ will be hosting the other). I wish to say, that if you are not going to RP, it isn't the greatest of ideas signing-up for this. My conference, will need a lot of RPing. And I will actively encourage RPing, with big bonuses for teams that do role-play. I shall be judging RP's on a scale of 1 to 5. One being for just getting up a post, getting progressively higher in terms of quality. Right upto five, which would be for a brilliant role-play, which is witty, creative and true to American Football rules etc

No, this is purely a sign-up thread. I've just posted what I have, because that was the teams I had entered for the first attempt at the GFL. Rosters will go in the RP & Scores thread. OOC chatter and such, will be kept...here.

GZ, I'm going to have to remove Thessia Airwaves and Esca Wolves. Because I won't be able to role-play all my teams, so could you remove them from the team list? I'll add one from my puppet though, Pontinur.
