I did it! Mount Maris are champions of the Mineral Conference after one season! Albeit it was a weaker conference missing its last champion, but it'll still look nice having an international conference title to go in the trophy case next to all the Super Twelve titles.

Aaaaand yup, Konigsberg collapsed just in time to not be conference champion.

Don't worry, you've been putting in decent RP effort. I'm sure those voting for non-champion playoff berths will give you a chance.

Let's see if the trend continues to follow that of Mississippi State and our defense crumbles at the thought of a triple-option offense...

I jest, but seriously... sometimes, it's really hard to watch our games.

Congrats to the other conference champs! Now it's on to the non conference schedule, and battling for the best playoff seeding.

Also, I'm having the rest of my top five recruits make their commitments sometime between this match day and the first non conference day. If anyone wants to try to win over one of the uncommitted ones, feel free to send me a TG about that. I'm also looking into starting a new storyline with Castle about Hazel Minett that will begin to explain the true nature of the Redvale. That's all I'm going to say, but I need like one other person to help with something in it. You can send me a TG about that if you're interested, too.

EDIT: Scratch that, I think I can get by with one of my puppets as the other nation

So I just realized I have a tough non-conference schedule. I play Univerisity of Konigsberg (8-2) first at home. Then I'm on a two-game road trip, one at Stoneshore College (7-3), and Woodlands Conference Champion Universite St. Croix (8-2).

Mine is easy. I face Drawk Corps (3-7) on the road, a 2-8 school at home, and Kaboom's school (4-6) at their place. I have a better record than any of them.
I don't know how long I'll be back, but I just thought I'd stop in and say hi, at least.

I was worried about facing Drawk Corps having read their bio, but now I'm most worried about the Angelwood-Aprilia game. That's the only one against a team with a better record than mine.

I may have the toughest Non-Conference Schedule but I'm not sure. I was looking forward to facing your team the most as the season progressed. Fortunately for me I face you at home.

Someday I'll actually put in a solid RP effort and make the Drawk Corps' bite match their bark :p

The NSCF has just always seemed to be in that in-between time where I just can't give it a good RP shot. That and I'm stuck in arguably the hardest conference, featuring Cos' schools and the Honu.

Imperial won their conference for the second year in a row. Their two losses came to a Naval Academy. Being an Army/Marine Academy, they won't take this well. The other conference winners put up slightly better numbers, so we're still underdogs in the playoffs. Too bad I can't get a non-conference game. But I can work up a story arc.

Non-Conference Week 1 cutoff will occur approximately 24 hours from this post. Weeks 2 and 3 will follow suit at the same time on Thursday and Sunday.

Also, this is your last chance to double-check the OP and make sure your games are listed.

I may not be in the NSCF this year... But we'll be back next time. Therefore, here is my 4th straight bid to host this game(I've won 2 of them).

Liberty Stadium: Istria, Moravica
Image

Capacity of 70,000.

IC information: This stadium hosted the NSCF 12 championship game and the NSCF 14 Championship game, where it was won by the hometown school of the University of Loyola-Istria. It is also the host of the Istria Lions, one of the most popular teams in the Banijan Gridiron Football League. The domed stadium is used to hosting big events, and as it proved two years, would love to host the NSCF once again. Of course, the stadium is located in the city of Istria, the same city where the defending NSCF 14 Champions Loyola-Istria play, though this stadium is located just 6 miles west of the University of Loyola-Istria campus.

No hard feelings friend, but I want to publicly state that I will never, ever again vote to hold the championship game in that cursed stadium. By the way, we still on for a non-conference game upon your return?

I honestly didn't think I would blow you out, but that it would be close instead. My next two opponents also won by large margins so those will most likely be very close.
