The NSCF Committee currently stands are follows:

Abanhfleft/Thereisnogodistan
Costa Aluria
Cosumar
Frenline Delpha
Osarius
Royal Kingdom of Quebec
Saintland/Free Republics
Valanora
Venta de la Mesilla

This list should include everybody who has scorinated games in Season 12 or has posted a roster and at least 1 RP in both Season 11 and Season 12.

Members of the Committee will have around 72 hours to send their votes, via TG, to NSCF regarding which 2 schools should receive the final spots in the playoffs and whom the host of the NSCF Final shall be. Only schools with an OSPI of .450 or higher are eligible. You may vote for your own school(s) and/or your own host bid.

For future reference, the following have posted a roster and at least 1 RP in Season 12:

Abanhfleft/Thereisnogodistan
Banija
Barunia
Costa Aluria
Cosumar
DBostick
Frenline Delpha
Japrola
Natanians and Nosts
Osarius
Royal Kingdom of Quebec
Saintland/Free Republics
The Isles of Azoria
The Sword Bloke
Valanora
Venta de la Mesilla

Additionally, the following have posted a roster for Season 12 and may still RP in Season 12 to obtain either committee membership or eligibility for committee membership if they post a roster and an RP in Season 13:

San Llera
United States of Devonta
West Guiana

EDIT 9/6/15: Adding Cosumar to the Committee and Saintland/Free Republics to the roster+RP list as both posted RPs for the first round of the playoffs. Cosumar now has the right to vote on any changes to the procedures that may come up before the end of non-conference play in Season 13 and on the awards for Season 12 (should we actually have nominees this time, that is).

Yes. The reference to "Seasons 10 and 11" was a copy-and-paste error and has been corrected. The Committee consists of everybody who has either A) entered a school in Season 12 and scorinated at least 1 game or B) posted a roster and an RP in Season 11 and Season 12.

The votes are in[/url]. Bowl game organizers should take note of the fact that they need to send out the invites for their bowls and that all 3 parties (both schools and the bowl game organizer) must confirm by the deadline (Sunday night's cutoff). Thereisnogodistan Community College and Raynor University are invited to the Pioneer Bowl and should not be invited to other bowls. The remainder of the bowl-eligible schools are eligible for invitation to any bowl game.

I would like to edit my bowl qualifications. I will be inviting the last two bowl eligible teams, as my current guidlines are not met.

The Lei Bowl would like to extend an invitation to Ramusok Capital University and Army Academy, as an extension of the NSCF 11 invitations to host the "best" offense versus the "best" defense.

Of bowl eligible teams, Ramusok Capital owns the highest per game average of points scored (at 32+ points per game) while Army Academy owns the lowest per game average of points allowed (at less than 8 points a game).

Both Karl Marx university and Queen's University are invited to the Snakeskin Wars Memorial Bowl, as both have the two lowest bowl-elligible OSPIs.

KMU accepts the invite.

Quick question: My proposed bowl does not appear in the list of proposed bowls. Does this mean the proposal was not accepted, or am I free to invite nations?

If the Frontier Bowl is permitted to go ahead, Ramusok Capital University and Farrer University are invited to participate.

You're free to invite any bowl eligible schools you want. I haven't updated that list in a while.

Since I wish to see as many bowl games as possible and since I don't feel like digging through the thread to find which bowls were proposed and which weren't, I'll even allow bowl games that were never proposed if they are confirmed by 2 eligible schools and an organizer before Sunday's cutoff.

Correct, with the obvious exception of bowl games involving my schools.

On that note, there's around 3 hours left to send and/or accept bowl nominations depending upon how long it takes me to scorinate the WBC's tonight. If you're in a bowl game or playoff game, that means you have at least 3 hours to RP, if you're so inclined.

Due to inability to find a third party scorinator for the St. Augustius-Utica game and the Lei Bowl between Army and Ramusok, all bowl games and Quarterfinal playoff games are delayed until Tuesday. The rest of the schedule will be pushed back accordingly. If you are interested in third party scorinating, please send a telegram to the NSCF nation or say so on this thread.

After 3 seasons as your Commissioner, I have decided to step aside. If you are interested in becoming the new NSCF Commissioner, please say so in this thread. If anyone's interested in nominating players for the NSCF Awards (so that we can actually have awards for the first time since Season 7), please do so in this thread as well.
