Wait. Hosting a tournament takes a lot of work so you need time to work out how best to do it, including working out how to award rp bonus'. Generally I would advise against making your own tournament and instead look to host an already running tournament, such as the baptism of fire.

One of the styles is marked as =1. Just using 1 2 etc will work, theres no need to add the +. Also, your cup will be awkwardly slanted with 3 teams in the semi-finals. Either add more teams or move two from first to second round.
