If a nation doesn't like Britonisea in IC, does this prevent Britonisea from getting votes on a bid for a tournament in OOC?

Not speaking for anybody else, but a nation's IC relations with my nation(s) is not something that is going to have any influence on which way I vote.

Same here, though if the bid isn't good, I'm not going to vote for it no matter what the IC relationship In fact, if the bid is of a high quality, I might actually be more likely to vote for it if I think the bids are equal, since it would provide more RP opportunities for me. Some of the best RPs I have had have been in tournaments hosted by Saintland and/or Free Republics because I had opportunities I wouldn't have had if not for the very antagonistic relationship between our countries IC-ly. That being said, this would only come into play if all bids were relatively equal in terms of everything else. It wouldn't elevate a lower quality bid over a better one. When I can't decide between two or more bids on quality alone, I choose whichever one will give me the best RP opportunities, and very often that is the one by the country I most despise IC-ly.

Edit: While the fact that I think poorly of a nation IC-ly does not mean I will think poorly of them OOC-ly, the reverse is not necessarily true. Considering we have literal Grammar Nazis Enforcement Officers who send people to Concentration Reeducation Camps when they misuse the English language, it makes perfect IC sense for us to think less of a nation who can't write a competent RP, assuming that RP is supposed to be representative of the way the people in that nation speak and/or write IC-ly. Poorly written bids and RPs would cause me to think less of a nation both IC-ly and OOC-ly, but for nations without literal Grammar Police arresting everyone who doesn't use proper English, it would probably only have an OOC effect.

It might in the case of the Bears' vote, if the situation were to arise... although Britonisea isn't actually on the Bears' current "dislike" list, anyhows.

I've only skim read it, but it looks fine to me. Note that you won't be put into the ongoing tournament, but the next one.

You don't have to update your squad as in, "it's a law", but it generally is appreciated. It's also a good way to incorporate a certain 'pace of time' into your RPs, as the UICA and the WC happen on a regular basis.

On the other hand, if your team is made up of immortal elves or monks in an ageless realm, you might not need to. It's up to you.

Even if the personnel themselves aren't updated, updates to information and other flavour is still appreciated. Time isn't static, even for non-humans.

But even then, people get hurt, or dropped for poor play, or executed (oh wait, that's just mine.) Though if you happen to play in a Dreamed Realm where you can't get hurt and your injuries magically heal themselves upon arrival, you don't have to worry about two of those three.

KPB is a rank specific to the football World Cup, nothing else.
