If you mean NSFS, the latest version can be found in Vephrall's signature. It would also appear to be working from me testing it. If you mean something else, explanation as to what it is would be useful.

Hey, I just had a question regarding football/soccer... I see there's the World Cup tournament, but is it possible for nations to play friendlies against one another?

Yes, during the Cup itself there are usually friendlies between nations. If you want to have tehm not during the World Cup, just ask people in the World Cup Disscussion Thread or in the single game thread.

Can Nations run their own national sporting league of a sport eg. The Example Of Example has their own Soccer/Football league each team is owned/run by different people and they may hire certain countries players for the league (providing the other country agrees to let them play club soccer/football) )

Hi Warkus,

Yep, nations can run their own national sporting league for a sport. Most players recommend using an scorinator like NSFootySim to generate national league results, because it's much easier. You can also take part in international domestic club competitions, like the TakilQuip Champions’ Cup, the Globe Cup, and the Series B Champions’ Cup.

National soccer sporting league results are posted in the International Domestic Soccer NewsWires Thread, to prevent clutter.

Player transfers between domestic soccer sides is generally done in the International Domestic Soccer Discussion thread.

Then this is the place to ask. If you have a question about how something works in Sports RP that isn't covered elsewhere, just let you question roam free in here and someone knowledgeable should answer it. If your question is about a specific sport, it may have an OOC discussion thread already, so look out for those, too.

does caring peace have a football team?

If you want it to have one, yes it does! You decide what kind of teams your country has, and what tournaments they enter. Keep an eye open for signup threads for a tournament that looks interesting.

I'd like to see a Track and Field competition amongst nations to be commenced, but I'm not entirely sure if there are any scorinators that can fairly allow individual and team PRs (Personal Records) and records to be broken. I'd like to be able to have a program that you can input team data and individual athlete data and it can tell you who wins in what event and what their time was (based on predetermined data sets).

Unfortunately, the very little programming I know does not allow me to do this. Does anyone know a program that can help me, or anyone who can write a program like that?

And if that one program on the front page works for this, I'll be openly embarrassed.

Welcome, and thanks for asking questions instead of just trying to start up! To answer your question, a program called xkoranate can scorinate Track and Field. However, I brought up this idea a few months ago, and received little interest. This isn't to discourage you, but to warn you that it may not work out as you hope.

We have Olympics, generally (nowadays) one set of Summer Games & one set of Winter Games per RL year: The next ones due, presuming that a suitable host volunteers, would be the 5th Winter Olympics...

Fixed for you.

In the future for changing your flag image (or any other saved image), just upload the new flag into the same file name, and overwrite it. Usually any pages linked to the old image will change to the new image, but not always.

Sorry about the change of topics here folks...

Fixed for you.

In the future for changing your flag image (or any other saved image), just upload the new flag into the same file name, and overwrite it. Usually any pages linked to the old image will change to the new image, but not always.

Sorry about the change of topics here folks...

Thank you so much! Although it didn't seem to change any of the pages it linked to... maybe it still needs to process?
