Cotdelapoms has recently sent a club to its' first international tournament and we would now like to send our national team to its first tournament as well. Our domestic leagues are strong but the Fédération de Football du Cotdelapoms feels our isolation from other nations is holding us back.

We would love to visit either potential host nation, but our vote is for Novikov.

After a lot of thinking Teroi withdraws it sign-up and it bid for the cup of peace. I am not very comfortable with hosting something that is basically a spin-off of the cup of harmony. We want to change to an RP based competition and remove the rank factor but we still fear that we will come under criticism for hosting still.

Nouvelle Francais and French Gottenland(puppet) would like to participate.

I'll sign up.

This is regrettable, but I understand. Thanks for settling the question of who will host so decisively.

Also. If it's alright with Vescia I would like to drop one of the puppets to make room for East Ying while keeping the 16-team setup. Perhaps French Gottenland? Although if we get another signup before this starts we could switch to an 18-team schedule (3 groups of 6). Depends on the interest level.

Oh, and since the BoF is currently up and running it shouldn't be too much longer before the CoP is too. Expect a more certain schedule as the BoF draws to a close. EDIT: Looks like the BoF is going to be done in about 9 days. Tentatively, that means that the CoP should be starting on the 25th of July. Should I make the RP thread or are you going to, Vescia?
