You may also include a style modifier for your team. This is a value between -5 and 5 that indicates how your team plays. -5 is very defensive, while 5 is very attacking. Any nation whose roster that does not include a style modifier will be assumed to want a neutral style modifier of 0.

Welcome to Sudilia!/Bienvenue au Sudille!

History: Sudilia is a nation to the north of The Pacific that is 2.5 million km2 (1) large in size, known for the temperate costs and the mountainous inland. Originally inhabited by the Sudi, who discovered Sudilia over 18,000 years ago, they lived in different parts of the northern regions until explorers from Gallia and Angshire came to explore and conquer the land in 1750. The east ended up being taken by the Franc and the central and west was taken by Angshire. Eventually in 1891, both Franc Sudille and Angshire Sudilia declared independence through war against the two nations and would eventually gain its official independence as a nation in 1900. While there was mainly the Sudi, Angshire, and Franc people living in Sudilia, the nation has grown steadily to accept immigrants from various countries, with Britzen and Tallian immigrants coming from Euroa to the south and east of the country, Quhah in the far southeast, Ibo immigrants from Arica to the Northwest, and Aesian immigrants such as the Yamoto, Jeong, Cog and Guang Tzu to the far west of Sudilia. Sudilia is mainly a liberal society of over 300 Million Sudilians where people have many freedoms and the economy runs strong to this day.

Geography and Climate: Sudilia is located in the northern region of The Pacific, which results in a climate that has somewhat hot and humid summers and very harsh winters. Temperate rainforests is mainly found in the eastern parts of Sudilia, as well as part of the northern coastline. Temperate deciduous forests are found in the inland and western parts of Sudilia, having changes throughout the year. Grasslands are found from the central part to the southwest of Sudilia. There are three mountains in Sudilia, the largest being the Thomas Reed Mountain (named after an explorer who climbed up and down the mountain with an expedition team) in the central region. To the northwest is the Robert J. Smith Mountain, and to the east between Batellereroi and Margis is the Dumont Mountain. These are some of the coldest regions of Sudilia, where the base is a Taiga and going up is a Tundra to eventually the Glasier peaks.

Culture: Sudilia is a nation that is mainly influenced by the native Sudi people, the Angshire and the Franc. Thus, information is mainly presented in English, French and Sudi, with English and French being the official languages of Sudilia. Although, given there are many immigrant groups in the country, there is also signage in German, Italian, Igbo, Arabic, Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean and Japanese. There is a wide variety of cuisines that people can enjoy in Sudilia, where many can find a restaurant that suits their tastes. While the culture is mainly influenced by Angshire, Franc and Sudi customs, there are a wide variety of other customs that reflect in the way of life and architecture of the buildings depending on the region one is visiting. Music here is mainly in English or French, but with the different immigrant groups, there are a wide variety of radio stations playing music in the aforementioned languages. Christianity is the official religion of Sudilia, with Protestantism being the main variety, with Catholicism being close by. There is Judaism and Islam existing as well, as is the Folk Religions of the Native Sudi and the Aesian groups. In the summer, people tend to dress relatively light to take on the hot and humid temperatures, but bundle up with jackets, scarves, gloves and caps or hoodies for the cold winters.

People: Sudilians are a very multicultural and mixed population, where approximately 50% of Sudilians are of mixed race (or Metis), About 25% are white, 15% are Native Sudi, 9% are Aesian and 1% are Arican. Sudilians are known to be very kind and cheerful people who are always more than happy to welcome visitors to their home and share food and interests with them. Many are highly educated, usually earning at least a Bachelor's Degree or a Trade Degree, speaking at least 2 languages. Many Sudilians are very outdoorsy people, enjoying the many natural beauties the country has to offer, and with the many options to exercise and the great food quality, many Sudilians are slim to fit in size, with obesity being very rare. The average Sudilian male is 1.80 m tall and the average Sudilian female is 1.65 m tall.

What to do: Sudilia is a massive country with many things to do. Some of these things to do include: Going to the beach, visiting a national park, going to intellectual parks to discuss a variety of topics, going to parties or clubs, going to conventions (from sci-fi, to anime, to gaming), visit cultural centers in different regions to learn firsthand the different cultures of the country, go to libraries, go to restaurants, go to indoor pools, and go to parks to play sports or have a picnic or to skate. Generally speaking, if there is an interest some visitors may have, there is probably a location in Sudilia that partakes in that interest.

Accomodations: Fans travelling from all over will be able to take plane or ship to the country and arrive to any of the hosting cities. There are hotels available not far from the stadiums, usually either a walk, bus ride, or metro ride will get them to the stadium quick. If coming from a different dimension, we do have aircrafts and busses designed to travel to a different dimension in order to pick up passengers of different varieties (thanks to the advances in Sudilian science and technology). Fans will go to different venues either through Plane, High-Speed Train, or Boat. Air Sudilia, of the Multiverse Airline Alliance, in particular will be the main airline transporting fans and players alike. From the hubs of Manchbury, Margis, Ponkuayrina, and Ashigatase, many planes will take fans to all the venues throughout the country.

The Republic of the United Marble Tribes's Football Association and National Team:

Marbleland Football Association (MFA) was first established in 1975, founded by Jonathan Curts and Jamie Oliver Donns. Its purpose is to bring up the spirit of football in Marblelanian culture.

Football has been around in Marbleland for centuries, first brought over by the foreigners, the locals instantly fall in love with the sport. Today, you can see children and adults of variety of races playing football in courts, stadiums or simply any open spaces.

The MFA Complex/ Headquarters was first established in 1980 in Maine after independence, since then, scouts have been going around the nation recruiting young and talented Marblelanians.

The first official team was formed in 1981 consisting of both young and old players. To improve quality, several overseas players of Marblelanian descend were called over to represent the team legally. These include Cole Atkins, Richard Harbour, Gideon Sutton, and Aziz Malek. Meanwhile, there has been a new surge of young idols sprouting around the nation, this include the later captain of Marblelanian team, Adi Malek; Raymond Bold, George Hatching, Jamie Watts, Simon McDonnell, Kieran Tys, Robbie Edwards, Jonathan and Ryan Cutting, Evan Smith, Eric Billings and many others.

Today, Marblelanian FC is a successful team with it entering IAC 25 in 2026. Its current team have numerous talents including Raja Matusaleh, Enoch Barack, Raymond and Kevin Mustard, Ethan Billings, Darren Rottingham, Edward Mills, Chris Pratt, Declan Law, Richard Wilkins, Joshua Howards, Jamal Marquez, Zack Wesley, John Leicester, Aznan Fariz and many others.

Formation 4-5-1 Attacking
A 4 man backline, 2 number 10s and wide midfielders offering support on the flanks. One striker constantly accompanied with the 2 attacking midfielders in attack and staying forward on defense, waiting for a quick counter attack. All of this is controlled by the engine man, the lone center midfielder. In this offensive formation, the center midfielder is the creative playmaker who controls the flow of the attack. Thus, the engine man is by far the most important position on the pitch.

Íerd Papiola has been selected for the center midfielder. He is a 26-year-old player from Coecria, the judicial capital and 2nd largest city in Pomachetti. By far Pomachetti's best soccer player, Íerd Papiola is expected to make an enormous impact on the outcome of the games.

Also making a name for himself in the Pomachetti soccer world is Seorgís Sarcisian. The 20-year-old young star from Cuscro whose been the star of the show in both domestic and international soccer. Story: The Fans
Chapter 1: Arrival

“Pacharahuall, Preyton-Two-One-Alpha, 25 kilometers north, altitude is 4,300m, inbound for landing.”

Flying on the Airbus A350 of Chetteir are about 400 Pomachettian football fans, eager to experience the magic of their first team’s first and last ever Baptism of Fire tournament. It is a special time for Pomachettians from all over the NationStates multiverse as this is not just the one and only Baptism of Fire, it is Pomachetti’s first ever international NationStates sports match. Because of this, swarms upon swarms of Pomachettians are making the trek over to Sudilia. To cope with the magnitude of Pomachettian sports fans, Pomachetti’s national airline, Chetteir, has put their entire fleet of multiverse capable Airbus A350s and a few more aircraft received from leases onto the routes to Sudilia where Pomachetti will be playing in. Many other airlines are also keen to profit from the competition, such as one of Pomachetti’s title sponsors: Creotos. Creotos had offered to transport the national team but were declined by the governing body of the national team, Camenn Secer na Pomachetti, instead opting to travel with the national airline, a gesture of patriotism.

Peryton-21A is one of the first flights to touch down in Pacharahuall ahead of Pomachetti’s debut match against the Russian Empire EHA. As Peryton-21A approaches Pacharahuall, so does the city itself. Those lucky enough to have booked a seat close to the window gaze in awe at the city of 3 million and-a-bit people. The landing into the airport is perfectly executed by the experienced captain Rostiérd Dabhcuoll, and the aircraft is quickly docked at the next available terminal to begin deboarding. The seatbelt sign disappears and the cabin crew give the signal for all the passengers to make their way out of the aircraft. Before you know it, nearly everyone is in the aisle retrieving their carry-on bags. Among those in the aisle, a tall, muscular man gets up to collect a black suitcase. The tall man is wearing a light hoodie in the Pomachetti colours. On the lower half, there are black tracksuit bottoms and a pair of trendy runners that just so happen to match the green on his hoodie. He has dirty blonde hair which complements his dark blue eyes. Below his smile, is a charming petite goatee. He is a strong man. He trains at the gym in the Gevadrán city centre. This is evident by the fact that there seemed to be mice bulging from under his sleeves. The man struggles at first to get his bag out of the overhead locker. But behind the man is a nanny travelling with two children, who offers some support.
“Do you need a hand with that?” politely asks the nanny.
“I’m alright, thanks,” replies the man.
The man, after fiddling around with his suitcase, finally gets it free. He is about to turn his back and proceed off the aircraft when one of the nanny’s kids calls to him:
“Wait, are you Púl Soenneogh?”

Púl is an intelligent man. Instead of waiting for an eternity in the check-in line to put a massive suitcase in the cargo hold of the aircraft, and then another eternity at the baggage conveyor belts waiting for his suitcase that never comes, he bought a smaller suitcase and optimised its space to carry it on with him. He bypasses the crowd of people waiting at the conveyer belt of never-ending bags, smirking to himself. He makes his way to the car rental area where he meets his best friend. Maoros Collón is a shorter guy compared to Púl. He has a modish buzz cut and brown eyes. He wore a white t-shirt with the national teams nickname, Na bhFoenne i Virdi, printed at the back. He too also wore trendy runners, but in black, with some blue jeans.
“Ay! My man!” Maoros is delighted with the sight of his friend.
“Great to see ya man! how’s it going in the big city?”
“Not too bad, you know. Mophto is ountech” [slang meaning excellent, similar to ‘class’ in Ireland]
“And the flight?”
“Cec [slang meaning horrible]. Babies crying all the way.”
Maoros had taken a flight with Creotos from Mophto, the capital city of Pomachetti. He arrived only about an hour and a half before Púl, but some troubles at baggage reclaim set him back about an entire hour. In the half an hour he had before Púl’s arrival he had already done all the paperwork and gotten the car keys. In fact, he literally just got them. Perfect timing.

Púl is a very friendly man. He and Maoros have been friends since junior school. Both have been part of the same friend group since senior school where they became friends with three others. Those other three were back where they all grew up, in the small province of Vedrán. Like Maoros, Púl left to go to work as a site engineer for a private-owned building company based in Gevadrán. The two friends go down to the parking lot and find their car, a navy SUV that will accompany all five of them.

Released earlier this week by the Marsonnian Football Association, the announcement comes as the nation seeks to make its debut on the international stage, with Marsonne having confirmed its participation in the 88th Baptism of Fire. To this end, 23 of the best players from the domestic league have been summoned for national duty.

Question marks surround goalkeeping, as a dearth of skill in the position domestically means Pierre Corneille finds himself between the sticks off the back of a shaky season with CF Thermidor. He is guarded, however, by a formidable pairing of centre-backs: Paul-Gustave Blot and Paul-Louis Fargeau, captains of Racing Sarlat and Club Mistral respectively. The further inclusions of Arsène Chaufourier and Alphonse Godefroy on either flank of the defensive line means three-quarters of Racing's backline is represented in Marsonne's starting lineup.

The central midfield pairing of Luc de la Motterouge and Antoine Ladmirault leaves much to be desired, their selection in the starting lineup likely coming only as a result of a litany of injuries to other midfielders towards the end of the domestic season. However, Jacky Le Cam's selection as Marsonne's 10 will have Marsonnian fans salivating, the lone representative from minnows Rheux having captained his team through a tantalising season replete with giant-slayings aplenty.

The national side will be borrowing both of CF Partisan's wingers: Jo Bonaventure on the left and Yvan Sarrault on the right. Both boasting electrifying pace and tremendous skill, they are expected to be star players for the team. Young pressing forward Guy de Fougerolles, fresh off the back of a 20 goal season with Thermidor, rounds off the lineup as its lone striker.

Eriadnian FA Logo and National Team Badge

First Steps for Eriadni!

The Headquarters of the Eriadnian Football Association have sprung to life this autumn, as the nation prepares not one, but two national teams for competition! Competing internationally for the first time since the 2020 IAFF World Cup, Eriadnians across the country are excited for the upcoming Baptism of Fire, as well as the TCB Kovatsk Cup 2026. The coincident scheduling has caused Eriadnian FA administrators and coaches an intense headache, but fans are overjoyed at the opportunity to watch their national teams take on both their region and the multiverse, all within the next few months. The EFA has announced the national teams in both competitions will each be composed of A and B list players, allowing for two balanced squads with a good mix of experienced and newer stars.

The requirement for two teams has also meant national players have increased opportunities for caps, with the nation's young stars particularly keen to don the black and green and leave their mark on history. From the urban villages and apartment blocks of Tiancheng, to sleepy rural hinterlands, the nation's players have risen to the top of a modest but intense national competition, representing their clubs across four professional leagues. With many of the national team playing in the Eriadni First League, fans and ultras are keenly watching to see any hints for upcoming league performances. The national government has thrown it's full support behind the national teams, encouraging the nation to support the squad in both competitions.

Sport, particularly football, has become a keystone Party and government policy as part of the revolutionary recreation campaigns, encouraging free-time, recreational pursuits and public health. The State Premier, in an interview with ETV, has expressed her firm and whole-hearted desire for this international season to encourage the people nationwide to participate in sports and has earmarked increased funding for both professional and community sports programs.

For now, all eyes are on the national teams as Eriadni once again has a tilt at international sporting glory. With a first and no-doubt challenging match against Serumpun in Sudilia, the team is hard at work preparing to play the football of their lives. Up the Eagles!

The country is scattered around 3 locations which make up each of the state that create the country. I wonder if there'll be at least one metro/tram system forming part of Tsamtin's public transport network that can rival the one in my hometown though...

Non-Football Telated: It's your first time where your nation appears in an international (or should I say, Multiversal) event! What is your nation like Geographically and Culturally? How are the people like? What are some neat fun facts about your nation people should know?

BoF 88 is starting in just a few days time, and as of right now (10th April) millions have departed the homeland and depart for Manchbury, including the young National Team.

For this tournament, the National Football Association (MFA) has chosed players between ages 16-30, to develop the youngsters and expose them to NS football, rather than just domestic tournaments. Unfortunately, the famous likes of the Marblelanian football legends, for instance, Raja Matusaleh and Enoch Barack will be out for sometime, leaving some fans disapointed. On the other hand, many are excited to see how our youth perform for this group stage.

Coach Joey Mulholland will be the official coach to take care of these newbies. Now let's head to our interview to ask him for a few words.

[Interview 1]

[Interviewer]: We are now live with Coach Mulholland, who will be coaching some rookies for the upcoming tournament. They just arrived a few hours ago and they had just settled in their hotels. Without further ado, let us welcome Coach Mulholland.

[Mulholland]: Hello, my fellow patriots, it's a pleasure, and an honour that I get to represent my country as a coach, once again, to compete in a new tournament, the 88th Baptism of Fire of Nationstates.

[Interviewer]: So, how was your trip from Marbleland to Manchbury?

[Mulholland]: Well, it was quite of a long trip, about 19 hours long, but now that we have arrived, and we have arrived, in our hotel rooms. The boys are taking a few hours of nap before dinner and training.

[Interviewer]: So, your first match will be against Bharatamandala's National Team. What are your thoughts about the opponent.

[Mulholland]: Umm, this is the first time, umm, we've ever face them, so... umm, I guess, don't, underestimate your opponents?

[Interviewer]: Good word of advice. So, what do you expect from the trainings later.

[Mulholland]: I hope the boys will just, get used to the environment, new environment, adjust, adjust in a few days, before the match, and get to know each other better, you know.

[Interviewer]: Any other words before we let go?

[Mulholland]: I just wanna say, that, I am grateful, once again, to be representing this country in the tournament, and yeah, I hope we may win, maybe, at least get to Quarters, hopefully.

For now, about 7 million have arrived in Manchbury, but there is only 90,000 spots in the stadium. The ultras will be arriving by tomorrow morning.

Bars and streets are also preparing for the tournament, and Ganzir as well. In occupied Ganzir, for the first time, bars and public spaces will be opened to both settlers and the Ganzirans. Ganzirans are also excited for their youngster, Cory Cohen, the first Ganziran and Jew to represent Marbleland in the tournament, which is a slightly controversial decision by the board due to ongoing events.

The Sponsors for the team is HydrO, a mineral water and bottle manufacturing company. They are also raising funds to help children in Ganzir and Arnor who lack sufficient water supply.

due to geopolitical tensions, terror attacks on the western coast, the Kashmir War, the Independence of Kashmir from the Pakistani Sultanate and Bharat, etc, etc. 

The National Football Team of Bharatamandala,  commonly referred as Bharat, has joined an international tournament after 12 whole years.

After 12 whole years, Bharat enters an official international Football tournament, with NEW YOUTH, NEW MANAGEMENT, in a NEW ERA. The Association of Football of Bharat, has been rebranded to The Bhartiya Board of Football. Alot of new young players, selected by the recruiters at the BBoF have selected a lot of new players to represent the team internationally, with well-known prodigy of Mumbai Chakras, Aryan Yadav, to make his international debut this year.

The first match of this tournament for the Blues will be against the team of Marbleland, nicknamed The Yellow Monkeys. Millions of fans have came to Sudilia to watch their nation play in the BoF, although there are much lower number of seats in the stadium than the fans. The fans of Goa F.C were surprised when they heard Antony, from their team, was playing in the national team. Why surprised? Their team was the 2nd lowest rank in the Rajaraja Trophy 2024-26. But ranks are useless. Experience, sportsmanship, and stamina matters. Which Antony from the team Goa F.C had.

How are the players feeling about the match?

When the team arrived at the airport, our news reporters asked them how they feeled about the match, their return to International Football, playing for the team, etc.

I've been captain before, so no nervousness, plus we've done way too much training before we even arrived. It's a first match, but don't underestimate what a first match could do to your ranking, so like I'm stressed, but I'm not stressed. Huh, but- what am I even saying.

Overview:
There’s no country called ‘Gwarkos’. It’s a historical name for Warkus, which is a nation that actually does exist, thank you very much. The team calling itself ‘Gwarkos’ seem to be a bunch of mythological mages from Warkusian folklore. The only problem is that we know most of them are fictional, legendary figures and the few that might've existed definitely didn’t have profound magical powers. Even if the myths are true, they should all be long dead by now. They’re not gods or anything, just folk heroes from a land where magic used to be a thing.

The team plays what some in their home region of Anaia would call post-football – an excessively cautious, dull style known for sideways passes, putting you to sleep and scoring very few goals (and often none at all!). That’s a very charitable way to describe this team not knowing how to play football. They’re fit, they’re strong, they’re fast but they don’t really know how to play and for some strange reason they’re convinced the objective of the game is to stop the other team from scoring. They don’t really get that you’re supposed to score more goals than their opponents, just that they’re supposed to protect their net.

No one really knows why they're here, who they really are or what their goals are. For now, at least. Some things will be revealed over the course of this Baptism of Fire, but it's unlikely that anyone - not even the players themselves - will find all the answers they're looking for.

A mythological Grand Mage (leader of the Royal Archmages) who overthrew the tyrannical Grand Mage Elffin Siarkol with the help of her husband Bran Kalon and other allies, including her childhood friend Llywela Blaidd. National Football Team preview

The tournament that trials the ability of a nation's football team; the Baptism of Fire approaches it's 88th iteration. Fans across many nations, many continents across the multiverse are tuning in to watch the final draws on live television in their comfy sofas, on their phones, on their smartwatches, ...even on their smart refrigerator screens? Wherever place had a touchscreen of some sort.

In more recent events. Understanding the mental situation of the players, Varnich Tolivau, the head coach of the national football team; accompanied by other notables, have began assisting the players in learning stress management knowing that in the following days, they are the sole faces of the homeland and the millions of fans who are willing to tune in.

Despite suffering a leg injury a few months back, the fan favourite is Freidyich Stevenau; who miraculously survived an (otherwise career ending) leg injury while tripping down the stairs. He is placed in the most advanced attacking position, like the sharp talons of an eagle. He is by far the rising star of the field, and he will be accompanied by another rising talent in the front. Placed side-by side in the center forward position is Rumlich Murdoch, who is contentious when it comes to the field.

Placed in the center middle is Viktor Sylvan, who recently turned 31 earlier this month. Being his team's most capable defender back in the SuperLiga, many say he's quite literally the "backbone" of the team, making sure ball would slip through as easily as the opposing team thinks. And Tol Vezien, placed in the left-wing back position; whose experience says it all about his role on the field. Among the outsiders is Kolinir Ambach. Although having his team in shambles after come in second-to-last place in the SuperLiga, his record is the most formidable among his team.

"Can Ambach manage to, at the very least, make a shaky comeback? Will Murdoch build on his triumph? Will Stevenau be able to secure the last goals and change the tide of the game?"
Television. Live broadcast. It is around 50 minutes into the live video and in a rather unexpected draw, the names of two peculiar nations make their mark on the fans minds...

DOYCHNYA -- THE KAISERS' SYNDICATES

Our team is approached by the Syndicates, a remarkably worthy opponent in various sporting events; yet again.

Gwarkos is no stranger to oddities, but the world’s recent developments are beyond belief. A team of powerful mages, from different time periods, has been assembled (through magic or some other means) in the Gwarkosian throne room. They had recently spent the last several hours of their lives being compelled to play a game known as ‘football’ against several different futuristic football teams. Most of these football teams were playing on behalf of nations that the players had never even heard of before. This newly assembled Gwarkos team is composed of the greatest mages in history – the world’s smartest, most creative and powerful minds, so this all came as quite a shock to them.

It was only now that any of them had time to think about their peculiar situation. They had spent the CAFA Cup waking up in the middle of a football stadium, playing a game, and then immediately losing consciousness after the game was over. Fourteen times in a row. Whatever power had brought them back now seems to be allowing them to do something other than kick a ball around.

The players ended up spending an hour or so chatting with each other. They nearly came to blows a few times, as many of them distinctly remember killed or being killed by other players. Kreiddylad Kalon killed Elffin Siakrol in an epic duel, Bran Kalon drove a crystal sword through Gwawl Siarkol’s chest, Arawn doomed Gwern Kalon to a watery grave and… You get the picture. It doesn’t help that the mages here are, well… Mages. It’s not totally unreasonable to assume that one of them must be pulling the strings here. But their bickering was interrupted by a strange device – a grey box with a bright screen flickering on. This device had a series of black leads shooting out the back of it and into the wall behind it. The grey box sat on the throne, as if it were a sentient being declaring itself King, as a message appeared on its bright screen. The players felt compelled to read this message, even the otherwise aloof ones like Elffin.

“Greetings. I am the one responsible for all this. No, I am NOT the box that you are reading this message on. I am using this computer to communicate with you.

I have no intention of explaining how or why I brought you all here, at least not with anywhere the level of detail you want.

I brought you here to win the World Cup. That is your objective from now on. I assure you that you will all be laid to rest, once and for all, the moment you succeed. That is, if you succeed. If your performance in the CAFA Cup is any indication… It’ll take time. Multiple attempts, at least. Possibly hundreds.

Previously, I made sure you only remained conscious during the matches, but I’ve come to learn that the best teams have what are called ‘arcs’. They have stories, narratives to tell about themselves and their road to winning the World Cup. You all have stories, but those stories are a little, well… Outdated. Every Warkusian child has been hearing about you guys for centuries now. Go make some new stories. Try to figure out my identity, attempt to find a way to escape your fate, forge new relationships or mend old ones… It’s up to you. I’m happy to give you all free reign to do as you please.
There are some conditions, however:

1. Do not attempt to kill each other. I know some of you have murdered each other in the past and are probably itching at the chance to kill again, but… Don’t. You will not succeed. I will make sure of that.
2. Do not attempt to wreak havoc on the rest of the multiverse. No overthrowing governments, installing yourselves as monarchs, or using your magic to harm others.
3. Make a genuine effort to win each and every football game. Study the game, use magic, whatever. I care about winning, not about how you win. You can start by winning the Baptism of Fire.

Drawing Draws of Draw drawing Draws

The match between BHR ( Bharat ) and UMT ( United Marble Tribes ) ended in a 3-3 draw last minute just before Marbleland would've won, which fortunately, but somewhat unfortunately due to lack of a win, the match ended in a draw between the two teams. This match was the first match of the tournament. And the first draw as well.

The match started off with mostly running in the first minutes. The players playing were the usual XI of course. Although the MFA might be a bit younger than the OG Bhartiya Football Association, they are still a praised and well-developed football association. The first attempt for a goal was from Marbleland's National Team Right Wing, Liam Edwards in the 12th minute of the match, though Sanjay was able to catch the ball before it passed the net. There were signs in the crowd saying "YELLOW MONKEYS FRVR <3" or "Came all the way from Marbleland to Sudilia to watch the greatest team on Earth!". While on another side, signs with "We came empty-handed, but will return with the trophy?" or maybe sometimes "Hamara Bharat Mahan". The stadium was filled with chants of "Yellow Monkeys" or "Blues" or maybe sometimes the name of players. Bhartiya Fans were eating samosas and vadas they had bought from stalls outside the stadium ran by Bhartiyas.

The first actual goal happened in about 20 minutes into the match by Marbleland's Left Wing Edward Mills when Liam stole the ball from Aryan Yadav and passed it to Edward, and then the first goal of the match.

The second goal was by the Blues when RLNM ( R. Laxminarayanam ) ran forward towards the goalpost when Antony and Anish were passing the ball between each other repetitively, and Antony passing to RLNM. RLNM, ran past the defenders, and kicked the ball into the goalpost.

The third goal was scored by Marbleland's Central Midfielder, Richard Wilkins. The ball was in control of Aarav, however Simon Hart slided to steal the ball, and passed it to Liam Edwards. Liam was in the middle of the goalpost side of the field, so to save the ball, he passed it to Jamal. Jamal running through, passed the ball to Richard on the other side, who shot the ball to score a goal.

The fourth goal was also by Bharat, by Aditya. When Joshua Howards almost was getting close to the goalpost, the ball was stolen by Tahidul, who then passed to Raghav, who took the ball towards the midfield. As Marblelanian midfielders were trying to steal the ball, Raghav passed it to Aditya. Aditya ran past midfielders and passed to RLNM. Since Joseph King thought RLNM was about to shoot, he ran towards him, but LNM passed the ball to Aditya, who then shot the ball into the post and scored a goal.

The fifth goal by Jamal. Jamal had control of the ball, and was passing in a triangle pattern between him, Simon and Edward Mills. When Edward got close to the goalpost, he passed the ball to Jamal. Jamal ran through and shot the ball to make the scores 2-3.

It was the last 10 minutes of the match

The stadium was mostly silent. While Daniel Nottingwood had control of the ball, Samuel suddenly stole the ball and ran towards Marbleland's goalpost. He passed the ball to Aditya, who then passed it to Anish. As the Marblelanians were getting close, Anish passed it to Antony. The 2 last minutes of the game, Antony shot the ball and succeded. Making the match scores 3-3, a tie.

"Probably should've expected a draw considering both are teams are made up of mostly youth and have alot of experience, and are good players" said Sanjay in a face. "Was a good match, I enjoyed it"

[Interviewer]: Well, quite an outstanding game for the youngsters, although it may be not the result we might be expecting, but let us welcome the Marblelanian Squad's Captain, Richard Wilkins, turning 26 this year. How are you, cap?

[Wilkins]: Oh, I'm doing fine, thank you. Just had a some training earlier.

[Interviewer]: So what do you think about the match last night.

[Wilkins]: Oh, it was spectacular, our ultras did our job, which gave us the spirit, just we did a terrible mistake at the last minutes of the game.

[Interviewer]: Don't worry 'bout that, son, people make mistakes all the time. Well, but, the fans are quite proud of you though, including those back at home.

[Wilkins]: Oh yes, my neighbourhood always provide me support.

[Interviewer]: So, how do you think of your team?

[Wilkins]: I mean, they are quite good, quite supportive, we have really good chemistry with each other, even the newbies, despite of our respective political and ethnical backgrounds.

[Interviewer]: Unity is Strength.

[Wilkins]: Diversity is also our strength.

[Interviewer]: Umm.... Any other words, anything you wanna say about the next game?

[Wilkins]: Uhh, I guess, we just need to keep up with the same momentum, work as a team, strive together as a team. We just need to keep with our chemistry, and put our egos aside, I guess.

[Interviewer]: Well, I guess that's all the time we have for now. Thanks Richie!

The Marblelanian people

There are over 1.5 billion Marblelanians living in The Republic of the United Marble Tribes.

Marbleland is a diverse nation, made of people of numerous races, due to it's long history and richness in culure. Though a small minority of the population are indigenous, they are widely respected. The majority are the orang Puteh, or the whites, while others are Arabs, Asians, Indians, Jews and Ganzarians.

The Marble Monkeys Fanclub!

The Marbleland FC have a whole big official fangroup (which you can register yourself as one online). Basically, the fangroup is made of fans internationally who support Marbleland or Marblelanian teams during international tournaments. They are a loud and chaotic group, made of Marblelanians of different races. You are welcomed too!

Marbleland's Ultras
Marbleland's Ultras, also known as the Yellows' Brigade, are part of the fanclub, they are basically a group of passionate fans who would regularly go for international matches to support their team, no matter the weather. There are currently 12 million registered and a total of 34 million, including those un-official members. Normally, they will usually be the ones turning up with banners, smokes and pyros, and tifos sometimes. The Marblelanian Ultras may be intimidating to opponents sometimes. To join, you must be able to attend all Marblelanian matches unless allowed to retire, and must be Marblelanian and score a minimum A in an extensive Marblelanian History Test.

Back in Sudilia, about 19 million fans have gathered for the next match while approximately 830 million would be watching live on TV in the mainland and 1.47 billion universe-wide.

For now, about 5 million have gathered outside Stadio Giovanni di Pietro, some waving pyros.

Now, we will hear a few words from team coach, Joey Mulholland.

[Interview 3]
[Interviewer]: So, Coach Mulholland, can you brief us about your game plan?

[Mulholland]: Umm, we will do some quick passing and some high pressure football. I hope the kids will work together and enjoy their time out there, and throughout this experience, I mean, tournament.

[Interviewer]: Uh, do you think your players are ready for the next big test?

[Mulholland]: I don't know what to expect as this is the first time we would be facing, umm, umm-, Kendoria, but, I think as long as our boys play beautiful football, all should workout.

Good morning dahlings... how are y'all doing today? I just wanted to tell y'all 'bout how me and my teammates felt after that 2-2 tie with Kendoria and it's... pretty uplifting to say the least 'cos I've heard some fans of all nationalities cheering from deep within their hearts... and ESPECIALLY after the chaotic-ass events that led to some starters from BOTH our side AND the opponents' side either withdrawing as a consequence of injuries or getting red-carded out of Bao Yi over some misconduct (even after Aaliyah and Mustafa had scored Tomerion a few goals to match them with Kendoria's count with Chandni just about to score a goal at the 90-minute mark)... and speaking of Kendoria WHY TF DIDN'T THEY PUBLICLY RELEASE THEIR OWN NATIONAL TEAM INFO ONTO THE NSWC DATABASE UNTIL AFTER OUR MATCH WITH THEM HAD ENDED? LMAO

Anyway... I digress. 'Cos last night really felt a bit more like a struggle than everyone in my team would've expected (even with me subbing for Kelis after they withdrew due to a knee injury), BUT... thanks to advice from both Ms Kardashian and Ms Ouyang we've decided to do a couple of things (which are a bit too long to mention here lol) that'd smarten our team soccer practice up before our match with the Blues of Bharatamandala... (but before that the high speed train we've been riding from Tsamtin will have to reach Botes)

And to add more of the "interesting" factor about my home nation of Tomerion rivaling Sudilia in multiculturalism (with four official languages including Japanese + at least 30 recognized minority languages per state ranging from German to Nahuatl, from Esperanto to Basque, from Arabic to Hebrew, heck... even Quenya and Dothraki ), well... everyone in Tomerion (and their mothers' gay cousins, for that matter) be celebrating the Songkran festival atm with all the usual water fights and sandcastles and scheiße, and my team will even be hosting a Songkran-themed party in Margis featuring that very stuff after our match with the Yellow Monkeys of Marbleland there (and guess what? everyone in that team's been invited too thanks to our manager @kaoricj so ).

HENNYWAY... if you're a hardcore soccer fan who's currently stationed in Botes then I hope to see y'all soon, and I'll leave you with a pic of me from while I was taking a walk with my dogs in the park right next to our hostel in Tsamtin the morning before our match with the Kendorian national team.
