2024 TWI INTERNATIONAL BASKETBALL LEAGUE
Get ready for the annual Isles International Basketball League competition of 2024! The planning for the event has started, and this OOC thread is dedicated to both the planning and posting match results.
Ideally, the competition will feature 32 participating nations, divided into 8 groups of 4 teams. The group stage will use a round-robin format, with the top 2 teams from each group advancing to the Round of 16. The knockout round will follow a single-elimination format, consisting of the Round of 16, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Finals. Each team will compete against opponent teams once in each round.
Note: The tournament will exactly start in the 21th of July, although may be delayed depending on the number of teams participating. LeagueSimulator is also used to simulate each game.
