That's the first of three scorinator releases I know of this month, with NSFS 3 coming from Vephrall and xkoranate 0.3 coming from Commerce Heights in a matter of days.
Questions and comments welcome.

I've downloaded the excel file. Now, when I do what the helpfile says, I get a bunch of #REF's all over the place instead of teams and results. Only the non-pool games are working... I entered stats, teams, and RP Bonuses already.

It's annoying me as well. I'm going to remove the link to the Excel version of Miscellanator for now, as I haven't yet been able to solve the puzzle of how the export is messed up. Thank you to everyone who has reported the issues.

My most recent test with 80 teams, style ratings between +2 and -2, and team ranks between 0 and 60 on maxpoints of 60, yielded exactly two teams that attained even four runs per game average. Using sixteen teams of varied ranks with a style of zero, none attained an average of three runs per game.

Will look into that. I must admit I haven't tested the baseball scores as extensively as the football ones, so it's quite possible something's off in my formula.
Expect both the NSFS3 user guide and (probably) the first patch sometime this weekend, most likely Sunday.

A good one, in my opinion, would have to include moves, would have to know which moves are capture moves, which pieces can move where, where everything else is on the board, report each move (for double-checking), and determine a winner correctly.
Daunting, to say the least. If we have crazy geeked up programmers who can do it, I'd given 'em $100 dollars.
Not really, but I'd be really surprised.

As Tarrentum mentioned, chess sounds almost impossibly complex, at least for Excel. Perhaps when/if Babbage can return to less serious pursuits, we might see that as an element of Miscellanator.
