Nini Johnsilvaturr accepts UrGa's invitation to their private test session.

Twenty-three days. It had been twenty-three days since Nini had her falling out with Tati. The first few days of those twenty-three were spent validating her own misguided anger against Tati. The next few were spent crying over spilt milk. After that... nothing. Nothing of note happened. Her weeks doing nothing at home felt... tranquil. It was as if time had stopped and she was the only one who didn't. Nini never really went out with anyone — not that she had any options, and she wouldn't have had it any other way. This hermit-like lifestyle made Nini feel almost content in a sense.

While Nini spent most of her time at home, scrolling through the internet, she didn't make herself a complete recluse. She took the time to reconnect with her ex-classmates she was friends with and grow closer to them, and what not a better way to do that by playing Mario Kart! Nini never had this much fun with anyone in such a long time! She was glad she had the opportunity to hang out with them. If she hadn't broken off with Tati, who knows if she would get back the opportunity...

Fuck, stop thinking about her for like one minute already, Nini. Regain your composure! Nini mentally berated herself. Even with all the fun she had, Nini couldn't help but feel a bit conflicted. She never responded to Tati's messages thinking Tati hated her. After all, Tati might have realised just how mean Nini was as a person and figured she didn't need a friend like that. Then again, Tati was no different either. The insults Tati and Nini would send to each other was as if they were playing ping-pong: I insult you, you talk shit about me back. We get pissed, don't talk, kiss, and make up.

It always felt like, however, that Nini was the one doing the heavy lifting in their friendship. If they argued, Nini would initiate the conversation to clear the air. If Tati was sad, Nini would do anything to make her happy. Hell, Nini even took the time to plan all of Tati's previous four birthday parties! What has Tati done for her in return? Well, insult her for her lack of brain smarts, or tease her for being a Bratz. Whatever Nini did, Tati would take, but there was no giving back of anything in Nini's perspective. All Tati sent her was more insecurities and reasons to cry in bed. It was almost as if Nini's love and genuine affected was being taken advantage of, and she hated it.

"That's right! Tati has repaid your kindness with nothing! Nothing! You really think that someone like her will change once you forgive her?"

"But I-I feel that... that there's more to her than that..."

"Bullshit. She's not the victim you think she is. You're the victim! You've been taking the brunt of every single thing she's said to you. You need a break!"

"She probably really doesn't mean it though. I mean, the way she sounded that day seemed like she was genuinely apologetic for what she's said..."

"Don't gaslight yourself. She's done nothing for you. She cares naught. You had all that pent-up anger and frustration in you, and you rightfully let it all out on her. The final step is to leave her completely."

"Well, that's too extreme, no? I mean, didn't she bake you a birthday cake last year when no one else remembered? Or the times she would listen to you when you had a hard time? Weren't they all— argh, I can't take it anymore!" In a fit of frustrated rage, Nini stabbed the potato she'd been cutting for lunch. The poor potato made a squelch upon being stabbed. Nini held the knife in place for a hot minute, a psychotic look on her face.

Nini was talking to herself again. She couldn't take it anymore. She didn't want to harbour any thought about Tati anymore. Every single day Nini would have all these internal conversations and not a single resolution would be reached. Each side was arguing to a wall, with them unwilling to hear the other side out. She could never decide whether Tati was a heartless bitch who only sought to belittle her, or someone who was way too blunt with her words but meant no harm. Why did arguments always have to be so black-and-white? Why was Nini overthinking so much?

"I don't wanna think about her anymore... she's stressing me out too much... I just wanna enjoy my life..." Nini mused. She continued to slice the potato she'd mercilessly violated. Nini looked at the fresh vegetables that lay in the basket beside her.

Am I even cooking potato salad right...? Uncle did say to cut the potato, right? Nini questioned herself. She never was a cook, and since Tati never came by her house and her uncle was always out, she had to make do with her shitty concoctions. She vomited almost everyday.

Nini continued to prepare the salad when she heard vibrations. Her phone was ringing.

"Yo, where are you? I'm at the cafe!" Oh shit.

"Oh no,, I'm so sorry Kane, I totally forgot! I'll be there in like, fifteen minutes tops!" Nini frantically apologised as she rushed back to her room to get changed. Kane was one of her ex-classmates and a close friend back when she was schooling, and they'd arranged a meet-up session at the nearby cafe just to reconnect. She hadn't seen him since he turned 13— five whole years! She was curious how he looked like in person. She still remembered how he looked like before she dropped out. He was your average lanky boy with messy long hair and a missing tooth. Over the years, puberty must have hit him like a truck so Nini was sure he looked nothing like that. His social media posts made him look quite flattering. He looked like a high-school sweetheart: slim body, some muscle definition, long, slick blonde hair, and a bright, warm smile. She was sure that he was quite popular in school, but she never spoke to any of her ex-schoolmates so she wouldn't know.

"Let's see what I have..." Nini muttered to herself as she looked at her closet. She prided herself in having a passable fashion sense, but since she was in a hurry, she simply put on any clothing that remotely looked anywhere decent together: a pink crop top, a khaki skirt and mouse-themed slippers. She tied her long brown hair into a bun and placked on a bright blue bowtie on it. After a quick makeover, Nini looked into the mirror.

Bleurgh. Not the best I've dressed, that's for sure. she thought as she rushed out of her home and made a beeline for the cafe a few blocks away.

Soon enough, Nini made it to the storefront where Kane was looking at the menu. She snuck up behind him, preparing to scare him.

"Kane! It's been so long!" the brunette chirped while wrapping her arms around Kane. Kane, surprised at her sudden entrance and hug, jolted in his spot. When Nini let go of her embrace, he turned around, and upon seeing who'd startled him, the shock on his face gave way to joy.

"Woah, you scared me! Maybe let me know before you hug me?" Kane jested, crossing his arms in faux anger. Nini had to say, he looked far better in real life without the filters he used in his pictures. He looked… cute. He definitely had a glow-up. Who’d know the lame guy in school would turn out like him? She bet he had a lot of secret lovers…

…not that she was a fan of that idea.

"Oops, sorry..." Nini replied in a cutesy manner as she jokingly pouted and put her fingers together. Kane swore his heart fluttered when she did that, for a second.

"Hey, I'm just joking, alright?" Kane reassured, "Anyways, we should go find a seat before none are left. Let's go!" Dragging Nini's hand, the boy manouevred the crowded cafe and brought her up the stairs to a relatively quiet spot. Most people at the cafe were only there for a quick bite or drink, and so never bothered to go to the upper floor. Once they settled at a table, Kane and Nini began to indulge themselves in a conversation.

“How’s everyone been when I was away?”

“Has Mdm Linda remarried already? She was on her fifth boyfriend when I left.”

“Is Louise doing fine? What, she’s pregnant?! Louise?”

“So, remember my beef with Alicia? Does she still hate me? She’s jealous of me? Heh, look at her.”

The conversation they had was just Nini catching about the five years of school she’d missed. Those five years of Nini winning Mario Kart Championship after Mario Kart Championship and becoming something of an internet personality were definitely years she had her most fun, sure. Her school days weren’t all that entertaining. She never really had any friends other than Kane and co since others were too preoccupied in making fun of her for being a Bratz or being a gamer. When she became famous amongst Jonjo youths, however, the same people who belittled her were the ones to crawl back to her, talking about how they really liked her back at school and were “apologetic” for their words back then. Whenever Nini received a text like that, she’d merely laugh at her phone and say that she’d “consider” it, and by “considering it” she meant ghosting them forever. In a way, she was thankful for the likes of Kane and her friend group for keeping it real and being by her side throughout. Could the same be said for a certain someone though…

Don’t think about her! This is supposed to be a fun reunion! Nini reminded herself. She was snapped out of her thoughts when Kane said that he was going to place their orders.

“Whaddya want?” he inquired.

“Hm, just a matcha frappe– oh,” Nini was about to complete her sentence with a ‘Thanks!’, but something caught her eye. Oo, look at his midriff, those abs. Or those toned, muscular arms. Kane was wearing a sleeveless crop-top that displayed his six packs and arms. Nini had only noticed that then, but when she did she ogled hard at them for a good minute.

“A-anything wrong? Did I dirty myself?” Kane asked frantically as an exasperated look filled his face. He brushed whatever dust and dirt there was on his shirt and abs (there were none), and that gave Nini a good view of his forearms.

Oh my god, veiny forearms.

Having not received a response, Kane reworded his question.

“Uh, I guess I’ll go place our orders?”

“I love matcha frappes,” Kane’s words didn’t register in Nini’s head, and that was the response her brain thought was worthy enough to answer with.

“Alright, I won't take too long!” Kane cheerfully chirped as he waved at Nini and made his way to the counter downstairs. Nini, on the other hand, could not tear her eyes off her ex-classmate, and when he went to order their drinks she got herself a really good view of his ass.

That is the most magnificent manbutt I’ve seen. Wow. Nini thought. She’d never seen a more voluptuous, well-shaped ass on a man before. Look at the curvature! She bet it had the right balance of muscle and fat: soft enough to squish, hard enough to feel the muscle…

Nini was, for the first time, enamoured with a boy’s ass.

Fuck, this is so embarrassing of me. she thought. Then again, who wouldn't fall in love with that succulent dumpy? It looked like a fruit. A ripe fruit, fit for–

She was going to far with her thoughts, wasn’t she?

Nini tried to distract herself by looking out the window.

When Kane came back with the drinks, they started talking a bit more about their lives. Well, it was more of Kane talking about his life. Nini was too busy staring awestruck at his face.

Oo, sharp jawline. Wait, his nose bridge. That’s sexy… those eyes… beautiful. He was perfect. Perfect. Everything, down to the last minute detail. Nothing is as good as that ass though… I’m not a simp. Definitely, no.

“... and he was like, ‘No, I didn’t do it.’ Stupid as hell, right?” Kane relayed another school incident to Nini.

“Do you work out?” was the only thing she said.

“Pardon?” Kane was surprised at her unrelated question, “I mean, yeah, I do calisthenics, but why’d you ask?” That was when Nini realised she was paying absolutely zero attention to what Kane was saying, and now she seemed like a fool. But when she heard the word “calisthenics”...

“Wait, you do calisthenics? I do too!” Nini excitedly piped, “Oh my gosh, uhh, well, you know, we could… how do I phrase it… exercise together, maybe? Heh…” Her tone quickly became one of shyness. She could feel her cheeks blush in embarrassment.

Nini, what on earth is wrong with you? Are you falling for a guy because he has a perfect ass? And inviting him to your house alone? Don’t you see the implications of that? Nini could hear – no, sense – her conscience scolding her, and it was right. However, Nini, being Nini, ignored her brain trying to force some logic back in her.

Nini had to admit it: she just wanted to see his beautiful butt in a private setting.

“Exercise together? Well…” Kane finally spoke up and Nini’s ears were perked, “College is coming up, so I really don’t know if I’ll be in Caratland all the time. Though, when I have the time, I’ll definitely try to make time for you. I’ll even bring some of our classmates along!” He said with a bright smile.

Classmates…?

No, it had to be him and her only.

It wasn’t even as if she hated her classmates. She just… felt shy exercising in front of a lot of people. That’s it! That’s definitely the reason all right. It wasn’t because she wanted his ass for herself only, no…

“Classmates? Well, I mean, uhh…” Nini’s voice trailed off as she struggled to complete her line of thought.

“Why not? It’s more fun with friends,” Kane explained, “Besides, only the both of us would be, ehh, awkward…?” He looked to his side meekly, a small blush forming.

Was… was he shy?

Nini wanted to squish his cheeks. Wanted to say that it was alright even if it was only the both of them. Wanted to say that she would make him feel safe. But why? Why was she willing to go to lengths if it meant she could have him for herself? Breaking the silence, Kane asked if she wanted to go somewhere else.

“We’ve been here for a while now. Reckon we could go to the park?” Kane suggested, “You said you wanted to.”

“Oh, right! It’s going to be sunset soon,” Nini said, “We should totally check it out! It’s spectacular, trust me!” Before Kane could formulate a response, he found himself being pulled by the hand by Nini, who had her half-drank matcha frappe on her other hand.

“Let’s go!” she excitedly squeaked as a broad grin formed on her face.

She looks cute when she smiles like that. Kane thought to himself.

Meanwhile, a girl who was sitting a few tables apart saw everything that had transpired at the table. She saw how Nini would stare at Kane, how she’d trip over her words because she was shy. She was never shy around her. She never expressed those emotions around her. She became a completely new person when she was with him.

That only meant one thing.

“She’s replacing me.”

Twenty-three days. It had been twenty-three days since Tati had her falling out with Nini. The first few days of those twenty-three were spent trying to win Nini back. The next few were spent crying over spilt milk. After that... nothing. Nothing of note happened. Her weeks doing nothing at home felt... tranquil. It was as if time had stopped and she was the only one who didn't. Tati never really went out with anyone — not that she had any options, and she wouldn't have had it any other way. This hermit-like lifestyle made Tati feel almost content in a sense…

…no, it didn’t. Tati never felt content with how static her life was. She felt bored. Her life felt boring.

Most of Tati’s time was spent at home or on the track. Even if she wasn’t racing on the circuit, she probably was in the simulator instead. Having to transition from karts to an actual racecar was jarring to say the least. She wasn’t even sure if it was the car or her, but it always felt like it wouldn’t turn in corners the way she wanted to. If anything, it felt understeery sometimes. Of course, all of her testing sessions happened at only the Caratland circuit, so maybe she might have a better chance at other circuits. But those hairpins… God, they were the death of her. She had to brake earlier than optimal so that she wouldn’t exit the circuit upon exit. And the straights… the car was crazy fast on the straights, at least in her opinion. She had a nagging worry that she might crash out, but thankfully for all her test runs the car came back in one piece.

Outside of the track, however, Tati didn’t really do much. Well, she was supposed to have a packed schedule, but thanks to the scandal she had, the programs she was slated to attend were either postponed or cancelled. Tati, thus, idled about at home, watched some movies, read a book, whatever it took for her to not get driven crazy from boredom.

Even though Tati did have friends, most of them were fair-weather friends to say the least. It was funny, really. When she was younger, she never blended in with her schoolmates because she was “too rich” to be relatable to them. Perhaps children were more jealous of her then, so she grew up lonely. Though, as she grew older, the tides changed. She began to make more “friends”. However, most people she considered to be somewhat close with only chose to be with her because she was rich, hot, or both. How she knew that? Well, it was a gut feeling. Those people only talked to her with the most selfish of intentions, tried to woo her with their sweet, sweet words, and walked away when she made it clear she would not be their personal bank. Needless to say, those people didn’t stick around her much, and they definitely knew little about her. The only person she considered to be her true best friend, the someone who knew most of her ins and outs, was…

Well, she wasn’t even a friend anymore.

Every day Tati would look at Nini’s chat and see whether she’d sent a response. Heck, every time a notification came in Tati would always anticipate it being Nini, only to be disappointed when it was yet another twii.tur DM threatening to kill her. Tati at one point had switched off all notifications except Nini’s, and not a single sound, vibration came from her phone for a while. She looked at when Nini had seen the message.

Eighteen days ago.

Nini definitely hated her now.

Tati didn’t want to cry anymore. She’d wasted all her tears the past few days, wallowing in her loneliness, wishing she could go back in time to unsay what she said to Nini, to anyone in particular. She would remain silent, quietly supporting and encouraging Nini instead of joking around her, calling her all the things she did. Yet, there was no crying over spilt milk, was there? She had to move on.

She didn’t want to though.

There must be a point where Nini comes back. Even when she gets angry, she’ll always… Tati would always try to be optimistic. Yes, she was coming back! But then she would wait, and wait, and wait, only to realise she would never respond. Never mind, she wasn’t coming back.

“I could try making friends, but would people like me?” Tati would always ask herself. As much as she wanted to try and expand her social circle past just Nini, she was always afraid of what people perceived her as. Was she too aloof? Too proud of herself? Her scandal exacerbated her anxiety. Did people only think of her as a rich racist? After all, a public apology did little to change the public’s perception.

At the same time, Tati never wanted to reveal herself to the public eye more than what she already did. Or, more of what her father already did. He curated her image from young to be this mysterious, secretive child people never knew much about other than her having rich parents, and that’s what people thought of her even to the present day. This was why people who didn’t see her as a potential sugar mommy never really reached out to her: they didn’t know what she was like, and were too scared to open her real personality up. And now with Nini gone, she had no one to introduce new people to her.

In short, she’d die a lonely virgin.

It’s not that bad. At least I can focus on myself… she would think in an attempt to make herself feel better. The past few days, apart from racing, Tati found herself working out more. In a way, working out helped relieve her stress and despondency. Still, the more she worked out, the more she felt lonely in her home gym.

“I can’t take it anymore. I need to go somewhere with people,” Tati told herself. Maybe if she immersed herself in a crowd, she’d feel less alone. There were definitely loads of people in Caratland.

Loads of people holding hands together, eating and laughing their sadnesses away, while she was stranded with no company, no one to accompany her. Reality was cruel sometimes.

Tati put on a dress and a trench coat – only from the most elusive of brands – and made her way to a cafe she was all too familiar with.

“Cafe de Cubic” read the cafe’s name. She used to frequent this place with Nini since it was only a short walk from the latter’s house. Now that Nini wasn’t there anymore, Tati felt a sense of dis-ease and apprehension. It felt really odd that it was the first time she came to the cafe alone. Sure, Tati could have chosen a different cafe, but Cafe de Cubic’s matcha frappes just hit different. The memories of Nini and her trying out the matcha frappe for the first time, of the time Nini accidentally spilt her drink all over a child, or when Tati accidentally took someone else’s order… they all came rushing back, and more. Now that the person who shared those memories wasn’t here beside her, the cafe suddenly felt empty. Felt bleak, as if there was no one but her. It was an odd feeling to say the least.

After getting her frappe and meal set, she made her way to the upper floor of the cafe. She hadn’t even had one sip of her frappe when she had, or heard, the most shocking thing in her life. A familiar voice.

“Slow down Kane!” It was Nini. Nini was in the same cafe, at the same time, and presumably with someone else. When Tati saw the people who emerged from the stairs, she couldn’t help but feel a bit jealous.

Nini was with a man.

Tati wished none of it was happening right now. She wished that she could fade into the windowpane she was leaning on so that Nini wouldn’t notice her. Tati had so many questions. Why was she with a man? What’re they talking about?

Did she replace me with him?

Tati saw how engrossed Nini was in her conversation with whom she assumed to be Kane. The two were talking away as if they’d known each other since young. Tati felt gross.

Tati saw how Nini fawned over Kane’s physique and body, the way she would stare at his stature as if she had a crush on him. Tati felt envious.

Tati saw how Nini would never take her eyes off Kane, how she’d give him her utmost attention. Tati felt weak. Betrayed.

“I could be all of those things!” Tati grumbled to herself, “I can keep up a great conversation. I can develop a toned body if I continue my routine. I-I… I could…” Tati never knew how to complete her sentence, because Nini never showed her that much attention before.

What makes him better than me? The fact that he has a dick and balls? Tati irately thought to herself. She didn’t understand why Nini was suddenly so much more energetic with him then when she was with her. Nini never acted so excited when Tati said she’d signed with JMoD. She never gazed in awe when Tati flexed her growing arm muscles. Yet this guy, this Kane right here, does the bare minimum and she’s starstruck? None of it made sense.

Tati was so much better than Kane ever was. Why wouldn’t Nini realise that?

When Nini left with Kane, Tati couldn’t help but over-analyse every single thing Nini did.

Nini held Kane’s hand as they both made their way out of the cafe. Every time Tati suggested holding hands, Nini would get flustered. That probably meant that Nini was more comfortable holding hands with some man than her own best friend.

Nini had a more sing-song tone then. The last time Nini spoke to Tati like that was before she left for her stupid AOGP thing. That probably meant Nini wasn’t as happy when Tati was around.

Tati was left to process her thoughts, process what she'd just seen.

She saw how Nini would stare at Kane, how she’d trip over her words because she was shy. She was never shy around her. She never expressed those emotions around her. She became a completely new person when she was with him.

That only meant one thing.

“She’s replacing me.”

Kenny Wilson accepts the MeowMeow test offer.

Wilson Family Racing Shop, Hapilopper City
Monday, 7:45 p.m.
When compared to a compound like Team Blue’s, Wilson Family Racing was probably about the least impressive place you could find in racing. The shop had enough space for three cars inside a metal prefabricated building, but inside that shop was perhaps the finest sprint cars in all of Hapilopper. On this day, Kenny Wilson, his brother Timmy and their father Doug were showing the cars off to Marty Lewis, the head of Preston Autos Grand Prix Racing and to Shawn Hammer, the head of Preston Performance Products. It’s possible that, as much as anything else, the Wilsons may have been trying to sell Marty and Shawn on a full-fledged dirt track program, something that, surprisingly, Preston Autos didn’t have.

But there was another reason for this meeting. Marty had received a phone call from the MeowMeow Racing team out of Valentine Z, that they were interested in bringing in Kenny Wilson to run a trial run for them over the weekend.

“Wait, what’s the team called?” Kenny asked.

“MeowMeow,” Marty responded, trying to keep a straight face.

“MeowMeow?” Kenny asked.

“MeowMeow,” Marty and Shawn responded in unison.

“MeowMeow…” Kenny thought out loud while trying to stifle a laugh. “MeowMeow. I go from full-throated sprint cars to driving for kittens. So this is what my career has become. God damn it, Marty.”

“There a problem with MeowMeow?” Marty asked. “They’re a good group of people. They’re Valentians.”

“Marty, my wife’s allergic to cats,” Kenny responded. “My sister-in-law has three cats and my wife can’t go near them because she can’t breathe near them.”

“Hell, I’m sure the Valentians have something for that,” Marty said. “They’ve got something for everything. So, you going to do it or not? We’ve got a full program going their way already and we’re looking forward to working with them hopefully for the next WGPC season. This could be your ticket to a WGPC seat.”

With that in mind, Kenny didn’t think about it any further.

“Sounds good to me,” Kenny said. “Let’s do it. Just… one thing, if that’s OK with you.”

“What’s that?” Marty asked.

“If I get the MeowMeow seat, can you mention to them that I’d like to be able to run some sprint car races on the side?” Kenny asked.

Marty’s eyes widened a bit as he looked past Kenny to the winged sprint car behind him. His first reaction was to tell Kenny that he was out of his ever-loving mind as he thought about what could go wrong – sprint cars going airborne, flipping through the air, going over retaining walls, breaking altitude records, smashing into the back of someone’s pickup truck…

“Ken, can I ask you a question?” Marty asked. “The last time you flipped a sprint car, what happened?”

Kenny didn’t like where this was going, and figured it was a no.

“So, that’s a no?” Kenny asked.

“That’s correct, but let me ask you something, what happened the last time you flipped a sprint car?” Marty asked. “Was that in South Hampton? When you hit a rut and the car went end-over end, over the wall, knocking out a billboard…”

“Yes, what’s your point?” Kenny asked. “I don’t think about those things. Cars crash in racing. That’s how it goes.”

“I bet your wife was real thrilled with seeing you flipping through the air,” Marty said. “You know, I don’t know if dirt racing is a thing in Valentine Z, nor do I know if sprint car racing is a thing there. I bet the Valentians will take one look at that last crash you had and say ‘no, we don’t want you doing that because if you wreck, you might get hurt and we lose our investment.’ I’m not going to tell the Valentians to let you run sprint cars in your off time.”

Marty looked at the sprint car behind Kenny and then back at his driver.

“Let me tell you something, Wilson,” Marty explained. “You have talked about wanting to compete internationally. You’ve said you could beat the world. Right now, if you’re going to do something like this, you need to make a grown-up decision about your future. You’re going to be no good to anyone if you sign a big deal with a big international team and then the next day get yourself hurt at some backwoods dirt track somewhere. If you want to keep running sprint cars, then you’re going to have to ask yourself if you want to do this or not. If not, well, we’ll let you go back to your sprint cars.”

Kenny turned around and thought about it.

“Yeah, let’s do the MeowMeow test,” Kenny said.

“Great,” Marty said. “We’ll talk to our bosses about a sprint car engine program, too.”

WGP2 TO FEATURE JUVEN TALENT

It is well-known that the initial stage of the World Grand Prix 2's 6th season is underway. It is a period of negotiations between the racing teams owned by giants and the drivers or engines and tyres giants willing to supply them. While typically a spectator-only competition, this year will present us with a different outlook towards competitive racing as a whole as 2 brave Juven drivers will be looking to battle 27 other drivers for the spot at the top of the 2nd division of the multiversal racing. Those drivers are Pier Brolli, a veteran of competitive racing as well as Bruno Belgrano, a hot-headed young lad with a knack for racing unlike any witnessed in Juvencus before.

But who are those people and why should we be paying attention to the World Grand Prix 2 this year specifically? To answer this question, we will be presenting you with the background story of each individual, their personalities, as shown to the media as well as their accolades in different racing stages in Juvencus.

Pier Brolli: The "old man" of racing in Juvencus is Pier Brolli. Although not active in competitive racing since he turned 25 years old, instead opting for the driving instructor job, Pier Brolli is recognised as Juvencus' greatest driver. In his youth he was quite adventurous and innovative in his driving style, which allowed him to win prestigious races such as the very difficult Pomena Race 3 times, the Capuletta Race twice(including his recent victory) as well as several others. He has grown to be a more cautious driver due to an accident when he was 25 which prompted his early temporary retirement from competitive racing. Despite that, his recent change of driving style to a more cautious, technique-oriented style instead of focusing heavily on aggression has drawn attention to him from all walks of life in the nation yet again as he embarks on an adventure in the international stages.

His relationship with the media has been mild, since he was always humble and laconic in his interviews. While his social media usage has been entirely focused towards advertising his driving school in Monte Titano. This did not change one bit following his Capuletta Race victory, with him only responding to one question in the entire press conference answering "Focusing on the next step."

Rumors of him being approached by several teams have been brought to the surface, however it is unclear whether he has answered to said calls or even participated in said tryouts.

Bruno Belgrano: A young buck with long luscious hair and a fighting spirit that best describes what Juvencus really is. Bruno Belgrano has all that is required from a driver, being a prodigy himself(at just 19 years old). Talented, fast, with an amazing technique, what he really lacks is consistency behind the wheel, something that could be improved overtime. He had not participated to any major race prior to the Cornaroma Race which he was by blowing all competition.

His personality is well-known among his peers and in his hometown of Cornaroma itself and the general whereabouts in the Sud as he is a man who has an active social media presence. Known for promoting himself, several local companies and the sort is just the surface stuff. He has been open about his usage of cannabis for medicinal purposes following important races and to being a staunch advocate of several political movements that have garnered him some attention. One of these is being an active supporter of the #FreeEveryLlama movement, which advocates for a complete halt of the domestication of llamas for their fur, milk and meat, which has been going on for thousands of years. He's also known for being a big memer, constantly making and sending all sorts of memes, one of which involves a dancing 3-legged dog with a fur hat. Besides that, his BBG trigramme and choice of number 69 are also inspired by internet culture, which he dearly adheres to.

There are several rumors of him being approached by a few teams on the surface too from dubious sources. However one thing is for certain, should he join a team, he will be the first one to post it online.

"This should be enough writing for 3 years." Pier Brolli would say before bursting into a hearty laughter. On the other end of the country, Belgrano would be busy crafting his own response in his own office.

Lukas Beckham accepts MeowMeow Racing, Archer Performance and Amica Racing Team's trial offers

Lukas was nervous and jittery, after all, he was about to meet the Mr. Ballerina, the owner of Quanta Elixir. Quanta Elixir was heavily involved in the sporting scene in Vielfaltig, and Lukas was hopeful of having them be willing to finance his hunt for a WGP2 seat. Lukas's mother, Clarisse, was an elegant woman who had risen to high ranks of power through her intellect and resourcefulness. She had established connections with a number of important people particularly within industrial Vielfaltig due to her role as a Minister. Mr. Ballerina was a known associate of the Beckhams and she was confident that he would support her son in his racing endeavours. Lukas did not share her confidence, he was a rather simple individual for someone with a family background such as his. His interests primarily rested in motor racing and he was also a massive fan of AFC Luzzana his hometown club. Clarisse noticed Lukas's jittery nature and placed her hand on his shoulder.

"Son, Mr. Ballerina is a family associate, do not worry he will be more than willing to sponsor you."

"I know, I know. I am just excited to get going."

"I heard some drivers have already been signed and teams are holding private trials. Have you received any information on such developments or any interest from teams?"

Lukas looked a little upset, "Not yet, there's quite some time to go though."

As Lukas and his mom were engaged in conversation, Mr. Ballerina approached them. The owner of an industrial behemoth, he had a certain poise in his mannerisms as he sat down with the two Beckhams.

"So, Clarisse, what can I do for my favourite politician?"

"I just need a favour you know."

"Yes anything, absolutely. I see you have brought Lukas too, how is the uhhh racing was it?

Lukas seemed distracted as he was looking down at his phone from time to time in anticipation of a test offer. Clarisse interjects, "Yes actually that is what we need to talk to you about. Lukas wants to make the leap to WGP2 and you know the financial aspect of the sports. We want Quanta Elixir to be his primary sponsor as he dips his toes into the world of motor racing."

"That seems like quite the investment on an 18-year-old racing driver."

"Well, Quanta Elixir are quite the mavericks and Lukas will be the first racing driver from Vielfaltig to have competed in a world championship series if he can land a WGP2 seat. Quanta Elixir obtaining the advertising rights would mean unimaginable reach and globalisation of your brand."

"Of course, anything for the Beckhams and if that means more sports why not. We would have to agree on the specifics and details of the contract however expect Quanta Elixir's complete support"

As Clarisse and Mr. Ballerini engaged in their negotiations for the financing and connotations of the agreement, Lukas was lost in his own world again. He was back on the racing track, the only place he felt he belonged. This time at the Offenberg Street Circuit, it was the 6th round of the 1999 season. So far, he had obtained three podiums for Linxe Racing as he was still settling into the groove of the team. At the Offenberg Grand Prix, he had a remarkably competitive qualifying however, he ended up losing out in the end finishing in 3rd place. This was a good base to build on for the weekend with his teammate behind him. His eyes were set on the top spot of the podium, something which had eluded him so far this season. A determined, talented racer with capable machinery under him is often an uncontrollable beast on the race track. Lukas's first podium was a result of him getting lucky, that was not going to be the case this time. He had a fantastic start to the race gaining a place immediately and was locked into a battle for that first position. Battling it out on track, the drivers managed to keep it clean avoiding potential collisions on numerous occasions. At the time for pitstops, Linxe came up with a unique strategy going for the undercut which gave Lukas time management and allowed him to hold onto the first position with superior tyre management. This was it, Lukas was on the top step of the podium and his career was merely just taking off.

Lukas's train of thought was interrupted by Mr. Ballerini. "So Lukas, I guess we are partners now. I shall be closely following your career and if you ever need any assistance let me know." Lukas snapped out of his imagination extending his gratitude towards Mr. Ballerini promising to keep him updated. Lukas had just secured the financial backing for his WGP2 ambitions now all he needed was interest from established WGP2 teams. That is when emails from MeowMeow Racing and Archer Performance popped up. They were invitations to drivers' trials, Lukas had never been more excited.

"Mom, mom, look. I got two invites, one from MeowMeow Racing and another from Archer Performance."

"I guess you will have to be leaving soon. You might meet some fellow WGP2 drivers too, so don't forget to socialise. Maybe you'll finally get a girlfriend."

"MOM, STOP."

Luke Ochoa accepts the invitation from Archer Performance for a race seat test.

Luke Ochoa expresses interest in driving for Gajamina-Kartana, JMoD Racing, MeowMeow Racing, Nexus Racing, and Orange Cow Racing GP2.

Livonsk Circuit, Livonsk, Auruna
Round 8 of Season 1 of the Aurun WGP3 Championship
The day of the race

Luke Ochoa could never have imagined that his gamble would be this close to paying off. In fact, he couldn’t even imagine that he would actually hit pay dirt with his gamble this early on into his fledgling driving career, and yet here he was, on the precipice of winning the first ever Aurun WGP3 Championship.

Like most drivers who came through the driver academy of Prince Bismillah bin Kudarat of the Sultanate of Oontaz, Luke was spotted by the prince while taking part in one of the many karting championships throughout Abanhfleft. In Luke’s case, it was the Antarctic Provincial Karting Series in his hometown of Norrdnhammr, and Luke was on a charge to make it to the podium after having to start in tenth place. Getting into even just third place would be enough to give Luke the win, but that wasn’t enough. It couldn’t be enough. Luke wanted to win it all, and he was going to win this race come hell or high water. In the end though, third place was as far as Luke was able to go before the checkered flag, but it was indeed enough to give him the victory over the weekend. Unknown to him at the time though, Prince Bismillah had taken the time to watch this particular event, and the Oontaznik prince was impressed by Luke’s tenacity and sheer grit. Luke may not have gotten the result that he wanted, but the fact that he never gave up despite the odds being against him made him stand out to the Prince, and Luke was invited to join the Prince’s academy just a few weeks later.

There was no graduation ceremony from the Prince’s driver academy, not like the kind that would be familiar to people who knew about the concept anyway. What usually happened was that Prince Bismillah would gather the oldest drivers in the academy (those who had reached the age of 21) and sometimes a couple of younger drivers who truly stood up in terms of their abilities and racecraft and give a short speech about how they were about to embark on the next chapter of their racing careers before encouraging them to strike out for the motorsports series of their choice and throw their hats into the ring, so to speak. And that was exactly what Luke had done. He decided to strike out for new lands and try his luck in a new racing series, preferably one far away from the comfortable familiarity of the APOC Coalition. Luke searched far and wide, not really seeing anything that caught his eye until word of the creation of the Aurun WGP3 Championship reached him, and Luke knew that that was where he was going to go.

Luke Ochoa took part in the inaugural season of the Aurun WGP3 Championship as one of fourteen foreign drivers who were invited to take open spots from the teams taking part. Luke opted to join Garnell Tävonte Motorsport, a team which he honestly didn’t know a lot about. Luke had no idea if Garnell had a history of being a frontrunner or a backmarker, or if the team was actually going to be competitive for this season. It was pretty much the fate of anyone who had not signed for any team named either Viska Racing or Schkeska Racing, two names that were familiar to anyone who was even remotely familiar with international motorsports. Nevertheless, Luke decided that he was going to take Prince Bismillah’s words to heart and take a chance, not only on himself but also on Garnell Tävonte Motorsport.

It was a bet that almost didn’t pay off for him right at the very start. It was no secret that Luke was very much a newbie when it came to the Aurun style of open wheeler racing, but even he had to admit that he was still overwhelmed by what transpired at the Aluinta-Hertava Circuit in the opening race of the first ever Aurun WGP3 Championship season. Not only did Luke have a piss-poor qualifying session in very first race in Auruna, he also fell like a rock in the early stages of the race and couldn’t regain any positions at all. The only saving grace he had that day was that he wasn’t the last person in the order at the end of the day, but that wasn’t saying much because three other drivers actually failed to finish the race. Luke was the last driver to actually finish the race, rubbing even more salt into the wound.

Luke thought that that was going to be his lot in life as far as his Aurun WGP3 career was concerned. His second race in the competition at least was somewhat better; he started in the midfield and ended the race in the midfield. But starting from the third race in Kovayanta, his fortunes suddenly started turning for the better. Luke qualified for the Kovayanta race in P7, and then on race day he embarked on the drive of his life, or as it turned out, the drive of his life so far. Luke didn’t really think that he had a point to prove to anyone at the time; everything simply converged to produce what was, in his own words, a “stonking” performance. Luke cut through the field like he was a hot knife through butter, tearing past the other competitors until there was only one driver left between him and first place. But perhaps that was the absolute limit of Luke’s pace that day; Kiko Kantola was simply untouchable, ending the day with a 12-second gap over Luke once the checkered flag had fallen. But it was still an incredible turnaround, not only for Luke but also for Garnell Tävonte Motorsport as a whole. From being the last classified driver, Luke Ochoa was now on the podium. Winning the driver of the day award was also a nice bonus, but Luke always had eyes on only one thing: the top step.

Luke’s good luck continued in the Viska Circuit in Sterlennau; well, it continued somewhat. He got pole position, but he couldn’t hold on to the lead at the end of the day, though he still finished in a respectable P3 while fellow GTM teammate Tavik Revöntent picked up the pieces. But once again, Luke did enough to take the lead in the drivers’ championship standings, and while of course he would dearly love to win the championship in his very first season, he also wanted to win a race. One would think that winning an entire championship would have been a more difficult task considering the consistency required to keep racking up points throughout an entire season of racing, but Luke also wanted to experience the joy of actually winning a race on race day. The race at the Akresna Circuit would turn out to be the best chance for Luke to actually do that, but once again he ended up hitting a wall once he got to second place, and he was just unable to challenge the lead driver in a meaningful way. Yes, Luke was still on the podium, and he was still leading the drivers’ championship, but that race win still eluded him.

Luke’s confidence ended up taking a hit after Akresna, and he turned in a handful of middling results during the run-in to the final race of the season. He even ended up qualifying dead last in the seventh race of the season, and while he was able to salvage a 12th place finish out of that disaster, it meant that Luke now had eleven other drivers breathing down his neck going into the season finale. Again, a lot of people were telling Luke to focus on the big picture and secure the drivers’ title now that it was within his grasp, but there was still a part of his mind that remained convinced that the only way that he was going to actually win the championship was by winning the race. He wasn’t wrong, but there was definitely concern that Luke might end up throwing away not only the race but the whole championship on his quest to get his first ever race win in Auruna. And there were a lot of people who didn’t want to see him do that.

Luke had missed out on pole position for the final race of the season in Livonsk by only three hundredths of a second, but even though he was in second place and in full control of his own destiny, it didn’t stop him from thinking about getting ahead of the yellow car of Alice Kjäran and finally, finally getting the win that had been eluding him in this series for so long.

“Luke, just a friendly little reminder,” his race engineer told him, “your nearest title rival is currently in P19. Tavik is in P8, Fili in P11 and Iina P17. You are in control of your own destiny, so long as you keep yourself right where you are. I know that you want to win a race, but remember the big picture as well. This is your title to lose. This is our title to lose. You’ve done so well to get us all to this point, and I don’t want you to throw it all away for 25 points. Please remember that.”

“I’ll remember it, all right,” Luke nodded in reply. “But I still want to win a race.”

“I know what you want, Luke. All I’m saying is don’t take unnecessary risks out there. Sometimes, an extra seven points isn’t worth it when losing a championship is the other option.”

“I’ll keep that in mind,” Luke said.

Luke had a fantastic start once the five red lights went out, and he was able to nose ahead of Alice Kjäran even before they had reached the first turn, which made completing the overtake all that easier. And, for the first half of the race at least, it really did look like Luke Ochoa was finally going to get his first race win in Aurun WGP3 to add to his potential championship coronation. But then there was a problem with removing his rear right tire during his one and only pit stop, and Luke ended up being overtaken by his teammate (and title rival, although they didn’t really have a chance while Luke was still right behind them) Tavik Revöntent. Luke would also lose another position to Maxim Petrov in the last couple of laps of the race, pulling away from the Fleftic driver on his fresher boots. Nevertheless, despite all of this, Luke held on to the final step on the podium, and with it he claimed the first ever Aurun WGP3 Drivers’ Championship.

Luke was happy with having won the championship; of course he was happy. Never in a million years would he have expected to accomplish such a feat in his very first full season in a motorsports series, especially after the way his Aurun WGP3 career started. But yet again that race win had eluded him, and now it was beginning to eat at him. Many people had already congratulated him for winning a championship without winning a single race and praising him for his consistency, but that wasn't what Luke wanted to be known for. Yes, it was something he had done only for one season, but he didn't want to take the risk of that being his lasting legacy in all of motorsports. Luke wanted to prove to the multiverse that he could actually win a race, but more than that, he wanted to prove to himself that he can win a race. Obviously most drivers who had won championships had also won races, while there were definiely drivers who had won races but not championships. However, there was a non-zero chance that Luke was not going to win any more championships after the Aurun WGP3 title, and he really didn't want to be known as the driver who won a championship but couldn't win a race.

Luke was hoping that he would get another shot at winning a race in the Aurun WGP3 Championship, but after the initial hype of the series' inaugural season, there was no inkling whatsoever that a second season was in the works. And it was this development that had convinced Luke that he was forever going to be known as a champion without a race win, and he spent many nights not sleeping a wink as that particular factoid kept bouncing around in his head. Fortunately for him, not having to run in the Aurun WGP3 Championship would actually open the door for Luke towards a bigger and more lucrative opportunity. The 6th season of WGP2, the second tier of motorsports sanctioned by the World Grand Prix Organization (WGPO), was about to start, and Luke's agent advised him that it would do him a world of good to enter the competition, even if at the start he was going to be a free agent. His agent further assured him that Luke didn't have to be afraid of remaining unsigned for the season because he already had a series championship under his belt, and that was sure to attract a boatload of interest in him. Teams were going to trip over themselves in the rush to secure Luke's signature, his agent had promised. Also, there was the allure of winning a WGP2 race, which would be yet another big plus on his resume (no offense to the Aurun WGP3 Championship). Luke thought about it for a few minutes, and then he told his agent, “Sign me up!”

One week into the start of the new WGP2 season, the offers from teams hadn't been flooding into Luke's inbox as much as his agent had promised him. Yes, there was indeed an offer in his inbox, some team named Archer Performance from some place called Patriotlandia, but that was only one offer out of the thirteen teams confirmed to be on the grid this season. There was however one team which Luke didn't expect to send any offers his way, and that was the Urotovsky-Gatutin Motorsports Division. It seemed almost counterintuitive to think about, considering that the team was now majority owned by the man who had brought Luke into international motorsports in the first place, but he had been forewarned about this by Prince Bismillah himself. “I cannot guarantee that you will have a place in the team, Luke,” the Prince had told him. “And if I do give you the seat, that means that Momqud would not be able to join UrGa as well. Besides, it's probably for the test if you two took a few more steps out of my shadow. It's a good lesson for the two of you to learn: I won't always be here forever to be your safety net. I can't always keep you two driving for my own team all the time. The best drivers learn how to adapt to different styles and different cultures, and quickly as well. It's going to be tough marketing yourselves to the rest of the grid, but if you and Momqud believe in yourselves first, then those teams will begin believing in you two as well.”

Luke weighed the pros and cons of accepting a deal with Archer Performance. The pros would be that he would secure a seat in WGP2 with more than enough time to settle in and get used to both the team culture and their car, and he could also make a name for himself in a new team while also elevating said new team. The cons though were that Archer Performance was a new team still trying to find their feet in WGP2, and their offer to Luke was not actually for a seat but only for a test to determine who actually gets offered said seat. Also, according to the email in Luke’s inbox, at least two other free agents had received test offers from Archer Performance, and if both of them accepted, then that was three drivers trying to squeeze into one seat. Math wasn't Luke's strong suit, but even he knew that three into one doesn't go. And there was no guarantee that Luke was going to impress the team in the test. Sure, he had a championship in his resume that he could use to his advantage, but at the end of the day, it was still up to Archer Performance to pick who they wanted. And if they didn't want Luke, then he was shit out of luck.

And that was the reason why Luke decided to send out some feelers to a handful of other teams which he felt would be a good fit for him. He also had the same feeling about Archer Performance, but they might not have the same feeling about him. It was always good to keep options open.

SUBJECT: RE: Upcoming driver test

Thank you for reaching out to me. I would love to take you up on your offer of a test drive with the new Archer WGP2 for a place in your team. You’ve made the right choice in picking a proven championship winner in me, as having already won the first Aurun WGP3 Championship, I believe I am well suited to help and lead your team to the WGP2 Championship as well.

Sincerely yours,
Luke Ochoa

To whom it may concern,

My name is Luke Ochoa. I am a 23 year old racing driver from Norrdnhammr, Fleftic Antarctica, Abanhfleft. I have been driving in karts since I was 9 years old and became a member of the Prince Bismillah Drivers’ Academy at 16. One year ago, I took part in and won the first season of the Aurun WGP3 Championship, a series which has received full WGP3 accreditation from the WGPO. I am currently a free agent looking for a team to drive in, and I believe that your teams currently have at least one slot open for a driver. Out of all the teams currently on the WGP2 grid, I have selected your respective teams because I believe that you have the best equipment in which I can extract the most out of my own potential. If you are looking for a driver with championship-winning pedigree then you need look no further than me.

I look forward to hearing about any potential opportunities that you have to offer to me.

JMoD Racing reaches out to the following drivers to invite them to JMoD's trial:
- Luke Ochoa, Jhannis Illykur, Istd Arkenund, Momqud Xonaxonov, Liam McNulty, Juracai Klianiota, Kenny Wilson, JJJ Gray, Bruno Belgrano, and Thomas Monteiro

The trial is still open to any driver who might be interested in attending it.

OOCly, the trials will be held most likely on the 25th of September after midnight UTC.
I'll host the trials some time after the 25th.

“Any updates on the open trial thing?”

“Well, would you like to hear the good news or bad news?”

“Yo, drop the formalities. This is supposed to be a chill working environment, y’know?”

Kokomiya rolled her eyes. For being one of the richest people in Jonjastan, Franz Bungschen was really… young at heart, for lack of a kinder term. She understood that Franz was quite the social butterfly, but his over-friendliness was starting to put her off.

“Well, fine then,” Kokomiya indignantly huffed, “Anyway, for now no one has signed up for the trials. There’s one driver who expressed his interest in driving for us, but hasn’t signed up for our trial yet.” Franz processed her words for a second.

“So, you’re saying that no one signed up for the trial?” Franz regurgitated.

“Well, that’s what I said, wasn’t it?” Kokomiya wanted to slap Franz sometimes, but that probably risked him throwing a tantrum and doing something stupid like cancelling his sponsorship of the team.

“Might there have been anything wrong with our approach?” Franz mused, “I thought there’d be more people interested.”

“I don’t know personally. I mean, it's not like we can do anything much to convince them,” Kokomiya replied. She looked at the details of the driver who expressed his interest in them. The driver was Luke Ochoa from Abanhfleft. He seemed to have a great track record, having won one championship on his first season of the Aurun WGP3. Kokomiya was definitely keeping him in consideration.

Just then, it seemed Franz had an epiphany.

“Wait! What about we invite people?” he proposed.

“Invite? I thought we were running an open trial,” Kokomiya replied.

“Who said you can’t invite people to an open event?” Franz retorted, “Four drivers might not be a lot of drivers, so maybe if we could get people to come here through the friendly art of invitations, we could work something out!” The cogs in Kokomiya’s mind were turning. Sure, by inviting more drivers there was a larger and more diverse field, so it was more possible to find the best suit for the car. In addition, the team had many test chassis for use during the trials, so it wasn’t as if they were running out of slots. Suddenly, Kokomiya thought it was a good idea.

“You make a good point, Franz. I’ll try to invite anyone who might suit our car,” she said.

“Who’s ‘I’ll’? We’re gonna do this together,” he replied. Kokomiya desperately wished Franz had a sudden bellyache at that moment. Alas, his stomach felt perfectly fine, so Kokomiya had to sit with this guy for the foreseeable future.

As the two looked through the free agent list, they started to identify potential drivers. She had her eye on the two Yesopalithan drivers.

"Istd Arkenund seems to be someone we can definitely hire. I think he'd be great for the car. Jhannis Illykur isn't a bad option too," Kokomiya perked.

“Momqud Xonaxonov seems like an interesting driver,” Kokomiya mentioned, “I could only get hold of a few videos of his driving, but it seems like he’d suit the more aggressive nature of our car.” Franz hummed in acknowledgement.

The next driver they both pointed out was Liam McNulty of Captina.

“I’ve seen online about just how bold he drives. Well, a driver who’s not afraid to take risks definitely is one we should keep our eye out for,” Kokomiya said.

“Hmm, what about Juracai Klianiota?” Franz suggested, “It seems like they’ve had WGP2 experience.”

“If they didn’t make it to the WGPC, I’m not sure how helpful they’d be for us. Still, I’ll keep my eye out for them. They seem to do well in qualifying, which is also quite important,” Kokomiya commented.

Kokomiya then picked out Kenny Wilson, JJJ Gray, Bruno Belgrano, and Thomas Monteiro. The one thing they all had in common was their aggressive driving styles that suit the car.

“I think that’s set then?” Franz inquired.

“Yep. I’ll send all the drivers emails about the trial.” Kokomiya replied.

Hello Naganomiya, and thank you for the invitation for Mr. Kenny Wilson to test drive for the second seat for JMoD Racing. While we appreciate the invite, we must decline the invitation as Mr. Wilson’s employment with a racing team comes with the condition that the team in question utilizes Preston engines for the season. Since your team has elected to run UrGa engines, we have no choice but to decline your invitation.
Again, thank you very much for the invite, and we wish you the best of luck in the coming season.

Nick Unger accepts the invitations from UrGa and MeowMeow for test drives
Sammi Carter accepts the invitation from MeowMeow for a test
Orange Cow Racing elects to continue with TRS as tire supplier
Orange Cow Racing will expand its collaboration with TRS Engineering for engines.
Orange Cow Racing will continue running the Preston Skychief for our WGP2 team

Sammi Carter was back at home in Shirley Heights, the suburb of the St Leon state capital Shirley, four months after the end of the AOGP season.
Like the other OCR drivers with the exception of Nick Unger, Sammi rented a place close to the Orange Cow Racing Center during the season but she always came back to the town where she was born, raised and got her start in racing as a karting prodigy at age 8. Her parents and all her closest friends from childhood and school still lived “on the hill” and although she'd moved away from her parents home to a condo townhouse it generally seemed like nothing had really changed in her life over the last 16 years she'd been involved in motorsports.

Because of her local ties, she was a familiar face in CommOil promotional campaigns as part of the Orange Cow operation; among the rest of the driving team—Jordan Crowe, Nick Unger and Batu Tüvshinbayar—only she had a separate personal services contract with CommOil beyond what the others received for use of their names and likeness across all media.

The season long search for an agent to represent Batu meant very little to Carter, Unger or Crowe, except as fodder for teasing him at their weekly drivers dinner; all three BP drivers had people who handled their business affairs and commercial management independent of the team and each had recommended their rep to the Shinebaishin driver strictly as a courtesy to him.

It was Carter's manager Susie Robinson who called on this day, for a chat about a full agenda of things.
“Hello Samantha, how are things?” Susie always addressed Carter by her full Christian name.

“Great Suze, I've been meaning to call you actually...”
“There's a few things I need to cover. First is taxes, I've got all the Forms back from the accountants, I just need you to come down and sign them.”
“Of course, tomorrow OK?” “That's great. I got the year end statement of the royalties from Orange Cow last week which will hit in April. You can give it a look while you're here...it's a really nice improvement over last year.”
[brief digression on taxes in Baker Park—the Government's Fiscal Year begins on the 94th calendar day of the year, unless Easter is involved; Tax Declarations (filing of forms) for Individual & Corporate Income and Tangible Property are due between February 4-6 (again dependent on calendar issues) so if OCR doesn't distribute the payments until after the start of the Tax Year, that results in what is called a “Lost Auntie” windfall—interest accrued on that money in a bank will often offset the amount of tax that has to be declared on the payment.]

“Laur Dairy want you for a print ad campaign beyond team sponsorship, 25 Grand for a one time deal?”
“Sure, sounds like fun!”

“And I got a message that a new team in WGP2, MeowMeow Racing invites you and Nick for a test run?”
“Yes, I'll go!”
Sammi had been in a similar boat as the rest of the home based OCR drivers—other teams were reluctant to reach out to Nick, Jordan and her for offers of tests because there was an overall sense that they were tied to the team in perpetuity, which was far from the truth. If anyone at the OCRC was offered an opportunity to move to another team in another nation and they said they wanted to take it, Mike Lambert was unequivocal in his belief that he wouldn't deny anyone in the organization a chance to improve their situation.

“I'll get your arrangements set up then. See you tomorrow.”
“Thanks Suze. Love ya!”

_________________________________________________________________________________

The current situation at the Orange Cow Racing Center was similar to what had transpired between the end of WGP2 Five and WGPC 20: the mostly intact group that had two seasons of experience in the AO regional series were now going to step up to WGP2 status to represent the team as the defending Constructors Champion of the second tier of open wheel international motorsport.

Curt Elson had been hired to run the AOGP project from its inception and would mark his third year with the organization as Team Principal; the status of the race team operation was also changed, as the Commercial, Media/PR and Logistics functions were separated from the main SOC hierarchy, with Maria Landers and Francesca 'Frankie' Collins having their job titles officially upgraded to Directors of the Commercial and Media departments, respectively.

There was also the usual discussion among the Engineering Department and the Senior Directors about drivers and the way forward from the status quo. Nick Unger had fallen just short of winning the AOGP Drivers title while Sammi Carter had a lackluster season that took a toll on her psyche that affected her ability to help Unger in his battle at the top of the table.

Ed O'Malley, the main designer of the previous Orange Cow cars from the beginning was handing over more of the responsibility of the latest chassis for the WGP2 entry to his protégé Dennis Hogan, who'd been the aerodynamicist for the 2nd Team from the beginning.

"Dennis, what have we figured out about how the design of the car will be different with GP2 version of the TRS engine?"
"Tighter packaging at the back closer to the rear wing assembly. I think weight difference from the Skychief will also come around to our advantage in this formula better than it did in WGPC."
We know more about how the Skychief will fit into this new chassis.

Rayadi looks busy in his office a few days back. Well, it is not without a reason. The WGP2 is about to start and the team, Gajamina-Kartana is still in search for their second driver. His first plan was to contact Sharktailian driver who had the experience in the previous season. But apparently, he pulls off his participation in this season of WGP2 which is so unfortunate.
"So, who do I have to pick?" he wonders while looking at all the players profile that still available. While he is checking out the players profile, his laptop makes a ping sound. He frantically checks his laptop. It's an email from Luke Ochoa. "Nice," he exclaims. When he is confused to select a driver, the email seems like a breeze of fresh air. "Maybe we can start from this," he said and start to types in his laptop.

"And send," he said while clicking the send button. He turns his attention again to the piles of players profiles. "Well, a few more invitation. Some interesting drivers. Who would they be?" he said while re-checks the files. "Okay, here's for starters," he finally decided.

Dear drivers,

We at Gajamina-Kartana is currently looking for another driver to complete our team in the upcoming WGP2 season. And we have read all of your resume where some of it are quite interesting for our team. Through this email, we would like to invite you to our team's official driver test to determine who will take the one seat left of our driver. We look forward for your reply.

Best Regards,

Irfan Rayadi
CEO of Gajamina-Kartana

Rayadi click the send button once again and the mail is mass delivered to the drivers. "Now we just have to wait for response. Twelve drivers are not too much, right? Well, nevermind. Fingers crossed," he murmurs.

Klianiota Seeks Redemption in WGP2 Return

Race Eelandii! Driving Experience & Racing School, Eelandii Grand Prix Course, Eelandii, Turori :: Most would agree that Juracai Klianiota's decision to re-start their career as a driver in the AOCAR Stock Car Series was highly succesful. Klianiota had worked their way up to the pinnacle of open wheel racing, the World Grand Prix Championship, on the hopes that they could turn an all-or nothing career portfolio into something a little more consistent. While in the NS Super Formula Championship, Klianiota was super fast. The Turorian driver led the series in pole positions but over the ten race season would DNF 8 times, winning the other two races. Meanwhile, Klianiota's teammate, iBen Toralmintii, would cruise to back-to-back championships on the strength of consistency - something that would eventually lead to Toralmintii becoming not only a champion but also the winningest driver in World Grand Prix Championship history.

Klianiota's all or nothing style was on display in the World Grand Prix 2 circuit as well, finishing just two races in the points all season long. However, just when the pundits were ready to write off the Turorian's career as an open wheel driver, they would go out and win the final race of the season, once again captivating with their potential. It would lead to what was supposed to be a full time ride in the World Grand Prix Championship with Tropicorp Racing Aelund. Much like on the World Grand Prix 2 circuit, Klianiota would get off to a slow start with numerous DNF and non-points finishes. However, the World Grand Prix Championship is far less forgiving than lower level circuits and Klianiota wouldn't get a chance for redemption at the end of the season, being replaced in the #77 car by their former teammate iBen Toralmintii. iBen would post a top 5 finish in the very first race in place of Klianiota whose open wheel career seemed to be over at that point.

After taking a break from full-time driving to help run the Race Eelandii! Driving Academy and stand up the Race Eelandii! Vilita & Turori World Grand Prix Motorworks team, Klianiota would get back behind the wheel for three seasons of AOCAR Stock Car Series competition that included multiple race victories and a season championship. After an early elimination from the twii.tur Shootout during AOCAR Stock Car Season 4, Klianiota would make a move up to the NSSCRA Stock Car Series replacing iBen Toralmintii for remainder of the series 14th Season. While Klianiota was unable to find that elusive race victory, they did re-kindle the flame for high level competition. Now, with the World Grand Prix 2 operating during the major series offseason, Klianiota has tossed their name into the ring potentially returning for a second chance at an open-wheel career as a veteran experienced driver capable of getting more out of a car than just single lap speed. Klianiota brings the support of Race Eelandii and twii.tur to any team willing to take a chance on the former AOCAR Champion . With no deal in place heading into the season, Klianiota will participate in all test and trial sessions for teams showing interest in their services.

Volcanasaur Looks Set for Reward following NSGP Success

Indori Volcanasaur entered NSGP Season 5 as a mystery on the racing scene. Born at a remote Tropicorp funded research station near a lava field, Volcanasaur learned how to drive by piloting a 4-wheeler around dangerous gaseous vents and outrunning lavaflows. Volcanasaur was spotted by a representative from Tropicorp Racing Supply who was scouting the lava field for additives for a next generation racing tire concept and quickly grew impressed by the youngsters talents behind the wheel. Vocanasaur left the remote research base for the first time in their life to return to Tropicoast in preparation for the OWARS NSGP Season V. After a slow start to the season in order to get acclimated not just to a new type of racing vehicle, but to a new lifestyle in general, Volcanasaur began to find speed midway through the season. At the NSGP of 10000 Islands, Volcanasaur would take their first ever podium finish. One race later in the NSGP of The North Pacific in Valentine Z, Volcanasaur would take pole position and leverage their starting position to race off into the sunset at the Tyrrhenian Floating Stadium to claim their first ever race victory. Volcanasaur would be the top points earner in the second half of the NSGP season taking further victories at the NSGP of Rushmore and finally closing out the season in style on home soil at the NSGP of Tropicorp winning the first official race at the Tropicoast Beach Grand Prix Course. That circuit will be on the World Grand Prix 2 schedule for the first time this season giving Volcanasaur a potential leg up on the competition, with the Tropicorp Grand Prix Deux coming in Week 4 of the upcoming WGP2 Season.

While Indori Volcanasaur has not yet signed a deal with a team for WGP2 Season 6, they will have to politely decline the invitation for a test from Gajamina-Kartana. Due to their ongoing employment with Tropicorp, Volcanasaur will only be able to consider offers from teams using Tropicorp Racing Supply tyres.

Image
Tropicorp Racing Supply continues its preparation for World Grand Prix 2 Season 6 having already secured tyre deals with five of the fourteen teams on the grid. However, the big news was the decision of Urotovsky-Gatutin to defect from the tyre that recently powered the team to a World Grand Prix Championship constructors title and make the switch to Phoenician-In Motion for the World Grand Prix 2 season. It has been rumored that the switch away from Tropicorp Racing Supply was a backroom deal engineered by Yurievsky Yakov Leonidovich in an attempt to lay the groundwork to replace World Grand Prix Championship drivers runner-up Skiia Vialiva at the UrGa Motorsports Flagship operation in the upcoming 21st World Grand Prix Championship Campaign.

While Tropicorp Racing Supply will be without the UrGa Motorsports team under their banner this season, they are still optimistic of adding at least one more team to their stable, sending an offer sheet to HMG Grand Prix and Team Blueforce who may be open to a new partnership with Stellenbosch no longer active with the World Grand Prix Organization. Additionally, Tropicorp Racing Supply have put forth a proposal to the WGPO that would offer full tyre services at no cost in addition to unrestricted usage of the state of the art Tropicorp Test Track for the likely inexperienced WGP2 Motorworks drivers to gain valuable track cycles ahead of and between World Grand Prix Championship Events. In return, Tropicorp would be looking for nothing more than minor branding representation on the WGP2 Motorworks livery.

Tropicorp's flagship operation for the World Grand Prix 2 Season 6, Tropicorp VilBev GP2, have not announced any formal plans for a public test but are believed to be hosting drivers privately at the Tropicorp Test Track. Tropicorp VilBev GP2 have confirmed they will use Preston Engines for this season after opting not to detract from their efforts to improve their World Grand Prix Championship product for next season. Tropicorp Engineering have issued an apology to the Orange Cow GP2 team who had already agreed a contract to use Tropicorp Engines before the decision was made at the top to suspend the GP2 Engine Program for this season.

Part 3 – Enter the Peacock.

Hello and welcome to the Wondrous World of Valentine Z! I am Intelligence Officer Jenny Claudia Joy Lena Linette “Sombra De Kenshutsu Sa Renai Hakkā” Marce Tanya Mayweather Ik. D. Do. S. Morishita Whitney Sakurano Fujima Felice Hoshiko Radiance, but you can call me Jenny, and that is all right with us! There is no need for anything formal with me (and with the other Valentians)! Anyway, let us go to business. As you have noticed by now, we, the MeowMeow Racing, have invited quite a lot of prospective drivers into the fray, which we believe that each and every one of you have the potential for greatness, and that should you get accepted, we will do our utmost best in order to accommodate for every single one of your needs. You will also be assigned a trainer – who has years of experience in the motorsports scene as a crew and as part-time drivers. As stated, you will be going to Valentine Z, through the portal that, as we have stated many times over the years and even the decades, that will not collapse upon you, and so do not worry about that! Valentine Z and its Peacock Heart welcomes you all with big hospitality!

Even for this practice session itself, you will be provided with rooms, the sizes much bigger than the ones you will find on average in most other worlds and countries. Oh and of course, we also do have driving simulators, around 30 of them in a single room, like some sort of an arcade. They are, of course, free for your use 24/7 throughout the stay, and then during the Pre-Season test as well that will come another time in the future. Now, the course…

A road course situated at one of the larger cities of Valentine Z (i.e. Naypyidaw, Burma), this circuit was purported for Formula Racing first and foremost. Pristine, new, wide, and all around nice, the course is a pinnacle of fusion, combining the traditional asphalt and safety measures of a Formula course with new and techno-magical aspects of the Valentians, including but not limited to: holographic displays and sponsor spaces (without becoming too glaring for the drivers), walls that absorb impact and manipulates time locally to spread the force over a larger timeframe, large and roomy lounges, and portals (NOT teleporters!) to other parts of Valentine Z as quick access for those who would like to enjoy other parts of Valentine Z without the travel time. For the course itself, along with the weather, it will be at a super comfortable 23-26 C even at daytime, and more importantly, at 30-40% humidity.

The course is divided into three sections, as per part of the specifications that is believed to be more standard and in-line with the world of Formula racing. It was first initially slated and designed to have some resemblance of a shape of a cat's head, in line with the Valentians' love for cats, but a heart makes a bit more sense, along with the fact that a heart – if you look at it different enough – could look like the shape of a peacock, as symbol for where this particular race is located. With aforementioned very little to no chance of rain, it would make for an easy race in terms of weather, the course itself being the challenge. The drivers start off on a long and straight path, followed by a rather sharp 90-degree right turn and a small snaking path to have the drivers get prepared for what is to come. With the first DRS detection and activation, the drivers then enter the yellow section of the course for another long path. With the end of DRS 1, comes the relatively gentle turns 6-9 before heading into the most challenging section of all – the red section. Consisting of multiple turns, curves, and gentle but non-intrusive altitude changes, the red section tests the drivers on their technique and skills of handling their car, and even with the wide roads, there is not much in the way for error, let alone for overtaking (which, while allowed, will risk a DNF or a crash). Finally, at the end of Turn 18 is a DRS 2 detection and then activation after Turn 20, re-entering the blue section as the drivers can then put back the pedal to the metal (or alternatively, head over to the pit stop for tire change).

Now, about the cars themselves – there will be 2 cars for the tryouts (and then later for the race itself), and we will be closely working with our generous engine and tire suppliers. So, the chassis itself is custom, designed, made, and engineered to the harshest and strictest of safety standards, and in compliance with Formula Two rules and regulations. The two engines are provided by Preston Autos, and the tires are provided by Tropicorp Racing Supply. The rationalisation of it is simple to us – we would like to make sure that the cars are closest to what you are going to use and experience in the actual races, and as a result, what better way to do this than with actual cars, tires, and engines that we will be using for the race itself? Thus, you will all be sharing the two cars and we will divide you all into small groups for one session, and then collate the timings by the end of each session, for three of them.

For each session, the two drivers will be on the track at any time, adequately far enough so that there would not be risks of overtaking or crashing into one another; after all, this is not an actual race and rather, simply for testing purposes! You will be doing five laps per session, and then which you will be getting out of the car for the next person to take over. So, in total, you will be doing fifteen laps for a total of three sessions! You might be wondering to yourself – how in the heck are we going to fulfil THREE sessions in a single day? Well, Valentians can and we will, let's just put it at that! It will only be used for this very session alone, and it will not interfere with the results in any way, shape, or form. (Spoiler: We are going to make that day longer, but the physics and all will remain the same.) All these technicalities aside, I hope that you will all have a good time in Valentine Z, and we can't wait for you all!

So far, MeowMeow Racing has received a combination of the following for the trials – confirmation of drivers, citing interest, or accepting trials extended to them:

Momqud Xonaxonov accepts the invitation from MeowMeow Racing and JMoD Racing for a race seat trial.

Momqud Xonaxonov expresses interest in driving for HMG Grand Prix, Team Blueforce, Tropicorp VilBev GP2, and VSK-Maarukanna Racing.

Urotovsky-Gatutin is offering their engine to any and all interested teams, and is putting it up for consideration as the series' stock engine supplier.

For over a hundred years, the name Urotovsky-Gatutin has been synonymous with reliability. Simple and rugged reliability is what the consumer has come to expect whenever they get their hands on an Urotovsky-Gatutin powered machine. Whether it's a truck picking up their farm's latest harvest or a main battle tank supporting an army's rapid offensive, the end user knows that an UrGa engine will never break down on them. And this is the philosophy which the company has strived to maintain and continue once we made the foray into motorsports. Urotovsky-Gatutin's success in the world of motorsports is based on a combination of factors such as the inherent reliability of our own designs and lessons picked up from both the successes and failures of our competitors. Success in any field has always been a cooperative effort, and for most of UrGa's time in the WGPO, UrGa has cooperated with some of the most accomplished teams and outfits on our own path to glory. However, now it is time for UrGa to forge its own path through the WGPO, and that path starts in WGP2.

UrGa's intentions upon entering the WGPO has always been to be both a constructor and an engine supplier. However, UrGa's own in-house design engine took over four seasons to meet the homologation standards of the WGPO, necessitating a deal with other accredited engine suppliers while this particular issue was sorted out. But now, the issues have been resolved, the paperwork has gone through, and Urotovsky-Gatutin is ready to unveil to the multiverse...

THE URGA ZhS-1000

Image

The UrGa ZhS-1000 is the beating heart of the Urotovsky-Gatutin motorsports program. This itself is part of its identity; the ZhS acronym stands for Zheleznoye Serdtse, which means Iron Heart in English. Meanwhile, the 1000 stands for the horsepower that this engine produces in its unmodified form, which is the primary power plant of the Pridnestrovian Ground Forces' latest and most advanced main battle tanks, the T-90M and the T-14A. However, the WGP2 version of the ZhS-1000 does not offer the same displacement due to the WGP2 formula requirements, and the engine has thus been derated to produce the maximum power allowed under the regulations. The WGPC-spec engine is expected to have no such limitations, but for now, prospective customer teams in the top series will have to content themselves with a preview of what's to come in this year's WGP2 season.

Urotovsky-Gatutin's trademark reliability has been retained in the ZhS-1000. No matter the conditions out on the track, no matter how many laps a driver runs, no matter how many revolutions per minute the cylinders endure, the ZhS-1000 will never fail on its own. Reliability on the battlefield has saved many Pridnestrovian units over the years, and this part of the UrGa identity carried itself over into motorsports. When your team is powered by an UrGa engine, your drivers will never retire from a race due to mechanical issues, allowing them to compete without ever worrying about their machine failing them at just the wrong moment. It is also for this reason that the ZhS-1000 is designed with ease of maintenance in mind. Even the most mechanically inept conscript can take down and reassemble a ZhS-1000 within 24 hours with minimal training, and UrGa mechanics will offer training to customer teams to reduce engine takedown and rebuild times to 12 hours.

Why choose UrGa as your powertrain?

We at Urotovsky-Gatutin believe that there are already too many variables to consider in motorsports without worrying about the reliability of a powertrain. UrGa developed our engines with the thought of removing this particular variable from the equation altogether, and our background in military equipment allowed us to achieve this with the ZhS-1000. And with reliability comes simplicity. No need for cutting edge technologies or neural networks; just press a switch to start the engine and you're ready to go. Also unlike certain other engine suppliers, UrGa does not rely on shock marketing or swear words in big bold capital letters to get our name on people's lips; we let our results do the marketing for us. If your team is interested in results and not controversy, UrGa is the way to go. If you want a powertrain with all the power and reliability and none of the drama, then Urotovsky-Gatutin is the way to go.

Had such a blast in the NSGP but can't wait to try these WGP2 cars for the first time. Hate that I won't be able to accept the invitation from Gajamina-Kartana but I'll definitely be able to put that Meow Meow Chassis for a spin. Hopefully not literally though, I'll try my best not to wreck it. #KittyPower

HMG Entwicklungszentrum
Emmerich, Hülkenberg

Dozens of journalists filtered into the makeshift press room, murmuring as they took complimentary cups teas and coffees to their seats. It was clear that there was to be an announcement of some sort, but the hastily-placed pieces of paper taped next to their logos obscured whatever company had been bold enough to sign a deal with HMG of all teams.

Image

The press secretary - an overworked intern - hurried around the room, handing enveloped press releases to each media crew. ”Now, I’m sure you’re all aware, but just in case - the embargo will be lifted at 12:30, and that’s when you can put the contents of this envelopes online. So, absolutely no leaks, got it?” The journalists rolled their eyes, which quickly widened after opening the envelopes. The murmurs grew louder. After several minutes of anticipation, Team Principal Jöhan Turbringer and multiple members of staff came in, sat down, and chatted amongst themselves momentarily as a hush descended across the room.

”Is that us?” began Jöhan, blank eyes staring back at him. ”In that case, I’ll give you the photo that most of you are here for.” Leaning forward, he tore the piece of paper off the front of the desk, revealing the logo of Preston Autos alongside HMG’s.

Image

”HMG Grand Prix will use Preston engines for the upcoming season.” Cameras flashed as those in the room realised that Jöhan was not, in fact, taking the piss. This was a real press conference, this was a real agreement, and HMG were the real deal.

PLUCKY PIONEERS PICK PRESTON POWERTRAINS

EMMERICH - HMG Grand Prix have elected to use Preston Autos’ Skychief V6 for the upcoming World Grand Prix Two season. Announced in a press conference at HMG’s Entwicklungzentrum, Team Principal Jöhan Turbringer, flanked by a litany of staff members, could barely contain his excitement. “It’s fantastic to be able to announce such a groundbreaking partnership between these two historic organisations. Obviously, Preston Autos’ experience at this level of motorsport will be a great help, but we’re hoping that what we bring to the table will make this a mutually beneficial effort.” The news came as a shock to many, with team insiders seemingly unaware of discussions with the Hapilopper-based manufacturer - or indeed, any discussions at all. “We had a short exploratory period of weighing up the options that were available to us, but once [Preston] got back to us, the deal was practically done.” Despite the lack of prior knowledge on the deal, the move has been resoundingly welcomed as a surprising display of competence from a usually-disjointed organisation. “Normally, when it comes to moves like these, we’re usually hit with the usual questions about whether or not we’re sure we’re making the right decision. Judging by the looks on all your faces, I doubt we’ll be getting any of those.” Turbringer’s humerous quips may have been unusual for a man of his stature, but he was correct; getting any engines at all would have been heralded as an accomplishment. In comparison, getting Preston’s can only be considered as exceptional.

There were, however, notable absences during HMG’s press conference - namely, the lack of any announcements relating to sponsors, a tyre supplier, or driver. Turbringer swiftly responded to these concerns with a “just wait and see”, a wry smile perhaps suggesting there would more to come from the team in the near-future. “I’m not going to go into any specifics, but the phone’s been ringing off the hook. We’ve had enquiries from all over the place.” When pressed further on why there hadn’t been much progress in these areas, he elaborated: “We don’t want to rush into something like this. We’re taking our time, and we’ll announce any further moves in due course.” Despite this, rumours surrounding the team’s lineup have continued to persist - out of a long, long list of names, HMG are reportedly keen on the AOGP duo of Khalifa Benabderrazik and Nick Unger, as well as the vivacious and vibrant Vincent von Visp. Failing that, they may look domestically for options, with the success of Nepö Kinder redirecting their attention closer to home and several drivers in both HMG Challenge GT and Hülkenberger WGP3 having expressed interest in driving for the team. If none of those options work out, Kinder will be first in line - even if it means interfering with her duties as test and reserve.

Whatever happens, no matter who drives for them, it’s clear that Jöhan Turbringer has fired the starting gun for a serious WGP2 effort. “Of course, the aim is to do well. We’d like to take the fight to some of the established teams, and we’d like to score the occasional top five finish. Alas, we have to be modest, so any points at all are ones that we won’t take for granted - but we’re not here to trundle around. We’re here to compete.”

A beautiful day in the hills of Sourterre was complemented by the melody of engines and race cars cutting through the countryside. The main event however was the unveiling of the Archer WGP2 program with their driver test. Talent from beyond the seas made their way to the Patriotlandian main island to prove their mettle and compete for the second seat in the Archer stable. Free practice saw the drivers out early maximising their time in the new machines. The test day also served to break in the new VSK engines. Archer is no strangers to uncommon engine layouts, having previously worked with turbine engines in the domestic prototype series. The sounds of the Wankel motors droned over the hills as the five racers made their way around the 5 km circuit. Lukas Beckham showed impressive pace setting the fastest time of the session a mere five thousandths over Luke Ochoa with the whole field separated by less than a second.

An unexpected lunge into T1 slowed down Pierre-Louis Archer letting him run away during the 10 lap sprint but Luke Ochoa and Antonin Yeats Durand battled all the way through showcasing great race craft and consistency. Further back, Istd Arkenund seemed to have leaned on the tires too early leading to some understeer later in the stint, while Lukas Beckham had a small loss of control heading down the mountain in the Slaloms.

The feature race used the reverse grid order of the sprint from earlier in the day. Luke Ochoa impressively fought his way through the field to take the checkered flag. Durand followed closely behind and Istd Arkenund finished on the podium after fending attacks from Lukas Beckham.

Archer higher-ups had much to discuss following the test. Luke Ochoa impressed many, including team principal and owner Alphonse Archer, but there were still some unanswered questions about the Fleftic. While his consistency and points scoring abilities led him to his WGP3 championship, Ochoa didn't win a race. The concern is Archer would gain a lot of exposure and marketing from race wins which would greatly help in expanding the brand in the future and that a consistant but erased finisher might not have the desired effect. However, with further discussions throughout the day, team officials got to know the young man behind the helmet and found he truly had the demeanor and work ethic of champion. Additionally, the board members were impressed with Antonin Yeats Durand. The youngster showed great promise for a newcomer to car racing. While his lack of funding could cause for some difficulties until he can make a name for himself, sponsors might like the storyline of an underdog. With the board members split on the two drivers, the final decision came down to Alphonse. "I like both kids. We have to remember that we are a new player here too. Not every driver wants to drive our cars. It's good to have options. I say we go after Luke, but if it fails. I think it's in our best interest to not burn any bridges."

Archer Performance offers Luke Ochoa its second seat. In the event of a refusal, the offer would extend to Antonin Yeats Durand.
