Osterhalten's status as successor to Huron League is confirmed, as his case is name change with IC retainment of same nation. This has been discussed between me and Osterhalten in the weeks before the opening of signup thread via TGs.

Saint-Jean-Jacques et Burnham-on-Stove is also confirmed successor to Saint-Jean-Jacques-sur-Mer.

I have also extended the signup deadline by three days to 14th September, as I was unable to update the ranks until today. Busy and tiring week is all.

We have 49 nations and no bid. Deadline extended by 4 days to 2359 EST on the 22nd. Should we end up without a bid by that point, I will put together a hosting plan and proceed according with operations, to avoid further delay to the competition.
