Billionaires at Valakaya entertainment society have ordered the founding of a national soccer league. The Vala league was formed with 8 teams preparing to be showcased. Players are being brought in from overseas to join the league as well as local talent. The Valakayan government is creating a stadium in the capital of Ballanca.
