Schedule added.

MD1 Tuesday 16 May, 04:15 UTC -- 08:15 UTC. Those in North America please note this essentially means the cutoff is late Monday evening for you.

Both cutoffs will be done by me, at my normal cutoff time, for this cutoff.

I am confused.

We had 43hrs in-between cutoffs for Group 3, as well as the postings of Group 2's score twice.

The established cutoffs have been roughly 48hrs apart. Was the early cutoff announced somewhere? Kind of rough to be mid-RP and have the cutoff period shortened by 5hrs.

EDIT: See it. We pushed up the previous cutoff and posted here (no TG sent) but didn't adjust the other time. Today's cutoff was correct by time zone >.<

The late scorination of Groups 2 & 3 on MD9/10 was a one-off. CD was unavailable that day so I scorinated his groups for him, but I did so at my (Groups 1 & 4) cutoff time. That did mean a 44 hour window, yes, but it wasn't an early cutoff -- it was the cutoff going back to the usual time. All of CD's remaining cutoffs will be at his normal time.

You're right about the Group 2 results being double posted, bit of a copy+paste error there I assume. I've copied over the correct results from the shared file. Sorry about that.

Yeah, edited back in when I figured it out.

The issue with me working off three time zones basically (working closing shifts puts me on the previous day, US EDT, and the UTC cutoff times) just got it confused. I looked today before work, say the cutoff was Wednesday AM, and wrongfully went with the 48-hour space thinking I had time to post when I got home tonight.

Sorry about that, then. Lesson learned on my part to be more clear next time. If it's any consolation
you won both games anyway

Yeah, every hosting experience is a learning experience, from what I've gathered over the years. One day, I'll have the brass to set-up and host myself, but life needs to be a bit more consistent before I'd feel comfortable stepping into those big shoes.

Winning is never a concern. Sacrificing enough words to Margaret to appease her blood thurst is always my concern

Please note that some of you may face a 44 hour scorination window, if you are moving from CD's side of the bracket to mine.

Is it the same schedule or is there a break in-between? Cutoffs were only given a time listing and not a date listing.

Yep, 48 hours (or in a couple cases 44/52). I've added an updated schedule to the OP for clarity.

I don't know if anyone else has spotted this, and it's probably too late to do anything about them now, but the MD12 results for Group 3 are the same as Group 2's. As in, everything's been copied verbatim, same teams and everything.

Yeah, little c+p error; they were scorinated properly and entered into the table generator properly, though.

I posted the actual results here.

Ah, right, right. Yeah, sorry, I didn't see that.

Because I haven't received any contact from Canadian Dominion, I'm going to assume I should scorinate the remainder of the playoffs. All cutoffs henceforth will be at 0815 UTC.

Who or what do I need to sacrifice to Margaret just so I can get a win against Gyatso-kai?

Anyway, congrats to our winners, comisserations to our runners up, well done to our hosts for doing a good job hosting.

Congrats and commiserations as appropriate.

Thanks everyone for taking part. I think it was a challenging one with a lot of people having school/university priorities, and the overlap with a number of other tournaments including IFCF, but you produced some enjoyable RPs.

Well run and well RP'd WCoH. Good work, folks.
