Group draw updated in OP of the Everything Thread. Note that there is a slight change in the format due to a copying/planning error. Previously, the top team of League B could advance to the championship group (Group X in the third stage) via the playoffs. This was a typo, I meant for the 4th placed team of League A to advance to the playoffs and for League B to get 2 direct tickets to Group Y, the challengers group.

Group X, Group Y and Group Z are also known as the Championship Group, the Challengers Group, and the Consolation Group, to distinguish from the first stage Group 1-7.

Due to personal issues, I will be delaying this cutoff by another 24 hours. Further cutoffs will be adjusted to because I am unavailable for the next few Sundays. The 3 day gaps are highlighted in bold below:

21st Apr (Fri): Stage 2 MD5/6

Announcement 2: Because previous cutoff's results and fixtures came a bit late, I will switch the cutoff time to a US evening/Singapore morning cutoff for this week. Cutoffs will be held at 10pm US Eastern Time, or 10am Singapore Time the next day instead.
