Signups are closed for new entries; however, the three nations that have so far tried to sign up without success (Sairona, Germenia and Arjunnagar) will have 48 hours to provide a legal signup. All other signups are accepted and may begin posting on the Everything Thread, with the excpetion of San Isidro Labrador, whose inclusion will be determined by whether or not we end up with an even number.

Signups are now officially closed. The tournament will feature 26 teams, including the 24 teams listed in the OP (including San Isidro Labrador), as well as The Luxio Times Wolves (Benjium) and The Germenian Golden Eagles Baseball Team.
I look forward to the tournament starting, and will be adding the first matchups to the OP asap. Also, while we're here, I will also be changing the starting date of the tournament from April 18th to April 20th.
