For the duration of the vote I'm not logging into the IBO account, but just to note that Diarcesia's signup would be accepted but Yerevan Rus's not as I don't know who "Eagle" is.

This is the voting cutoff. Thanks to all the IBO Members who sent in their ballots.
The results are as follows:

To accept the bid from Hannasea: 5
To re-open nominations: 0

Therefore, with a unanimous decision, Hannasea has been elected to host the 36th IBC.

Signups are, therefore, turned over to the new hosts.

By my count we're on 43 signups, which would give us 6.6872017 groups of 6.43019336474 teams each; I can work with that, but I'll give it a couple of days to see if anyone else joins to get us to 45 or, ideally, 48.

Answers are anonymous so please don't send multiple votes or vote if you're not signed up to the IBC. I can't guarantee I will go with any particular choice as it needs to work around my schedule too, but I'd like to get a feeling if there's a particular preference.

Based on the feedback I've picked 2300 UTC as the cutoff time. Thanks to those who voted and sorry that not everyone's preference could be accommodated.

I've moved the cutoff time back to 2330 UTC, which has in practice been the actual cutoff time for the last couple anyway.

Hi all, sorry to have to do this but today's scorination is postponed. Minor medical thing (I'm fine, no need to worry!) but I won't be available at scorination time. To avoid a clash with WC I've set scorination back 48 hours, not 24. Many apologies.

Welp, sorry about that but couldn't be avoided.

I've adjusted the dates, so now the Ro16 will be scorinated on the 3rd, the QFs on the 5th, and so on.
