Per this post: viewtopic.php?p=39912319#p39912319 the Baptism of Fire Competition does not end until 9/12. No World Cup Activities (Draw or Matchdays) can begin until this event concludes

If the details of North Cassadaigua are okay, as the annexed northern territory, then we'll sign this up as a puppet of Cassadaigua. It was okay for the World Baseball Classic, along the lines of how Jeru FC was okay back in the day. If not, no worries.

Puppet status confirmed.
North Cassadaigua can also be seen as a "numbers puppet" in case unique users or more preferable nations to the hosts sign up.

Entries are closed with all entries before Bongo Johnson are accepted. Votrokonon Autonomous Territory is disallowed due to the first nation puppet rule.
