Imoto's signup is not valid, as this is Macbon's first World Cup. Sorry, next time you will be able to enter a puppet.

All other signups are valid, and the withdrawals of Gatchingerrak Union and Trollish Islands are noted. Guanacasteca and The Karodin Tetrarchy have both revived and so their signups remain valid, but any nation CTEing from this point on will be sent to the bottom of the list even if they revive later.

We have 172 signups:

Please let us know if your nation name is spelled incorrectly as otherwise this will be the format we will use.

At present, the format used will be 15×11. This equates to 167 signups (165+2) and so St Saratoga, Greater Cebu, Northwest Kalactin, Krbustan and Lisander are all waitlisted, and any further signups will be waitlisted. Signups will close by the end of the Baptism of Fire, at which point we will proceed with a draw.

The Caprian Football federation (CFF) would like to participate at the 91th World cup, plus to enter to the BoF.
