About The Gothanita Isles
The Incorporated States of the Gothanita Isles (TGI), is made up of a series of island states, which came together by the Gothanitan Declaration of 2047, as an economic and political union. The people of the respective island states will come together as Gothanitans, with a unified stance on issues of national security, foreign policy, and political issues. The signatories of the Declaration will act as the defenders of the sea, defending the way of life for islanders across the multiverse, and also, come together as one unified voice in the multiverse.

In reality, the politics of each and every island-state is largely different. The differences in government system is the most common question, but given the levels of self-autonomy each member state have over their people, the differences have been largely reconciled at a national level. Twice yearly, the representatives gather together in the Council of Four meeting (officially known as the Gothanitan Combined Council meeting), with the leaders of each government coming together to discuss four main issues: economic development, combined foreign policy, national security issues, and cultural issues. Many things, however, can be decided on a local level, so these meetings are typically short, with not a lot of issues on the agenda. The agreements require ratification by the individual member states (per the Gothanitan Declaration of 2047, which is effectively the Constitution of TGI) before becoming law.

Currently, there are 4 signatories to the Gothanitan Declaration, and collectively, these nations are represented on the international level as The Gothanita Isles. Individually, however, each of these 4 signatories have their respective clout in their own regions, and are allowed to conduct some low level business with their region mates. As such, they are considered as partial states by some other nations. The 4 signatories are: (per the order as signed on the Declaration)

About Otksarin
Otksatin is a Sultanate, and that would mean that the nation is one of the more conservative nations around. In the country, any negative talk about the Sultan of Otksarin will likely get you arrested for laws of lèse-majesté, given the Otksars' support for their Sultan. However, apart from being mindful of what you say, the country is very open to visitors, and there aren't much dress codes unless you are attending a religious event.

There are some things which you should take note. Games typically end rather early, to allow the party to start earlier and end earlier. In many normal towns, they stop selling alcohol as early as 10pm. And they don't restart till 7am the next day. In certain tourist hotspots, however, they make sure to extend to midnight, though you would not expect much more drinking everywhere. As for smoking, do take note of where you smoke. The country's emphasis on clean air, means that smoking can only be done in designated rooms, with HEPA filters to help filter some of the gas out. Also, you would notice that weekend holidays in the country are on Fridays and Saturdays, given that Friday is prayer day for Otksars.

Event Locations
For the duration of the entire MAC, matches will be held in 9 different stadiums across 5 big locations. For the group stage, the first listed match will be held in the first stadium, second listed in the second stadium, and so on.

Kuala Pekatanan
Kuala Pekatanan is the coastal capital of Otksarin. The biggest city by size and population, it is the main economic hub of the Sultanate, and also the spiritual home for Otksars, home to Masjid Al-Shariff, the biggest mosque in Otksarin. Visitors who enter the country typically fly into Otksarin International Airport, located 40 kilometers south of the Central Kuala Pekatanan. In particular, there are 2 stadiums being used for this location. Bongali Park, which will host the finals, is home to Bongali United, arguably the biggest team in Otksarin. Cheskata, a team who has been fluctuating between middle-of-the-pack and the top, is located in the less urbanised northern parts of the capital, and is the main tenant of the North Pekatanan Stadium.

Stadiums:
Bongali Park (82,000), Kuala Pekatanan (capital)
North Pekatanan Stadium (47,000), Kuala Pekatanan (capital)

Tyakrita, Hoshak State
At 1,6000 meters, Tyakrita is the highest city in Otksarin and all of the Isles. Arguably also the coolest part of the country, it has temperatures around 15 to 20 degrees, much lower than rest of the country. Hoshak State is located at the southeast of the island, and is about a 2 hour journey from Kuala Pekatanan. DKTS and Pankarita is home to Royal Tyakrita FC and Tyakrita United, the other 2 big clubs in Otksarin by history. Both stadiums are considered as one of the hardest stadiums to play in, especially for visiting teams who are not used to the thin air and the climate of the city.

Stadiums:
DKTS (26,150), Tyakrita, Hoshak State
Pankarita (29,000), Tyakrita, Hoshak State

Kuala Dong, Jatanban State
Kuala Dong is located at the southern most part of the country, and being the former Otksar capital, it is home to lots of traditional Otksar buildings and structures. Despite the capital having moved, the official residence of the Sultan of Otksarin is located in Kuala Dong, due to the royal family's liking of being closest to the country's busiest shipping port. PDRO, the nation's armed forces football club, plays in the Bukit Hitam Stadium, which happens to be located in a more rural part of the city.

Stadium: Bukit Hitam Stadium (52,000), Kuala Dong, Jatanban State

Jerbula State
One of the more urbanised states in Otksarin, Jerbula State comprises of many small villages and townships that have transformed themselves really quickly. With the state leading the country's efforts to urbanise the entire of Otksarin, citizens have been trying to make the state the capital of tourism of the country. Whether it is the beaches by the Hangor Basin, the museums in Chinglon, or the amusement parks in Lazonia, tourists would surely want to enjoy 3-4 days of their trip to Otksarin here. The only problem is the lack of space, which results in difficulties in trying to build a regional airport in the city. Most of Jerbula State, however, has public transport, with the state capital Alor Hangor linked to Kuala Pekatanan by a 30 minutes high speed rail. 3 stadiums in the state are used, with Hangor Stadium, home to Alor Hangor FC, one of the more dominant clubs in Otksarin in recent history. The Hangor Stadium will be used to hold the Bronze Medal Match, among a series of other matches. The other stadiums, namely Pangostia and Pasir Hatakri Stadium, are home to Ceterina FC and Chinglon FC respectively.

Stadiums:
Hangor Stadium (73,240), Alor Hangor, Jerbula State
Pangostia (24,000), Lazonia, Jerbula State
Pasir Hatakri Stadium (30,000), Chinglon, Jerbula State

Selangmant, Danzi State
Korna Selangmant, the tenants of the Selangmant City Stadium, would surely not expect their stadium to be featured in a MAC. But Selangmant City is known as the "food haven" of the country - urban legend says that all of the country's vibrant food culture comes from the eastern city. Indeed, the number of roadside stalls in the place would certainly amaze most foreign visitors. Selangmant City is the only city which allows roadside stalls, a practice which has largely been banned everywhere due to its impact on vehicular traffic. Why? It is not only because of its status as the "food haven", it is also because of the car-lite vision that the city council aims to achieve - in fact, most parts of this small city can be reached by foot or bicycle, which is the recommended method of travelling around this small city. With a small city, comes a small stadium, as seen by the capacity of the stadium.

Southern Palm Islands is an island country located in Melayu Archipelago. It is also known as Palm Islands or SPI. In ancient time, it was part of the Sripala Kingdom alongside Eraman (Northern Palm Islands), Sharktail (Western Palm Islands) and Pemecutan (Eastern Palm Islands).

The Southern Palm Islands was then used as a trading post for Malayalee traders from Indusse. The trading post grew so big over time until the Malayalee outnumbered the native Austronesians in the islands. It is now the only Malayalee-majority nation in Melayu Archipelago.

Southern Palm Islands Football Association (SPIFA) is the main organization behind the development of football in Southern Palm Islands. The SPIFA is one of the emerging nations in Melayu Archipelago. With the success of Eraman and Sharktail in international level, SPIFA finally decided to send the national team to compete with the rest of the world.

The Pemecutan national football team (Pemecutan Malay: Tim Nasional Sepakbola Pemecutan) represents Pemecutan in international football competition. From its establishment the team is always comprises of all men players. It is governed by Pemecutan Football Association, the governing body of football in Pemecutan. It has never win any major international competition.

The team compete for the first time internationally at 3rd Melayu Archipelago Cup which was held in Eraman. They ended up finished 4th, defeated by Ziwana in third place final. Their participation in World Cup Cycle started at Baptism of Fire 76 where they ended in the Group Stage. They were participated in fifth World Cup Qualification with the latest edition become their most successful campaign. Pemecutan also become the first Melayu Archipelago country to advance to main World Cup competition.

History

Pemecutan national football team can not be separated from the establishment of the association itself, Pemecutan Football Association or (PFA). Established in 1969, PFA was a result or merging two football associations which was build up the country, Pemecutan. They are Giri Football Association (GFA) and Kanginan Association of Football (KAF). But the official of this new association was deemed unfair. From the beginning of its merging, Kanginan clubs and players were left behind. This was strengthen by the statement made by the then President of PFA which said Kanginan clubs and players being inferior than that of Giri and also PFA was only recognized the former GFA sanctioned competition as the main domestic league of Pemecutan at the time.

As the association was focusing on rebuilding their domestic features at that time, then the international competition and matches was never been held. In 1978, PFA was scheduling an international friendly matches against several countries, Soracana Islands, Toluiwa and Cakranegara. But all of the matches were canceled for various reasons. The officials then back to focusing on its domestic situation especially after 1982 Football Riot. The accident happen during Inter Nusa Cup, between Pesub Ubung, the champion of PFA Eka League at the time and Parsewi Mengwi, the champion of Surya Utama League at the time which was won by Parsewi Mengwi. For not being able to admit the loss, Pesub Ubung fans raging a riot throughout the city of Ubung making the city transportation system collapsed. The situation also makes Kanginan clubs become more alienated by the Giri Island clubs. The second big riot happens in 1996 in Canggu, after Parsenggu Canggu defeats Pescam Campuhan in Inter Nusa Cup which resulted in the discontinued of Inter Nusa Cup.

The situation between these two regions become less severe in early 2000, as more matches were held between clubs from Giri and Kanginan. In 2003, a local competition named Puri Cup was established which competed between states. The competition was short life. The national team was established for the first time in 2019 ahead of the country's entry into 3rd Melayu Archipelago Cup where they were surprisingly finished as 4th placer. The country then focusing to build up its regional image and they success to do that after repeatedly reached semifinal. But their lack of luck to advance beyond semifinal makes them being dubbed as the Pemecutan Cursed. Their first international entry was at 48th Di Bradini Cup where the country tested their U-21 team for the first time. Unfortunately, they were ended up in the Group Stage. The senior team then entered in 73rd Baptism of Fire where they were also ended in Group Stage. They were continue their campaign to 86th World Cup. In their first World Cup Qualifying, they were being smashed. They were only won 2 matches and ended at the bottom of their Group.

On their next World Cup campaign, they were getting better and better. And their latest entry, the 90th World Cup, they success to reached final and defeated by The Holy Empire to become the Runner-up in their second main World Cup. In the regional stage, their luck is not getting better. They were success to reached final in 2 occasion but they were always failed to lifted the trophy.

Nickname

During their earlier appearance, the team was coined as The Tridatu Team. The naming is based on the country's tricolor flag name. The name is gradually change after their XIV Summer Olympics appearance. The local media then use the name Si Jalak Putih or The White Myna to refer to the national team. The name then use widely and become the official nickname of the team.

Kits

Image
The previous team jersey
The national team kit design has only change once. In their first international appearance, the team using black as the kit based color. This jersey was made by a local apparel company, Gringsing. The color use for the kit is inspired by Tridatu color, which is the national color of Pemecutan. It is believe that the color can give luck and protection for the user. After being stuck as semifinalist in regional competition, they decided to change the kit as a refreshment.

Agung&Arya Fashion was contacted by PFA officials to design the new kit for the national team. It is a huge challenge for the fashion house as they are never involve in sportswear before. The design they come up with is a simple black-white vertical stripes with white as the background color. They are also introducing the second jersey which use red as the basic color in also another stripes design. The third design that they made are for the goalkeeper. This time they use the combination of red and black.

Home Stadium

Pemecutan usually play their home matches at Tegeh Kori National Stadium located within the Tegeh Kori Sports Complex, Tegeh Kori District, Pemecutan Puri. The stadium is named after the first native kingdom that rise from the occupation of Sripala Kingdom. It is mostly use for football and athletics matches which has a seating capacity of 45,000 spectators. The final of 7th Melayu Archipelago Cup was held in this stadium. About The Hainan Union
The Hainan Union was founded as Hsintai (literally "new platform") by the members of a group in Asia that did not think it belonged anywhere. The founding Hsintaians, who were Chinese, found the instability of their home country's government to be too much to bear. However, no other place in 1930s Asia was fit for them; to the north, the Soviet Union would require assimilation into a completely different culture and language, something they were not willing to do. Similarly, to the west were countries of peoples and religions alien to the Hsintaians. To the east and south were Japanese-controlled territories- moving there, not surprisingly, was also out of the question. So these leaders, socialist but not ready to embrace radical Communism, aggressive but not in the same way as the Japanese nationalists, decided to form their own country, based in the tropical island of Hainan (formerly the Chinese province of the same name).
While initial dealings with its neighbors were met with hostility, landmark negotiations in the 1980s and membership of the Asian Archipelago alliance led to more widespread recognition, international respect, and a steadily growing economy- all three of which The Hainan Union continues to enjoy today.

Hsintai was renamed The Hainan Union in 2016, in deference to the historical name of the island, and in hopes that more people would recognize its geographic location.

The Hainan Union National Football Team
The Hainan Union's national football team plays a 4-4-2 formation.

THE PULANGESE NATIONAL FOOTBALL TEAM
The Red Tigers

AS part of the "Reform and Opening Up Programme" instituted by the 49th State Council of the People's Democratic Republic of Pulang, a representative team of 23 players will be sent to the Melayu Archipelago's CMFA Cup, both in a bid to build bridges to other countries in the region and to show the world how Pulangese football is played. The success garnered last time out, making a run to the quarter-finals, meant that a return was naturally on the cards, as the country looks to participate more in the region and its activities.

ImageImageImage
Home, away, alternate. BSRP stands for Barisan Socialis Rakyat Pulang, the name of the socialist party of Pulang.

One of the more popular sports on the island, football in Pulang is contested annually by a 16-team professional league; two teams from each of the six provinces, then one team each from the Pulangese Army, Navy, Air Force and Pulangese Railways, which has grown steadily to be one of the biggest employers in the country thanks to the planned expansion of the railway system and its expansion into other sectors of the economy, such as property development and infrastructure.

Leading the team will be Abdullah bin Rahim, 60, long time-coach of Kuala Tebing FC. For the team's return on the international stage, he has chosen to continue with a more cautious style of play that served the team so well last time; one that prioritises defence above all else and a carefully measured counterattacking game.

The Ziwana Football Federation PRESENTS:

The AmaZiwana Football National Team to the 7th CMFA Melayu Archipelago Cup

Image

When a house is built on sand it is easily swept away by storms but a house built on a rock withstands anything when the storms come. The Royal Ziwana Football Association (RZFA) which has lasted for a 100 years was not built on rock but on sand. AmaZiwana football has seemed to improve for many years with the introduction of the youth philosophy and quick attacking entertaining football. However these policies have not reached their full potential due to the corruption and unprofessionalism of the RZFA. The youth policy was meant to spot talents all over the country especially in impoverished areas. These talents would not only be trained to become future football stars but would also be educated so that if football failed they would have an alternative path. However this was not the case, officials in the RZFA would charge youth players to be in the youth program. Furthermore, the youth policies funds were embezzled by officials. The Akambuku the AmaZiwana national team have become reknown for the youth players that have successfully graduated from Academies, however most players have had to constantly pay officials to even play matches in the Academies, Senior Football Clubs and even the National Team. Following Ziwana's failure in the NS World Cup Qualifiers 86, the Anti-Corruption Bureau launched an investigation into the RZFA after irreularities in the national teams finances were noticed. The investigation uncovered deep corruption from the top to the bottom. The investigation found evidence of ; match fixing, embezzlment of funds and nepotism. The RZFA was suspended by the government after the revelations leading to Ziwana skiping the 6th CMFA Cup and the NSWC 87th Qualifiers. A meeting of all football stakeholders from State FA officials to District FA officials were called. In the meeting the RZFA and Royal Ziwana Football League were disbanded. The Ziwana Football Federation and the Ziwana Football League were founded and an election was set up to be held in the 13th month of the last year before the time reset. The Royal family were banned from interferring with AmaZiwana football, the Ngwazi and Prince were forced to step down as Chairpersons of Birnin Almalaki and Zote Malicky.

With the upcoming 7th Melayu Cup the ZFF and all Akambuku fans hope that the national team will perform well to open the new year after the time reset and the new era of AmaZiwana football.

Head Coach and Playing Style
Jocob Hakarin, 71, is the current manager of the Otksarin National Team. The veteran manager is familiar with the possession-based, defence first strategy employed by the clubs of Otksarin. Instead of playing a more defensive strategy this time, he instead decided to continue to push for more possession and passing football, employing a style known as the Hiki-Haka of football, which he pioneered with Arenes FC back when he was their manager.

Style Modifier: -1.2
Formation: 4-4-2

I give my opponents permission to do the following for their RPs:
- Choose my starting lineup, goalscorers, substitutes. This must be done in reference to the details provided in pre-match RPs/main roster, such as the 11 starters listed above, and the players' styles.
- Godmod any scoring events, subject to these events being realistic. (Eg. Long range balls from midpoint line/goalkeeper line is allowed, RPing a fast ball boy that allowed for the corner to take place amid chaos is allowed, but something like having a pigeon swoop down from the sky to push a ball in is not allowed. Go through with me what you plan and I may easily accept it.)
- RP or Godmod injuries to my players. These injuries can occur inside or outside the match, however, you only RP what happened. (Do TG me so that I will take notice, especially for godmodded ones.) The extent of injuries, as well as the duration of the player being out, is decided by me.
- Hand out yellow and red cards to my players. However, the number of red cards can only be 1 more than the number of red cards you give your own players.
- RP or Godmod any other events, with the exception of any pandemic-related events. No pandemic in my nation, no pandemic on my players. Do TG me if you wish to let me know of any other events you plan to RP, and I am willing to cooperate if necessary.

The timeline in MAC is happening after 90th World Cup Final which is year 1783 in Pemecutan.

After World Cup, What's Next?

Otksarin - Pemecutan have seen it's greatest journey in the World Cup Circle after not only qualified for the main event for their second consecutive time but also reached the final for the first time in its international football history. Despite the lack of luck in regional competition, the team have shown that they are capable to be better. And now their attention turn to regional competition, Melayu Archipelago Cup.

As been known by many, Pemecutan is an unlucky team if it comes to regional football event. Begin to participate at the 3rd edition, the team have never won a single trophy despite continuously advance from group stage. The team best result is back-to-back runner up at 6th and 7th edition. But with a great result at the World Cup do they have a chance?

This question have been around for a while. Can we win the trophy? In my own opinion, yes we do can. Based on paper. But the odds are a lot. Our team readiness. Our opponents readiness. The strengths and weaknesses. Host weather condition. Anything can affect our result. What we can do is play our best and see how the outcome will be. And with this solid team, I believe in us.

- Satya Putra Laksamana
National Team Captain

In the qualifying round, Pemecutan will face 5 opponents. And the team has shown that they can after they beaten up The Hainan Union with 5 goals. Leo Olivando still become the star of the team after scoring 2 goals. The other 3 goals are scored by Komang Trisna Mahayana, Rama Karyadi and Agus Kusumawijaya.

I like how my boys play yesterday. They were so free and focus. No pressure at all. It makes them play so beautiful. And I hope they can always play this way.

- Surya Agung Pramana
National Team Manager

On the next schedule, they will meet Sendhang. This will be a match to be seen. Although participating recently, Sendhang have had a mediocre result in the regional stage. They were also had a rather good result during their World Cup campaign. Despite their not good opening match against Berdeng Bundok which ended in a draw, their play have to be look cautiously. The downside on Pemecutan side is Dewa Putu Mahardika won't be able to play in the next match. He will be replace by Pande Oka Jaya.

Every team needs players to continue their sporting journey and that's the same with Southern Palm Islands. Southern Palm Islands won the Seventh edition of the Melayu Archipelago Cup due to their coaching staff and players. No Palmyran can forget the Plascas brothers and their Legendary manager Sembara Bunian. Bunian left, bringing Jamu into the Palm Islands. Let's take this opportunity to know more about the players of the Blue Palms.

First on the list would be Rawat Khan, who has been the goalkeeper of the national team for a long time.
Rawat Khan, born in Palingh to a well known advocate Mr. Pesimir Abdullah as his only son. Rawat at the birth was named as Pesimir Abdullah Ali Amzad but was changed at the age of 18 after he completed his schooling. He used to be the main goalkeeper of his school team and ended up playing for Palingh Rovers junior team. He got to be the captain of the team due to his outstanding performance where the team achieved clean sheets every game of that Junior League season and won the tournament. His performance opened the door to the national team making him the number one goalkeeper for the Palm Islands team. He is currently know to be the best goalkeeper for the team in its history of soccer and also became the first ever goalkeeper of Palm Islands to score a goal in a tournament.

Overview

Sendhang or Federation of Sendhang is a a landlocked nation located in the Melayu Archipelago on the Melayu Mainland. It has a land border with Acastanha, Kayangan, Springmont, Havynwilde, Bachok, and Samudera Darussalam. Sendhang consists of a federal territory and 4 states namely Lemah Banyu, Alamsunda, Putrasia, and Nainhá.

Football in Sendhang is governed by the newly-formed Persatuan Sepakbola Seluruh Sendhang (PS3). PS3 was officially formed over four years ago. Before the formation of PS3, football in Sendhang was governed separately by each of the state FAs. There was no Sendhang national team prior to the formation of PS3.

The formation of PS3 also paved the way for a new national league, the Liga Super Sendhang (LSS) which kicked off its inaugural season 4 years ago. There was no national league before the introduction of LSS. Each of the state FAs organized their league separately before that.

Sendhang is currently ranked 78th in the world.

Staffs & Tactics

Head Coach: Teuku Irfan

Teuku Irfan was officially appointed as the head coach of the national team prior to the 82nd Cup of Harmony after leading Sendhang to 5 wins, a draw, and a defeat in his 7 matches as the caretaker coach after Teuku Syarkawi was sacked. He is a graduate of sports science from the Universiti Sendhang and this is his first job as a head coach.

Irfan started his career with KS Tapaklaboh as the assistant to Teuku Syarkawi. He was brought to the national team setup 3 years ago after Teuku Syarkawi was appointed as the national team head coach.

Assistant Head Coach: Teuku Syarkawi

Teuku Syarkawi is the former head coach of KS Tapaklaboh, the most successful club in Putrasia in the States League era before the introduction of Liga Super Sendhang. He was appointed as the first head coach of the Sendhang national team a week after PS3 was officially announced. It was an easy decision for the decision-makers in PS3 at that time as Syarkawi is a very highly-rated head coach among football enthusiasts in Sendhang, especially Putrasia.

He was sacked by PS3 from the head coach position after six consecutive winless runs in the first half of the 90th World Cup qualifiers but was later handpicked by Teuku Irfan to be the assistant head coach of the national team. He is a long-time friend of Irfan who was his assistant at KS Tapaklaboh and the national team. The two complement each other and have worked well together for years. Irfan will usually lead team training while Syarkawi spent most of his time monitoring the training from his office while analyzing data and formulating strategies.

Style Modifier : -2
Formation : 4-1-2-3 DM

Teuku Irfan is a defensive-minded counter-attacking coach. He prefers to play with a defensive midfielder to protect the back four and to start counter-attacks. This is accompanied by two quick wingers that will sit deep to help the defense when they don't have the ball and get in position to launch a counter-attack while in transition when they have just won the ball.

Irfan prefers his team to be very disciplined in defending. His team will sit deep and frustrate the opponent for 90 minutes if needed. He doesn't believe in possession football. He wants his team to be very direct and quick when attacking. As his mentor and current assistant manager said, "possession doesn't win games. Goal does. Keep it tight at the back and hit team on the break."

Players
Starting Line Up in bold

Goalkeeper

Image

GK: Albertus Wageo (CAPTAIN)
Age: 32
Club: KS Larantuka

Albertus Wageo is the Liga Super Sendhang’s goalkeeper of the year in the first 2 seasons of the Liga Super Sendhang. He signed for KS Larantuka from PS Oelmasi at the start of the inaugural Liga Super Sendhang on a free transfer. The Oelmasi-born goalkeeper helped his new club to a second-place finish in the inaugural season before leading the club to the league title 2 seasons ago, conceding the least goal in both seasons. His selection as the captain of the national team 3 years ago has been an honor for him. His leadership, integrity, influence, and high social skills are what the coach sees in him. Syarkawi believed that Wageo as a captain could unite the new squad which comprises of players from different backgrounds.

Bench:

Image

GK: Monyet Pasuryan
Age: 29
Club: Persejo Kratonredjo

Monyet Pasuryan's ability in guarding the Persejo Kratonredjo goal in the inaugural season of Liga Super Sendhang deserved a thumbs up and earned him a call-up to the national team. The 28 years old Kratonredjo-born sweeper goalkeeper was ever-present for the club from the state capital of Lemah Banyu for the past 2 seasons. He only conceded 21 times in the 22 matches in the first season, 22 times in 22 matches 2 seasons ago and 23 times in 22 matches last season. This record led Persejo Kratonredjo to be the 4th least conceded team in the inaugural Liga Super Sendhang season, the 2nd least conceded team 2 seasons ago and the least conceded team last season which earned him the goalkeeper of the season award for the first time last season.

GK: Sonny Gunawan, 25 - KS Gunung Kayasu

Defender

Image

DR: Teuku Hamzah
Age: 26
Club: KS Tapaklaboh

Small and cunning, that is how the media described Teuku Hamzah. He is one of the four KS Tapakbaloh players called up by Syarkawi to the national team, their former head coach. His performance in the last 3 seasons convinced Syarkawi to call him up for national duty. Sendhangite will be looking for him to use his speed and agility to make overlap to open the space for Sendhang down the wing.

Image

DC: Teuku Muhammad Bari
Age: 31
Club: KS Tapaklaboh

Teuku Muhammad Bari is a strong and commanding center-back. He is very highly rated by Syarkawi who coached him at KS Tapaklaboh but Bari is not a player that football fans in Putrasia are interested in because of his temperament. While he is a regular player for his club, he is also a regular on the referee's notebook for the yellow and red cards. He is often seen kicking the opponent's leg, sometimes he is in trouble for it but sometimes he gets away with it. His disciplinary record is bad. Nevertheless, he won the Liga Super Sendhang best defender of the year award in the inaugural Liga Super Sendhang season. His ability to mark, tackle and close down opponents is enough for Syarkawi to call him up. He is also an asset when defending or attacking a set-piece due to his heading ability and jumping reach.

Image

DC: Putra Lumipada
Age: 31
Club: Persejo Kratonredjo

Putra Lumipada consistently led the back four of Persejo Kratonredjo for the past 3 seasons. His role for his club is irreplaceable. The ball-playing defender won the Liga Super Sendhang’s best defender of the year award last season. The 30 years old Kratonredjo-born who is also the captain of Persejo Kratonredjo was very commanding throughout the last 3 seasons and kept his backline very disciplined.

Image

DL: Niko Kefalo
Age: 29
Club: KS Larantuka

The 28 years old defender of KS Larantuka is the star player of his club helping his club to 3 Liga Mese Nainhá and a Liga Super Sendhang title. His consistent performance earned him the defender of the year award 2 seasons ago. He is entering his ninth-year with KS Larantuka after his contract was extended for another 3 years 2 seasons ago.

Bench:
DR: Edo Rungao, 27 - FS Waingapu
DC: Kurniadi Pranoto, 26 - KS Gunung Kayasu
DC: Dadan Winata, 26 - KS Danokota
DL: Jahut Seletar, 27 - Perseguput Gunung Putri

Midfielder

Image

DM: Josua Beripeda
Age: 30
Club: KS Larantuka

The call-up of Beripeda 3 years ago was quite surprising. The regista was playing for PS Ruteng which is a middle-level club in Nainhá. The club never even reached the top 4 of Liga Mese Nainhá but Beripeda's performance caught the eye of Teuku Syarkawi. His flexibility is amazing. Although originally a defensive midfielder, he could move forward to help the attack. He is also comfortable playing as a sweeper. This versatility makes Beripeda a unique addition to the national team. He signed for the champion of Nainhá, KS Larantuka before the inaugural Liga Super Sendhang season to challenge himself at the highest level in Sendhang football and it was arguably the best transfer of the season as Beripeda went on to become the Liga Super Sendhang’s best player of the year in the first 2 season of the Liga Super Sendhang and helped KS Larantuka to clinch the title 2 seasons ago.

Image

MC: Teuku Hassan Al Qari
Age: 33
Club: KS Tapaklaboh

Teuku Hassan Al-Qari is the captain of KS Tapaklaboh. He is very highly respected by his teammates. He spent his entire career with KS Tapaklaboh. The emergence of Teuku Herman 3 seasons ago, a KS Tapaklaboh academy graduate challenged Hassan's place in the starting eleven but Syarkawi is confident that Hassan can maintain his form and skills for the foreseeable future and deserved his place in the starting eleven of the national team. His main quality is his creativity, vision, and passing ability. Hassan is another player that the national team can rely on to take the free kicks and corner kicks.

Image

MC: Nanang Wirajuda
Age: 31
Club: KS Danokota

Nanang Wirajuda was a key player for KS Danokota for the past few seasons in which they clinched the Liga Perdana Alamsunda title in the last 3 seasons before Liga Super Sendhang was introduced. He is usually deployed as an advanced playmaker or a box-to-box midfielder at his club. Sendhangite will be looking to see Nanang replicate his club form for the national team especially with his composure, long-range passing, and high stamina. He is the deal-ball specialist for his club and the national team.

Bench:
DM: Jorok Mendriq, 24 - Perseguput Gunung Putri
MC: Wedhus Geni, 27 - KS Gunung Kayasu
MC: Teuku Herman, 22 - KS Tapaklaboh

Forward

Image

AMR: Ramon Kalbasi
Age: 27
Club: KS Larantuka

Ramon Kalbasi is one of the standout performers for KS Larantuka in the past 3 seasons, in which they finished as runner-up before clinching the title 2 seasons ago and finished runner-up again last season. His trickery and dribbling skills caught the eye of many and earned him a spot in the Liga Super Sendhang’s best XI of the year award in all 3 Liga Super Sendhang seasons so far. The right inside forward is also a huge threat in terms of goalscoring as he went on to be the second top goalscorer in the league behind Teuku Salahuddin in the first 2 seasons before winning the golden boot last season.

Image

AML: Keylar Samoi
Age: 30
Club: KS Gunung Kayasu

Keylar Samoi is the main attacking threat for his club, KS Gunung Kayasu and led them to their first ever Liga Lemah Banyu title last season. He mainly plays on the left-wing but is also comfortable playing as a striker. His main strength is his pace, dribbling, and long shot. He also showed that he can be a goalscoring threat last season as he finished third in the top goalscorer chart of the Liga Super Sendhang behind Ramon Kalbasi and Teuku Salahudin.

Image

ST: Teuku Salahuddin
Age: 23
Club: KS Tapaklaboh

Teuku Salahuddin confirmed his status as the best striker in the country 2 seasons ago after winning 3 end-of-season Liga Super Sendhang awards, the most award won by a single player. Salahudin led the line of attack for Sendhang for the first time in the World Cup 89 qualifiers after winning the striker of the year, young player of the year as well as the golden boot award. The 90th World Cup qualifier will be Salahudin's second tournament as the main striker after getting the nod to start towards the end of the 89th World Cup qualifier. Standing at only 170cm, Salahuddin is miniature in size but very quick and clinical in finishing. He won the golden boot award 2 seasons ago and is the second highest goalscorer in the latest Liga Super Sendhang season.

Bench:
Image

AMR - Temiar Kintak
Age: 30
Club: Perseguput Gunung Putri

Temiar Kintak is not known for his goalscoring ability but he ticked all the boxes preferred by Syarkawi to fill this position. He is a very hardworking player who will help the defense, probably run on 3 lungs because he never gets tired and most importantly has the pace and trickery to launch a counter-attack when they won the ball.

Image

AML: Cezar Nowela
Age: 26
Club: KS Larantuka

Unlike most of the players in the national team squad, Cezar Nowela was not part of the original squad that participated in the 7th Melayu Archipelago Cup, Sendhang's first-ever competitive international tournament. The left inside forward was only called up 2 years ago after his performance with KS Larantuka in the first few Liga Super Sendhang matches 2 seasons ago caught the eye of Teuku Syarkawi. Sendhangite will be looking for Nowela’s pace when hitting the opponent on the break as well as getting into the opponent’s penalty box for a goalscoring chance.

Image

ST - Gusti Sing Nggawe
Age: 31
Club: Perserejo Kratonredjo

Gusti Sing Nggawe was the star of the national team before Teuku Salahudin took over that role. He was the top goal scorer of Liga Lemah Banyu 2 and helped Pesisir United to a third-place finish, enough for them to earn a spot in the new Liga Super Sendhang 3 seasons ago. He gained national prominence after scoring 5 of the 7 goals for Sendhang in the 7th Melayu Archipelago Cup especially after scoring the winning goal against Trolleborg. He then went on to score 16 goals in his first 13 international appearances. He is a very good header of the ball, has good first touch, and is very sharp in the penalty box but lost his place to Salahudin after a bad year in front of goal 2 years ago. He moved to Perserejo Kratonredjo at the start of 2 seasons ago to rejuvenate his touch in front of goal and helped his new club to a second-place finish in his debut season as the third-highest scoring player in the league behind Teuku Salahudin and Ramon Kalbasi. However, he then went on a slump again last season making people to question his consistency.

Ziwana unveiled new home and away jerseys

A few days after the 10th edition of the Melayu Archipelago CMFA Cup (CMFA Cup) begun, with Ziwana beating Pulang, Ziwana have finally unveiled their new jerseys. The Ziwana Football Federation (ZFF) had promised Ziwanan footballing fans that they would release new kits before the CMFA Cup but were unable to do so.

The Ziwana national team kits were unveiled at the Izula National Stadium alongside the new national team nickname and ZFF logo. The changes come in a wake of other changes to the Ziwana national identity. For so long certain Zangan nobles had pushed Zangan symbols and identity as the Ziwanan identity but this is not so. The ZFF have not dissapointed they followed the directions of the Ministry of National Unity by basing the new Ziwana kits, nickname and ZFF logo on the new Ziwanan flag.
Image

The new Ziwana national flag: ZFF national team inspiration.

The new Ziwana national team nickname will be the Scorchers. The ZFF have focused on Ziwana's national heritage by having this nickname. Before the 6th and 7th century the Ziwanan Archipelago was not inhabited, several groups over the next centuries arrived guided by the sun. The sun is a recognized symbol in all 13 states of Ziwana. As such it is only beffiting that the national team be called the Scorchers. The past nickname Akambuku was taken only from one state, it was not inclusive of the other cultures of Ziwana.

The national team kits are now red and green, returning to the original colours of the national team when it was founded in 1921. The kits also make use of a pattern dipicting the sun. The ZFF logo has lost the colours green and yellow colours for the red, black and green of the national flag. The Green, yellow and black are the colours of the Zangan flag.
Image

Old ZFF logo had been inspired by the State of Zanga's flag.

With a new identity most Ziwanan's hope that the country can do well in the 10th CMFA Cup.All the best to the Scorchers.

The Eraman national team arrived in Kuala Pekatanan a week before the 10th Melayu Archipelago Cup kick-off. The squad then camped at Tyakrita, the venue for Eraman's opening match against Fengjie. However, the problem is Tyakrita is located at 1,6000 meters above sea level. The Royal Puncakpura players had no trouble settling in as they are used to the same environment and atmosphere at home but the others had a tough time.

"It's hard to breathe," said Nyoman Jelantik who probably never left the island of Soma before he played football professionally.

The majority of the squad also shared the same feeling. 6 of the starting eleven wore gloves and long sleeves for the match against Fengjie at the Pankarita Stadium in Tyakrita. Only the Daulapuran prince, Putra Daulapura Wikra Petara who probably grew up in air-conditioned room and the Puncakpura-born boys, the Kudung twins, Serigala Rudra and Era Hitam looked comfortable for the match.

Luckily, the mission to hunt for the first three points in the opening match of the 10th Melayu Archipelago Cup came to fruition as Eraman won in style over Fengjie after they defeated their opponent 3-1 with a convincing performance. Wikra Petra was really up for the match as he scored 2 goals very early in the game. He struck first in the 4th minute when he volleyed a cross from Lipas Kudung and his second in the 9th minute as he latched on a trough ball from Serigala Rudra.

Fengjie managed to close the gap before the break after Eraman who played with a very high defensive line was caught on a counter-attack. But Era Hitam completed the scoreline after the break from the penalty spot after he was brought down in the penalty box in the 63rd minute.

The national team squad, who was supposed to stay for another day left Tyakrita to Chinglon straight after the match as per the player's request. Chinglon will be the venue for Eraman's next match, a big match against neighbouring rival, Sharktail who also won in their opening match against debutant, Cocomel.

Time to Reconnect

As the rumour evolving the Acastanhada domestic league, yesterday, President of Federação de Futebol Acastanhada, Abelardo Potarkan announced the internal meeting of the federation following the said rumour. On the announcement, he stated that the meeting will invites all 4 parties that involved in running the country's domestic league. They are the 3 regional presidents (Arra, Palidas and Teluk Ketam) and president of Acastanha National League which govern the 2 top level leagues, Liga Campeonato and Segunda Liga.

The domestic football competition in Acastanha was started about 27 years ago with the establishment of Liga Acastanhada do Campeonato or Liga Campeonato for short. It was entered by 12 best teams from around the country. Palidas strongly dominance the clubs number at the time. Although Arra's club, SC. Tabeira success to win the first trophy. Acastanha National League was then established about 9 years after the inaugural season. The branch is created in order to managed the top level leagues of Acastanha which already expanded during the time by the introduction of Segunda Liga. However, from its creation 27 years ago, these national leagues have become so exclusive. The gap between teams in national level and regional level become wider and wider. And the Big 3 is also emerge amongst the national level clubs.

⌘ Rasa Palma ⌘

Welcome back to another day of "Rasa Palma", the Taste of Palmyra. Rasa Palma today teaches you how to prepare one of the nation's authentic dish known as "Daging Kelapa". What is Daging Kelapa? The word literally means Coconut Meat. This dish is a curry made using any sort of meat preferably Chicken meat or beef meat with Roasted Coconut paste. It is a very important dish of the Palmyrans living in the southern part of the nation. This dish is served at all major occasions where meat can be consumed. Trying this dish with bread is more prefered and tastier than with rice. The oldest record of the recipe was found in Raja Rasa restaurant's basement where the recipes of the chef's are stored. The recipe dates back to three hundred years and was written by the Legendary Chef, Wong "Raja Rasa". Raja Rasa means the King of Taste. The name given to the dish at the time of Raja Rasa is Pedangin which looks like an altered version meaning Spicy meat. The recipe also had a dialogue written which read as "Pedangin qualifies better than the Pedang (Sword)." Now let us get to know how we can prepare this dish. Let's first look at the Ingredients of this dish.

Image
Daging Kelapa

Ingredients
  • Meat (Chicken / Beef: with bones Prefered) : 500 g
  • Chopped Onions : 3
  • Crushed Ginger and Garlic : 2-3 tbsp (Can also use Ginger-Garlic Paste)
  • Tomatoes : 2
  • Jeera, Cloves and Cardamom : 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala : 1 to 1.5 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder : ½ tbsp
  • Curry leaves : few
  • Coconut Oil : 4 tbsp
  • Salt : Pinch
The above ingredients were for the cooking of the meat. But, you still haven't found the real ingredient of this dish. The roasted coconut paste is the main ingredient of this dish. To make the paste, you'll need the following items.
  • Coconut Oil : 2 tbsp
  • Grated Coconut : 250 - 300 GM's
  • Ginger / Garlic (Paste) : 2-3 tbsp
  • Chilly, Turmeric and Coriander Powder : ½ - 1½ tbsp.
Now you've got to know about the ingredients, there's no dish without ingredients right? Now we have to cook them to eat, can you even think of eating them raw?!
Cooking Instructions
First, clean the meat you've taken to prepare this dish. Take away all the unnecessary parts such as it's skins and organs. Keep it rinsed so that it gets to be of the perfect water percentage when marinating. At the time of rinsing, move to prepare our special coconut paste. Take a pan, add some coconut oil, add the grated coconut and keep on stirring. When the color of the coconut starts to change at the garlic paste and keep on stirring till you get a golden brown shade. When you achieve the color tone you need add the masalas or powders and stir. When it seems to be of the perfect mix, remove it from the pan and move to a plate. Grind the resultant coconut to smooth paste by adding a bit of salt and water. Continue the grinding process till you get a smooth thick brown paste.
Now you'll have to use this paste to marinate the chicken which was kept aside. After marination wait for the masala to get into the meat.
Now take a round cooking Bowl and add the coconut oil. add the onions, crushed Ginger and the chillies to the bowl and continue to saute. When it gets to be showing a slight brownish color put in the marinated meat and stir well. Add 1 ½ cup of water into the bowl and stir it so that it doesn't get sticky at the bottom. Now close the bowl with the lid and wait for it to boil. At the time it boils, crush the left over spices using a pestle and keep it aside. After the curry starts to boil, add the tomatoes, left over spices and Garam Masala and stir. Send it back to boil until it is dry but with enough gravy. Now add the pepper and stir it. Put the curry leaves above the curry for taste and smell. Keep it on the flame for a few more minutes until you get a nice aroma coming out. Now take the bowl off the flame and your Daging Kelapa is ready to be served!

Just make sure you don't burn your tongue without letting the curry to cool :p

The recipe of this dish can be found on the internet. The recipe posted in here isn't the same as that of the real dish and has been altered for the author's imagination.

Buda Wage Wuku Ukir, Pawukon 1783

It's Postpone?

Pemecutan Puri - Football fans are waiting for the beginning of the 1783 season of Pemecutan domestic league. But yesterday, PFA new appointed President made an announcement that shocked everyone. Putu Ayu Kusumawardani, the former Vice President and Acting President of PFA is officially elected as the new President of the association. The decision was made based on Kusumawardani experience in the field. She become the first female president of PFA.

Following her inauguration speech yesterday, Kusumawardani also announced several points about the domestic league. And one point that have to be highlighted is her decision to halt the league until the mid-year.

I'm making this decision in order to preserve the legacy that is initiated by my predecessor, Pande Suryajaya. He has a vision of a more structured pyramid system to our domestic league. And the postpone is decided to give time for the association to established a more effective structure based on our predecessor have envision.

- Putu Ayu Kusumawardani
PFA President

Her decision however have created a mixed response from the sports critics and football fans. Some say that she is too reckless to make such a decision on her own without the consultation to other parties. Some say that it is for a better future of Pemecutanian football league. Others accuse that Kusumawardani has a different agenda by postponing the league. These many responses have not yet being answered by the association. But they have invite the club's leaders for another grand meeting.

Yes, we got the invitation this morning. They want to held the meeting this weekend. I think they are already pre-planned it or they won't be able to held a big meeting just in 3 days without all the preparation.

- Pande Komang Jayasakti
Director of Pescam Campuhan

Dharma Wisesa, sport critic, stated that the association have to be more careful about their decision and the new structure have to be something that lasted a couple of decades or even forever. Wisesa pointed out several changes that have been decided by the association under Suryajaya rule. From changing the top tier leagues, welcoming clubs from Kanginan then welcoming clubs from Soracana Islands until his last idea to change the whole system completely. He truly have a great vision but the repeated change in a short time can also damage the country's image internationally. That is Wisesa's warning.

In the end, the PFA is of course aiming for the best pyramid structure of Pemecutan domestic league. And we, as the fans, can only see how it goes.

Ziwana Football Federation launches regional football leagues.

By Chosadziwa Botolo

ZCOMM Sport in Birnin-Likulu, Ziwana

As one way of uplifting the quality and popularity of football in Ziwana, the Ziwana Football Federation (ZFF) on Tuesday launched Regional Football Leagues. At the unveiling which took place at Izula National Stadium on Tuesday morning, President Patrick Kambewa said that ZFF will invest 350,000,000 Silivas (1,575,000 NS Dollars) for the leagues to be organised in the 2 regions of the country.

Kambewa said that the regional leagues will help ZFF put in place a well organised football development structure that will help unearth talented youths from rural areas.

"The leagues will fulfil the ZFFs desire to raise the standards of football in Ziwana by putting more effort on regional football which will act as feeder leagues to the Ziwana Football League.

"Ziwani football really wowed the multiverse in our first showing but since then it has struggled to reach its full potential. For so long we have spent more time on the Ziwana Football League thus minimizing our talent pool by not also focusing on lower league football.

"The new structure will help in the development of many players and also provide a stage for failed academy player to prove themselves again.

"The leagues will help district football association administrators and officials a capacity building opportunity through their involvement in the organisation and administration of games at regional level. ZFF will do all this by reinvesting gate revenue in the ZFL towards regional football development," he said.

Kambewa emphasized that it was imperative for the regional and district football associations to ensure that the leagues are professionally run so that the intended goals and purpose might be achieved.

In his remarks, ZFF Vice President Justice Gama said that the leagues would be run by a united board made up of elected officials from district football associations under the supervision of the ZFF.

"The regional leagues will directly feed into the ZFL but there will be no relegation from the regional leagues until the leagues are stable. The leagues will be played played on a two-legged round robin format. Each league will have a maximum of 12 teams and a minimum of 6 teams.

The leagues will begin at the same time as the ZFL season starts.

Thousands of Eramanians and Sharktailians were at the touristic city of Chinglon, not for the ample of museums in the city but for the second match of the 10th Melayu Archipelago Cup between the two neighboring rivals. Besides Pemecutan and Sendhang, Sharktail is the biggest rival of Eraman not just in sports but also geopolitically. Issues of Sharktailian fisherman caught by Eramanian police for fishing in Eraman's territory made up the headline of both countries every year.

Sharktail is also the reigning king of Melayu football after winning the 9th Melayu Archipelago Cup in Berdeng Bundok, their second title ever joining Ziwana as the nation with the most Melayu Archipelago Cup trophy. Eraman and Sharktail only met once in the history of Melayu Archipelago Cup. Sharktail trashed Eraman 3-0 in the match at Nilayam Arena in Pemecutan. So, the match at Chinglon was a great opportunity for Eraman to set the record straight against their southwestern neighbor.

Sharktail, however, was in front as early as the first minute as a result of a mistake by Eraman veteran defender, Cicak Kudung after his careless back pass to the goalkeeper, Mikla Kala went straight into his own goal. Eraman managed to equalize in the 13th minute through Samara Grawira who easily tap the ball into Sharktail's goal. Win Aziz's penalty kick in the 22nd minute after he was fouled in the penalty box put Sharktail back in front. Eraman once again managed to equalize a minute before the end of the first half, through Wikra Petara who completed a penalty kick after he was fouled in the box by Hidawi.

The match in the second half was a bit tense and as a result, Eraman had to play with 10 players when Karipa Senawang was sent off for a hard tackle on Win Aziz in the 50th minute. Sharktail then suffered the same fate ten minutes later when Harold was ordered off the field for receiving his second yellow card in the match. Sharktail managed to be in front for the third time in the 73rd minute after Azaim's beautiful free-kick failed to be saved by Mikla Kala. Nyoman Jelantik, however, appeared to be Eraman's savior when he scored the equalizer with two minutes left in the match.

The Eramanians were much more pleased with their team's performance this time around compared to their previous 3-0 beating. It's not a win but they know Sharktail has always been a tough opponent.

"The players deserved praise for their fighting spirit. They scored 3 again but this time around we scored 3 too," said an Eraman fan at Pasir Hatakri Stadium after the match.

DAY 8 - MONTH 1 - YEAR 9

Who will stop Pemecutan this time?

Pemecutan has confirmed their status as the best national football team in the Melayu Archipelago after their amazing run into the final of the 90th World Cup. Being the only country in the region to ever qualify for the World Cup, there is no doubt Pemecutan is the best team around.

However, they have never won the Melayu Archipelago Cup. Strange but that's the reality. There is a curse on them in this tournament. They have always made it into the semi-final in all their appearance but there is always someone stopping them from winning the most prestigious tournament in the region.

In their debut tournament in the 3rd Melayu Archipelago Cup, storm-ravaged Pauh Janggi knocked them out in the semi-final and went on to win the trophy. They were then knocked out in the semi-final again in the 4th Melayu Archipelago Cup by Ziwana who went on to win the trophy too.

Sharktail then knocked out Pemecutan in the next two editions, first in the semi-final of the 5th Melayu Archipelago Cup then in the final of the 6th Melayu Archipelago Cup, Pemecutan's first-ever Melayu Archipelago Cup appearance.

Pemecutan made it to the final for the second time in the 7th Melayu Archipelago Cup but lost to their southern neighbor, Southern Parm Islands before Trolleborg knocked them out in the semi-final for 2 consecutive editions.

So, will the curse continue for Pemecutan? Who is going to stop them from winning the competition now? Definitely not Sendhang after we lost 4-1 to them last night.
