SUBJECT: Foreign Visitor Permits
Confirmations received from Deering, Kulha, Tüvshinbayar, Findlay, Vialiv, Sherpa, Solow, Rae, and Joyner. That's nine out of twelve invitations accepted. I hope your friend in the KGB has his stamps ready because some of our guests might bring their entourages with them to Myrilsk.

Marina, try to tell them to limit the number of additional visitors to two per driver at most. Any more and we will exceed the quota for visitors to our closed cities, and even Timofey Ilyich himself won't be able to increase it.

SUBJECT: Test Session Formats
I can't help but be concerned about our test session formats this season. I know that we're using chassis and engines from last season for these tests but I can't help but think that three consecutive tests are grueling to both man and machine. What's the problem with our old test format?

SUBJECT: RE: Test Session Formats
Last season proved that the old format was woefully inadequate in gauging the skill of our prospective drivers, which led to the team making decisions based on erroneous data. One session is no longer enough. We need to test these drivers on all three possible track configurations in order to see how they perform. And three consecutive full race simulations will also test their physical and mental endurance, something that could prove important to our future as a racing team.

SUBJECT: Driver Academy
We are seeing more and more drivers entering WGP2 and even WGPC at a younger age. There is potential for us to recruit promising foreign talents this season and increase UrGa's international standing in the motorsports community. I sense an opportunity to build the bridges of international cooperation between Pridnestrovia and other countries. I have two names up for consideration should you wish to discuss this further.

I have a few names in mind for recruitment for the driver academy as well, Taras. Let's discuss our options over lunch and choose our favorites once the test results come in.

SUBJECT: Test Sessions
Привет! If you are reading this then this means that you have accepted the invitation from UrGa Motorsports Division to take part in three test sessions which will determine id you have the speed and skill to become UrGa's next driver for WGP2 Season 5. This invitation includes a guide around the city of Myrilsk, the UrGa Factory, and the UrGa Testing Facility where our first testing session will take place.
The city of Myrilsk is listed as a "city of strategic national importance" by the Pridnestrovian Interior Ministry, hence access to it by foreigners is heavily restricted and tightly controlled by the Committee for State Security. Worry not though, as UrGa has already taken care of the necessary permits and paperwork to allow your entry. However, you must enter the country and the city through appropriate means in order to facilitate your journey to the UrGa facility and not delay yourself unnecessarily with interactions with local security forces. It is suggested that you fly into Tiraspol, where the team has arranged for your further transport to Myrilsk. Any attempt to fly directly into Myrilsk will be intercepted by an air patrol and forced to land at the international airport in Bratsk, which is a three hour road journey from Myrilsk. We also suggest that, if you wish to be accompanied to the country, you can bring only a maximum of two people with you so as not to exceed our quota for visitors to our closed cities.
Upon arrival in Myrilsk, you will be provided quarters in the nearby barracks of the Air Force base since this first test session will occur across two days. Day 1 will start with the guided tour around the UrGa Museum, showcasing important events in the history of UrGa such as its participation in both Great Patriotic Wars and the car that won the first ever season of the Coalition Grand Prix Racing Association. The tour will be followed by a luncheon where the invitees will be provided with the best cuisine Pridnestrovia has to offer. Ample food and beverages will be provided. In the afternoon, all the drivers will participate in a speed test where they can show their maximum speed around the Myrilsk Test Track. And then on Day 2, all the drivers will take part in a one-shot qualifying session in the morning which will determine the grid for a full WGPC-length race around the circuit in the afternoon where all aspects of their racecraft will be put to the test. All drivers will be provided with the same chassis and engine (specifically the one used by UrGa during WGP2 Season 4) to ensure parity between everyone. The test track has been built to provide a balance between testing a driver's technique and aggressiveness, but given UrGa's design philosophy it is expected that there will be a slight emphasis on aggressiveness in this track.
The second test session will be held at the Afanasiy Benin Memorial Autodrom near the city of Beledor in the Karavatsenin Socialist State, and will take place one day after the Myrilsk session. Transport between Myrilsk and Beledor has already been arranged by UrGa so there is no need to arrange for transportation of your own. Day 1 of the Beledor test session will start immediately with a speed test around the Autodrom, which by WGPO standards is considered an aggressive track, and then the afternoon will be taken up by a traditional qualifying session which will set the grid for the WGPC-length race around the Autodrom on Day 2 of the session.
The third and final test session will be at the technical-rated Pepuza Race Park in the city of Pepuza in the Hatay Socialist State. Once again, UrGa has already arranged for transport between Beledor and Pepuza so you need not worry about it. The two-day test session format will be similar to the one used in Beledor, with speed practice and knockout qualifying on Day 1 and yet another WGPC-length race on Day 2.
On behalf of the Urotovsky-Gatutin Motorsports Division, we look forward to seeing you in Pridnestrovia and showing us what you've got.
