Handball World Cup 24 Signups

So it’s been like 4 months so I thought I’d open up signups. Given that we are attempting to hold the HWC 3 times a year opening signups now made sense.

This is the official signup thread for the 23rd Handball World Cup. Post here to sign up for the tournament and also bid for host. To signup, make a post in this thread.

Host Bids must include form of scorination, format, and RP grading/bonus; everything else is not necessary but encouraged. A bidding deadline around a week from now looks optimal.

For when I think this competition could run, it would be sometime towards the end of WCQ similar to what we did last cycle. However ultimately it’s up to the host to decide when they want to score.

Finally on the topic of ranks, the 22nd edition of the HWC wad held over a year ago from now so it doesn’t make sense to me to continue using those ranks and I’d propose starting afresh from the 23rd edition. But again how ranks are used depends on the host and the community here. The ranks are something I’d like the views of the entire community at large’s views on.
However if the post HWC 23 ranks collated by Sylestone are used its recommended to use a prominently large RP bonus since the ranks have only been collated over one edition.
