I still haven't heard anything back from CAP.

I was thinking of accepting both waitlisted nations and doing 6 groups of 7. Top two nations in each group, plus the 4 best third-place teams, move to the knockouts.

ICly, I'll use this tournament to train a younger generation of players (which is my sheepish explanation for why I might lose a lot of matches)
