Campionato Esportiva 29 host voting is starting and we have one host bid to choose from. Users signed up may choose between the following options:

1. ACCEPT Hannasea's bid
2. RE-OPEN host bidding
3. ABSTAIN from host voting

Bidding nations/users are not allowed to cast their vote.

You have one week to cast your votes to determine the host for this edition. Deadline of voting will be 12:00 AM UTC+8 of the 18th of March. Votes should be sent via telegram to Makati. Any votes sent to other nations will not be counted.

Don't want to act as a death nation during this tournament as I simply don't have the time to give you some good RP's. Campionato Esportiva is a great tournament and I want to wish all the participating nations the best of luck. Hopefully we will be in next time.

With your main nation bidding on the WCoH, How do you feel about running two tournaments at roughly the same time? What will you be doing to avoid burning yourself out?

Last year I overlapped three tournaments. That said, the main thing I'd do is make sure the cutoffs on any days that do overlap (which, because this is staggered over 48 hours and has a projected shorter format, wouldn't be many) are at different times so I'm not time-pressed for either. So probably morning cut-off for CE, evening for WCoH - but I wouldn't anticipate that affecting many MDs, as noted.

Will there be an exception to the rule as with an instance in previous CE's, or not, or will it be on a case-to-case basis?

I can't see there are any current signups to whom this applies, although it's not the easiest thing to check. I would be inclined to keep the rule in place; I can't think of a situation where an exception would be needed.

So, I'm going to repay that faith by immediately, like, immediately, contradicting myself. We are at 31 signups. We could drop 1 to 30, or 3 to 28, but 32 is too convenient a number to pass up. With that in mind, I've had a request from Northwest Kalactin to enter his nation Sahuarita, who is not technically speaking eligible under the standard CE rules. I'm leaning towards granting the request, though, as Sahuarita is to be NWK's new main for WCC stuff and as such should represent a better entrant from a roleplay perspective than a token numbers puppet.

What I'm going to say is this. Sahuarita has 48 hours to sign-up. If another nation that is an eligible entrant signs up in that time, though, then they will be entered instead.
