So we have 34 schools signed up (Hebitaka and Crilland's second schools ineligible and whatnot), so what I'm thinking of doing is to close signups this wednesday night, just as the World Cup 87's group stage ends. Let's see if we'll reach 36 or 42 this time....

Minor procedural notes

• Crilland and Hebitaka's second schools were rejected as this NSCF cycle's their first one as users.
• Barrettsville's both schools in Fair Haven State and Northern Dinagat State were accepted and promptly placed in Celestia Conference, as Barrettsville would count as Lycrabon's IC successor and both schools have participated for long time as members of said conference.
• Allamunnic States' entry was accepted and placed in Zephyr Conference, as the user's past school under Allamunnic States was most recently a member of said conference.
• United Vietussia's entry was accepted and promptly placed in Mineral Conference as Vietussia Academy have participated for long time as a member of said conference.
• UVI and Yesopalitha's entries were accepted, but placed into a difference conference than that of their respective main nation's school(s). This measure was taken due to separate circumstances- Big Eight's full capacity was a case for former, while latter was done as a request from the said user.
