Co·foundersIbilx-Irtix Ono, Karar-Falax Zev, & Otoln-Prant Ezi are the three original co·founders of
uni·q. All are currently seniors in colleges in Zwangzug, where they play for their colleges’ football teams. Each of them were also previously teammates with Qusma clubs KF Atlov, Atlov Juzuna, & KFQ Qavazujzy.
Together, as a part of KF Atlov, they won Pug Qusma, Qusmo’s former second tier, & competed in Pug Qusmyra, Qusmo’s former top flight. They also became a part of the first team from Qusmo both to play in & to win a UICA knockout round, ultimately advancing to the UICA Series B Champions’ Cup quarter·finals.
Together, as regular starters for Atlov Juzuna, they won Puk Juzuna, Qusmo’s former national U19 championship. While playing for Atlov Juzuna, they also became a part of the first & only Qusma team, before or since, to win an international trophy: the twenty-fifth, & final, UICA Youth Cup. Ibilx-Irtix & Otoln-Prant converted in the penalty kick shootout in the final, & Karar-Falax saved two attempts to win the shootout.
Together, they co·founded Pug Xily’a, a national league to spread awareness of & opposition to the Qusma regime. Together, as a part of KFQ Qavazujzy, they won that very same league. As a result, they represented Qusmo in the IFCF Champions’ League, advancing all the way to the knockout rounds.
Executive Leadership TeamIbilx-Irtix Ono is
uni·q’s
chief executive officer & one of its three original co·founders. They first had the idea of
creating Pug Xily’a as a way to oppose the Qusma regime, & they secured many of the commitments from
players to participate in the league & the first major sources of
funding to make both the league & our company a reality. They are currently a senior at Klerked College in Zwangzug & play as a centre·back for its football team. They are pursuing a major in political science, with a concentration in gender & sexuality studies, & a minor in studio art, with a focus in design. As chief executive officer, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of
uni·q’s overall strategy, vision, & growth.
Karar-Falax Zev is
uni·q’s
chief financial officer & one of its three original co·founders. Their research, knowledge, & commitment to detail were crucial to establishing financial & logistical
support for Pug Xily’a. They are currently a senior at DU in Zwangzug & play as a goal·keeper for its football team. They are pursuing a major in economics, with a concentration in international business. As chief financial officer, they are responsible for ensuring
uni·q’s continued financial health, stability, & growth.
Otoln-Prant Ezi is
uni·q’s
chief marketing officer & one of its three original co·founders. They are currently a senior at Maddon College in Zwangzug & play as a left·back for its football team. They are pursuing a major in
psychology, with a concentration in sports psychology, & a minor in political science, with a focus in democracy studies. As chief marketing officer, they are responsible for orchestrating new marketing strategies & strengthening
uni·q’s visibility & reputation among potential clients.
Qusmyr Qaq, Qusmyr Qusma, is
uni·q’s
president. As Qusmyr, they were Qusmo’s
head of state before they were deposed in a coup. They are familiar with the intricacies, bureaucracy, & business of football through their former role as president of Fuzpon Qusma, Qusmo’s football association, throughout its existence. They were also a vital
early investor for the company. As president of
uni·q, they preside over meetings of the board & provide it counsel on long-term strategy & vision.
Dwada-Prant Von is
uni·q’s
chief innovation officer. They previously worked at Fuzpon Qusma, Qusmo’s football association, as an
intern. Their time was marked by their
unwavering commitment to
advancing radically
new ideas, strategies, &
paradigms. They later helped
facilitate Pug Xily’a’s initial funding. As chief innovation officer, they are responsible for ensuring
uni·q continues to creatively address ever-evolving challenges through constant innovation.
Nirlo-Raxat Hal is
uni·q’s
chief operating officer. They previously served as
chair of KF Koflir, a competitive team in Pug Qusmyra, Qusmo’s former top flight, where they championed diversity & inclusion &
pioneered the introduction of foreign nationals in the league. With their expert knowledge on the intricacies of the business of football, they are tasked as chief operating officer to ensure
uni·q maximizes efficiency, makes sound strategic decisions, & guarantees timely procurement & delivery.
Horon-Konda Kal is
uni·q’s
chief commercial officer. They were previously the director for international portfolios at Qusmair, Qusmo’s national airline. While there, in addition to expanding the airline’s international flight
routes across the region, they successfully secured naming rights for a football
stadium in Cassadaigua & the national football
league of Ouna. As chief commercial officer, they will focus on negotiating naming rights & sponsorship agreements, retailer contracts, & corporate partnerships.
Flonz-Gerol Den is
uni·q’s
director for market expansion. They previously worked at Blonvarz Qusma, Qusmo’s premier architecture, design, & construction firm, as the head of its public relations division. They were a critical link for their former company’s foray into the international arena, & they proved adept at cultivating political relationships & navigating rapidly shifting market
developments. As director for new market expansion, they will engage directly with prospective & first-time clients, especially in new markets, to introduce the
uni·q brand to new audiences & secure new contracts.
Ulutu-Xilit Orz is
uni·q’s
director for portfolio management. They previously worked as a match promoter for several lower-level Qusma football leagues. Despite a lack of job security & adequate pay, they were renowned for their eternal sense of optimism & remarkably cheery
disposition. They love connecting with football clubs, players, managers, agents, staff, & anyone in general, really. As
uni·q’s director for portfolio management, they will maintain & strengthen relationships with current clients, stay on top of emerging trends in existing markets, & ensure continued client satisfaction.
Nirlo-Zaxac Rax
uni·q’s
chief development officer. They were previously the associate director of sportswear & activewear design at Pyjzyodz Qusma, Qusmo’s public clothing manufacturer. They were instrumental in developing textile technologies that made the company’s kits for Pug Qusmyra teams lighter & more breathable than before, and they bring a keen understanding of the textile business & a specialized focus on sportswear with them. As
uni·q’s chief development officer, they will supervise, direct, & participate in research & development for new & current products, lines, technologies, & styles.
Xilit-Nenzi Nev is
uni·q’s
chief policy officer. They are currently also a professor of political science at Hampden College in Québec, following several years in similar posts at both
Unitat Qusmyra & Unitat Vlyva, each in Qusmo. They also
moderated the final party leaders’ debate before democracy fell in Qusmo. Since its collapse, they have been keenly focused on how & why Qusma democracy ended & what Qusmo’s political future holds. As chief policy officer, they will promote policies that advance
uni·q’s interests & those of the Qusma people.
Ralox-Tanar Dar is
uni·q’s
chief technology officer. They were previously head of information technology & data security at Qazqav, Qusmo’s public
bank. They are keenly interested in data security, which is critical for a financial institution but also important for a company interested in conducting commerce via secure mobile transactions. As chief technology officer, they will oversee
uni·q’s digital & social media presence, secure & optimize online sales, & ensure company technology of all types functions properly.
Dwada-Matez Kal is
uni·q’s
general counsel. They were previously an associate with a law firm based in Kolle, with a specialty in labor laws & regulations. They were retained by KF
Koflir to force Fuzpon Qusma to allow foreign nationals to play in Pug Qusmyra & other Qusma competitions. Later, they spearheaded Pug Xily’a’s legal & regulatory
compliance, a particularly complex topic for a league that employed players who were under contract for other clubs in a bevy of other nations & which played in fifteen different nations. As general counsel, they will ensure
uni·q operates within all applicable laws & regulations in every jurisdiction in which it operates.
