uni·q was founded by three college students who forged a friendship through playing football together in our teens. In just a few short years, it’s grown beyond our wildest dreams. We founded uni·q to help our fellow footballers play the game they love — & because we know that football is so much more than a game. That ethos guides us today, as we aim to become the best kit designers and manufacturers in the Multiverse.

The story of uni·q starts with the story of Qusmo. The emergence of a vote-splitting third party, a massive opposition-shattering bribery scandal, a government-fostered xenophobic delirium, & a series of corrupt bargains all allowed a single party to amass so much power that it could suspend the constitution. In the aftermath, martial law was declared, & our nation has never been the same since.

The government employed the beautiful game as a cudgel with which it could impose its ugly nationalistic bile upon the nation. However, football also represented a source of hope, joy, & unity for countless Qusmi’y throughout the nation. We saw the power of football in Qusmo; in fact, we lived it. So, we decided to create Pug Xily’a, a football league of Qusma exiles from our homeland, dedicated to the removal of the Qusma regime & the restoration of democracy. In order to realize that vision, we needed to take on the logistical challenges of creating a new football league from scratch — including securing equipment & kits for all our players & clubs. To accomplish that goal, we created uni·q — & after its success in Pug Xily’a, we’re ready to grow even further.

Our unique origin & enduring character is embedded in our name. uni·q was founded by a trio of uni students from Qusmo who wanted to design & manufacture unis for a league that would catalyze change in Qusmo. At our heart, that is who we are. We now seek to expand our reach & our vision further than ever before, and to that end, we intend to expand across the Multiverse, reaching new customers, new markets, & new products. All the while, we will never compromise our commitments to quality, integrity, service, & Qusma democracy.

Co·founders

Ibilx-Irtix Ono, Karar-Falax Zev, & Otoln-Prant Ezi are the three original co·founders of uni·q. All are currently seniors in colleges in Zwangzug, where they play for their colleges’ football teams. Each of them were also previously teammates with Qusma clubs KF Atlov, Atlov Juzuna, & KFQ Qavazujzy.

Together, as a part of KF Atlov, they won Pug Qusma, Qusmo’s former second tier, & competed in Pug Qusmyra, Qusmo’s former top flight. They also became a part of the first team from Qusmo both to play in & to win a UICA knockout round, ultimately advancing to the UICA Series B Champions’ Cup quarter·finals.

Together, as regular starters for Atlov Juzuna, they won Puk Juzuna, Qusmo’s former national U19 championship. While playing for Atlov Juzuna, they also became a part of the first & only Qusma team, before or since, to win an international trophy: the twenty-fifth, & final, UICA Youth Cup. Ibilx-Irtix & Otoln-Prant converted in the penalty kick shootout in the final, & Karar-Falax saved two attempts to win the shootout.

Together, they co·founded Pug Xily’a, a national league to spread awareness of & opposition to the Qusma regime. Together, as a part of KFQ Qavazujzy, they won that very same league. As a result, they represented Qusmo in the IFCF Champions’ League, advancing all the way to the knockout rounds.

Executive Leadership Team

Ibilx-Irtix Ono is uni·q’s chief executive officer & one of its three original co·founders. They first had the idea of creating Pug Xily’a as a way to oppose the Qusma regime, & they secured many of the commitments from players to participate in the league & the first major sources of funding to make both the league & our company a reality. They are currently a senior at Klerked College in Zwangzug & play as a centre·back for its football team. They are pursuing a major in political science, with a concentration in gender & sexuality studies, & a minor in studio art, with a focus in design. As chief executive officer, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of uni·q’s overall strategy, vision, & growth.

Karar-Falax Zev is uni·q’s chief financial officer & one of its three original co·founders. Their research, knowledge, & commitment to detail were crucial to establishing financial & logistical support for Pug Xily’a. They are currently a senior at DU in Zwangzug & play as a goal·keeper for its football team. They are pursuing a major in economics, with a concentration in international business. As chief financial officer, they are responsible for ensuring uni·q’s continued financial health, stability, & growth.

Otoln-Prant Ezi is uni·q’s chief marketing officer & one of its three original co·founders. They are currently a senior at Maddon College in Zwangzug & play as a left·back for its football team. They are pursuing a major in psychology, with a concentration in sports psychology, & a minor in political science, with a focus in democracy studies. As chief marketing officer, they are responsible for orchestrating new marketing strategies & strengthening uni·q’s visibility & reputation among potential clients.

Qusmyr Qaq, Qusmyr Qusma, is uni·q’s president. As Qusmyr, they were Qusmo’s head of state before they were deposed in a coup. They are familiar with the intricacies, bureaucracy, & business of football through their former role as president of Fuzpon Qusma, Qusmo’s football association, throughout its existence. They were also a vital early investor for the company. As president of uni·q, they preside over meetings of the board & provide it counsel on long-term strategy & vision.

Dwada-Prant Von is uni·q’s chief innovation officer. They previously worked at Fuzpon Qusma, Qusmo’s football association, as an intern. Their time was marked by their unwavering commitment to advancing radically new ideas, strategies, & paradigms. They later helped facilitate Pug Xily’a’s initial funding. As chief innovation officer, they are responsible for ensuring uni·q continues to creatively address ever-evolving challenges through constant innovation.

Nirlo-Raxat Hal is uni·q’s chief operating officer. They previously served as chair of KF Koflir, a competitive team in Pug Qusmyra, Qusmo’s former top flight, where they championed diversity & inclusion & pioneered the introduction of foreign nationals in the league. With their expert knowledge on the intricacies of the business of football, they are tasked as chief operating officer to ensure uni·q maximizes efficiency, makes sound strategic decisions, & guarantees timely procurement & delivery.

Horon-Konda Kal is uni·q’s chief commercial officer. They were previously the director for international portfolios at Qusmair, Qusmo’s national airline. While there, in addition to expanding the airline’s international flight routes across the region, they successfully secured naming rights for a football stadium in Cassadaigua & the national football league of Ouna. As chief commercial officer, they will focus on negotiating naming rights & sponsorship agreements, retailer contracts, & corporate partnerships.

Flonz-Gerol Den is uni·q’s director for market expansion. They previously worked at Blonvarz Qusma, Qusmo’s premier architecture, design, & construction firm, as the head of its public relations division. They were a critical link for their former company’s foray into the international arena, & they proved adept at cultivating political relationships & navigating rapidly shifting market developments. As director for new market expansion, they will engage directly with prospective & first-time clients, especially in new markets, to introduce the uni·q brand to new audiences & secure new contracts.

Ulutu-Xilit Orz is uni·q’s director for portfolio management. They previously worked as a match promoter for several lower-level Qusma football leagues. Despite a lack of job security & adequate pay, they were renowned for their eternal sense of optimism & remarkably cheery disposition. They love connecting with football clubs, players, managers, agents, staff, & anyone in general, really. As uni·q’s director for portfolio management, they will maintain & strengthen relationships with current clients, stay on top of emerging trends in existing markets, & ensure continued client satisfaction.

Nirlo-Zaxac Rax uni·q’s chief development officer. They were previously the associate director of sportswear & activewear design at Pyjzyodz Qusma, Qusmo’s public clothing manufacturer. They were instrumental in developing textile technologies that made the company’s kits for Pug Qusmyra teams lighter & more breathable than before, and they bring a keen understanding of the textile business & a specialized focus on sportswear with them. As uni·q’s chief development officer, they will supervise, direct, & participate in research & development for new & current products, lines, technologies, & styles.

Xilit-Nenzi Nev is uni·q’s chief policy officer. They are currently also a professor of political science at Hampden College in Québec, following several years in similar posts at both Unitat Qusmyra & Unitat Vlyva, each in Qusmo. They also moderated the final party leaders’ debate before democracy fell in Qusmo. Since its collapse, they have been keenly focused on how & why Qusma democracy ended & what Qusmo’s political future holds. As chief policy officer, they will promote policies that advance uni·q’s interests & those of the Qusma people.

Ralox-Tanar Dar is uni·q’s chief technology officer. They were previously head of information technology & data security at Qazqav, Qusmo’s public bank. They are keenly interested in data security, which is critical for a financial institution but also important for a company interested in conducting commerce via secure mobile transactions. As chief technology officer, they will oversee uni·q’s digital & social media presence, secure & optimize online sales, & ensure company technology of all types functions properly.

Dwada-Matez Kal is uni·q’s general counsel. They were previously an associate with a law firm based in Kolle, with a specialty in labor laws & regulations. They were retained by KF Koflir to force Fuzpon Qusma to allow foreign nationals to play in Pug Qusmyra & other Qusma competitions. Later, they spearheaded Pug Xily’a’s legal & regulatory compliance, a particularly complex topic for a league that employed players who were under contract for other clubs in a bevy of other nations & which played in fifteen different nations. As general counsel, they will ensure uni·q operates within all applicable laws & regulations in every jurisdiction in which it operates.

Currently, uni·q is tailoring its focus to kits, uniforms, equipment, & related items for footballers & their supporters. We may have a narrow range at the moment, but we intend to ensure the quality of what we do before we expand to novel areas. Brand reputation matters, & we intend uni·q to be synonymous with quality.

To that end, our signature line is focused on designing & manufacturing kits for football teams. We are happy to produce kits at all levels of competition, including for domestic sides, but we take our greatest pride in the work we produce for national teams — and, of course, for the future day when we will be able to design kits for teams playing football in a free Qusmo.

Each set of kits is meticulously crafted by our team of designers. Every kit we design is unique. At every stage of development, we champion sustainability & respect for our natural environment; most notably, all our kits are produced with 100% recycled polyester originally from plastic bottles. Still, our kits do not sacrifice performance for sustainability; our gen·ii kits' exclusive insta·cool technology rapidly wicks away moisture & allows air to cool down athletes’ bodies, serving to enhance & prolong footballers’ maximum performance on the pitch. Wearing uni·q kits, your team can win gold while being green.

However, we don’t design only for the footballers themselves; we also design for the supporters who cheer them on. We produce replica kits for those who want to honor their favourite players; customizable kits, for those who want to live the dream of having their own name & number on the back of their favourite team’s kit; T-shirts, for those who want to support their team & their wallet; scarves, to wear or proudly display at matches; hats, to protect supporters from the sun or the cold; sweatshirts & jackets, for fans whose dress is casual but whose support is not; & much more merchandise. We design, produce, & sell items through team shops or directly to the fans that love their teams the most.

Finally, uni·q is open to the possibility of brand sponsorships & corporate partnerships. At this stage in our company’s trajectory, we plan to be prudent & selective about which partnerships we pursue, emphasizing those in priority markets which fit in our strategic vision. That said, we are open to exploring options to become kit sponsors, title sponsor, official apparel provider, or another affiliation with your entity. We’re delighted you’re considering partnering with uni·q. We hope this will be the beginning of a wonderful partnership. Please see the order forms below for more details on how to order kits or other products from uni·q or to commence a commercial partnership.

General Guidelines for Kit Requests

I’m offering to do what I can because I enjoy it. I may not always be available, & I may not be able to meet every request. Please respect my time & effort. To these ends, I’ve established some guidelines for kit orders.

• You must have already RPed something related to the team in question, whether in an international competition or a domestic newswire.
• You must not have an outstanding order from another kitmaker for the team in question.
• If the team in question already has kits, they must be no more recent than two World Cup cycles for national teams or four IFCF cycles for domestic clubs (or one RL year, whichever is shorter).
• The team in question must agree to sign a contract to exclusively wear the kits provided by uni·q for at least two full World Cup cycles, if a national team, or at least four full IFCF cycles, if a domestic club.
• The team in question must ICly support the principle of a democratic, free Qusmo, as well as the human rights of the Qusma people themselves.
• Hex values (e.g., #822433) are generally preferred to names of hues (e.g., dark red), though not required.
• National teams will generally be given higher priority than domestic clubs.
• There is no cap to the number of kits you can request, so long as the teams meet the above standards, but I reserve the discretion to accept or decline any requests.
• I also reserve the discretion to edit your original request, based on my abilities, preferences, & opinions, though I will let you know if I do.

New clients should address their request to Flonz-Gerol Den, director for market expansion; returning clients should address their request to Ulutu-Xilit Orz, director for portfolio management. They may be referred to as Z. Flonz-Gerol & Z. Ulutu-Xilit, respectively. IC requests are always welcome, though not required. If you are requesting multiple sets of kits, please fill out forms for each, but please put them in (individual) spoilers if you are requesting more than two sets.

uni·q reveals new Saltstead kits

Today, uni·q was proud to reveal the new kits for the national team of Saltstead.

"It was a real treat to work on these kits, especially given the history between the Stallions & the Qusma national team," uni·q chief executive officer Ibilx-Irtix Ono noted. "The first knockout round match the national team ever played was against the nation then known as Soltsteed, in the Cup of Harmony 72 round of sixteen. The first time Qusmo qualified for a World Cup, it was the result of a win in Ashwell on the final matchday. With such a strong competitive history, it's fitting that Saltstead would become one of our company's first major clients — & I think our team has designed some fantastic kits to match."

Our team went one step further, employing the process of dye-sublimation printing on the national team's newest goalkeeper kit not to showcase a stallion, but Saltstead's true national symbol: the beet," declared Dwada-Prant Von, chief innovation officer for uni·q & a noted reader of The Beet. "We added red-&-black beet patches to all the kits, & we displayed a massive beet across the goalkeeper's kit for the whole Multiverse to see. Today, uni·q was proud to reveal the new kits for the national team of Ethane.

"It was a bit of a challenge for us, but we were able to pull through, & I'm really happy with what we were able to come up with in the end," uni·q chief executive officer Ibilx-Irtix Ono began. "Ethane will be competing in this World Cup; in fact, they were one of the first two teams to qualify, when the World Cup Committee selected Taeshan & Ethane to be the hosts of World Cup 87. Allow me to begin this correspondence by affirming my personal support for a Free Qusmo, as well as that of the SCFA and its member clubs. Here in the Confederacy we are only too aware of the pernicious influence that nationalism and authoritarianism can have on sport and are committed to oppose it as a federation, and as a people. Sport should bring peoples together over our commonalities, not tear us apart. We have the utmost sympathy for the plight of Qusmo. Several of the SCFA's clubs have become homes for displaced Qusma players, just as the Confederacy itself has become a home for an increasing number of Qusmi'y who have left their homeland.

With this in mind, there is nothing that would make us prouder than to have our league take the field in uni-q kits for the coming season, and many seasons to come. Our team of designers will work throughout the next few weeks & months to ensure that the Superleague's new uni·q kits are of the highest quality, each with stylish & unique designs. At uni·q, we feel we have a personal connection to the Confederacy already. As you mentioned in your letter, the Confederacy has welcomed a sizable portion of the diaspora of Qusma footballers & Qusmi'y writ large. In fact, Ralox-Relaf Eva & Yoltz-Jonto Cel, now of Brasta FC & Emerald Coast, were teammates of uni·q co·founders Ibilx-Irtix Ono, Karar-Falax Zev, & Otoln-Prant Ezi during their times in U19 football, Qusmo's original iteration of professional football, & in the more recent Pug Xily'a. As members of the Qusma teams KF Atlov, Atlov Juzuna, & KFQ Qavazujzy, these five Qusmi'y won Pug Qusma, Puk Juzuna, Pug Xily'a, & the UICA Youth Cup together. Soon, they & countless others will be linked by a new project, as the best clubs of the Confederacy will be outfitted by uni·q.
