The Kelssek Olympic Committee and the organizing committee are looking forward to welcoming athletes and fans from across the world to Clayquot to celebrate the 15th Winter Olympics. Below you will find instructions on how you can enter your delegation for this event. If you have questions or other points to raise please direct them to the discussion thread.
SIGNUP INSTRUCTIONS
Signups that cannot be processed because of a failure to follow the instructions will be rejected.
Copy the event list below and enter the names of your athletes as shown in the example below, with your delegation's three-letter code and a skill modifier separated by semicolons. Each entry must be on its own, single line. All signups must use this format for event names. Yes, it's supposed to say "IceHockey", etc. for the purposes of the signup process. Please do not modify the event names in any way as the creation of startlists depends on the event names being consistent and exact.
Entry limits for each event are given in brackets. If this is a single number, this is an individual event. Each entry must have the name of the athlete. If it says "X team(s) of Y", the number of names corresponding to Y must be provided. If this says only "X team(s)", the country name is all you need, and a roster may be posted later when the RP thread opens.

A signup spreadsheet is available and I recommend that you use it. It will make things a lot easier for everyone involved. Note that the bandy demonstration event isn't included in the spreadsheet - to enter, just copy and paste as in the list below.
Delegations must have an average skill of 50 or below. Delegations with more than 30 entries will have skill modifiers capped at 75 if they have a standard deviation above 33. Delegations whose skill modifiers have a standard deviation above the following values will have their RP bonus reduced by up to 33% depending on how much they exceed the limit by.
- Less than 30 entries: no penalty.
- 30-99 entries: no penalty for std dev of 32 and below.
- 100-150 entries: no penalty for std dev of 30 and below.
- More than 150 entries: no penalty for std dev of 28 and below.
Notes:
1. Biathlon sprint events: the top sixty finishers in each sprint event qualify for the corresponding pursuit event.
