All India Cricket Blast Season 3

Welcome back to India's only and official cricket tournament, The All India Cricket Blast. The All India Cricket Blast or AICB for short is having the third ever edition of the tournament. The Tournament is one of the sports events conducted in India. The AICB plans to increase sports Roleplaying in the region and make the residents more interested to sports.

How to sign-up?
If you're interested to sign-up you should be a member of India region or should have a puppet in India region. If you're in India then just post a message like " I'm in!, Yaay!" to declare the signup.

How can I host?
To host this event, you should submit a host bid in this thread in the below format explaining how you'll bid and what Scorinator you're using. Xkoranate Scorinator is preferred to use. Dont forget a logo.

Host Bid for AICB III(Co bid with Indusse)

Hebitaka

A big nation present in the eastern part of the Indian region, Hebitaka is a sub tropical country sharing the borders with Oogaoogaoogachaka, Devraj, Ignasian and Arovakh. The country has a constitutional monarch with a rather centrist government, and the culture is highly distinctive. With a really strong economy and well funding the country flourishes in tourism and arms manufacturing and has a well built defense, education and sports sector.

Sports in this country is an essential part of the culture. The national sport of this country is cricket, with the AHSAMC contributing about 38% of it's total funding on professional and high school cricket. Soccer, Rugby(Union and Aussie), Basketball, Volleyball and Sepak Takraw are some other major professional sports famous in this country.

This country only has experience of hosting Domestic Leagues.

Indusse

Indusse is a gigantic nation in the southern coast of India sharing borders with Kilthanpur,Mysuru,Neo Kerala and Madhyarashtra. One of the largest nations in the region it's diplomatic relations are super solid in every nations in India and has overseas territories in other nations.

The nation is known for its variety of exotic spices anf variable culture. The land is home to people like fishermen's to billionaire. It has one of the largest basket weaving looms in India and is serving indusse as it's largest business. Sports is also largely celebrated in the community. Soccer is the national game where the president himself is a captain.

Format

Currently with 15 teams signed up, we think that 15 is an ideal number. But if one more team was to sign up, we also have format of 16 teams, which would be more ideal.

For 15 teams:

Three groups of 5 teams each, single round robin, top 2 teams along with 2 best thirds from each group qualify to the quarter finals

For 16 teams:

Four groups of 4 teams each, double round robin, top 2 from each group qualify to the quarter finals

Standings System: Points, Avg, H2H wins, Fair Play(OOC- RP bonus)

Note: Due to reasons, the Group Stage would be held in Hebitaka and the playoffs in Indusse
Scorination

xkoranate-0.3.3 will be used for scorinating by both the nations. Since most of the nations are Unranked, a different system will be used for determining the skills:

Maximum skill: 14
Start skill: 3 for unexperienced teams and 4 for ranked and experienced teams
RP bonus: vary from 0 to +1 for each cutoff

RP will not be calculated on quantity i.e. more RP would necessarily not mean higher bonus.
Games would be played with cutoffs every 24 hours, that is every day, with playoff cutoff once every 48 hours(Timings would be separately mentioned in the Thread), allowing the tournament to end in 10-12 days, depending on which format would be followed.
