Voting is now open to decide the host for AOCAF Cup 62. All users signed up to the competition are eligible to vote, with the exception of the bidders themselves, and may vote for one of the options. Voting is open for the next five days, and will close at 2200 CDT on Friday, October 30 2020.

The options are:

1. Accept the bid from Twicetagria & OT Sylestone
2. Accept the bid from Banija & Busoga
3. Re-Open Bids

Once I do a final count, I'll announce the exact setup and we can get this show on the road!

Pursuant to the above, signups are officially closed.

I was correct above- up to and including Iskandervale, we had 50 signups.

However, after going through the signup list, it turns out Krya Thaland is ineligible to participate in AOCAF LXII. As stated in the OP, only nations who were members of AO prior to the start of signups may participate in this tournament. Krya Thaland was created approximately two hours after the signup thread went up, therefore they are deemed ineligible to compete in this tournament. And with 49 participants, not being a number that could work with my format, I have decided(with their agreement) to exclude Iskandervale from the tournament.
