Experience: WBXX, WC85, CoH74, CoH58, AOCAF57

Scorination: Will be done using the latest version of xkoranate, SQIS formula, IFAF overtime, with additive style mods [from -5 to +5]. There'll be a cutoff window of 8-9PM EDT (midnight-1AM UTC). RP bonus will be cumulative and non-degrading throughout the entire tournament.

Format: Any way you slice it the group stage will be double round-robin, home-and-away. Groups of 5 or 6 are most likely depending on the number of signups (40, 42, 45, 48). 8 groups see the top 2 of each go through, 7 groups would be top two + best two 3rd placed, 9 groups would feature play-ins from the 4 worst second-placed teams. Knockouts will be a straight single-elimination bracket; in the scenarios of 7 or 9 groups would be reseeded by group stage performance.

Tiebreakers: Wins, H2H Results, H2H Point Differential, Overall Point Differential. In that order.

IC Background on Karditan: The nation is perhaps most notable for the presence of intelligent pastel-colored ponies, whom make up about half the population. While there's been much mixing between cultures, the north is still predominantly human and the south is largely equine (and also there's a few goats and zebras hangin' around). Citizens of any species can be referred to as 'Karditani.' The nation's tech level is what I affectionately call "SpacePunk," an awkward technological limbo. Railways are the dominant mode of transportation closely followed by airships. Cars are around, just not that popular; our automotive corporations make most of their profit in exports. Planes are widespread but are solely propeller-propelled. Jet technology exists nowhere in Karditan; however, our scientists have managed to push propeller technology to slightly insane levels (IE, close-to-but-not-quite jet efficiency). The major international airports have installed runways for foreign jet aircraft to land, of course.

Due to strict environmental laws, the march of industry actually hasn't done much damage to the natural beauty of the area; however, the air still tastes a little... chemically. Perfectly safe to breath, we assure you. And there's been a few periods of anarchy and civil war in the past few decades but everything's fine now, pinky promise.

Gridiron in Karditan: While baseball is the clear-cut favorite sport in Karditan, the general distaste for basketball and the lingering prejudice for soccer (in some areas that opposed repealing the ban) has left gridiron in the perfect position as major-minor sport. The Karditani Football League does play regularly and brings in large profits; they have simply declined to go international and enter the wider world of club gridiron (when that was a thing that existed). The sport is extremely popular in the central industrial cities--Moscolt, Detrot, Sinsinatti, Indianeighpolis, etc--which also house the best stadiums designed specifically for gridiron.

Hi,

Please could I switch Coraspia to Greater Vakolicci Haven? As I've said in a previous rp, greater vakolicci haven is the continuation from Velstrania in the world bowl, I'm not sure if the stats have been transferred though.
