Greetings from the city of Totec, in the beautiful paradise of Teoxalli! After talks between the government in Teoxalli and the leading electricity provider to the nation, TeoxElectric, we are happy to announce the first ever TeoxElectric™ Club Basketball Open, a 16-team basketball tournament where there will be 4 divisions of 4 teams will play 3 round-robin games, and then the top 2 of each division will participate in a single-elimination playoff competition. All games will be broadcasted on the Teoxalli Sports Network, the nation-wide, premier network for sports action in Teoxalli. The tournament is open to any professional team, but only two teams per nation may join this league. The template/requirements for application are:

The Totec Spirits are one of the 12 teams in Teoxalli's top circuit, the Teoxalli Basketball Association. They have 1 championship in the TBA, back in 2007. Their most famous player is Tozi Xoco, who has a lengthy overseas career and has the 2019 TBA Scoring Record. They were founded in 1988.

The Guards are the team of basketball of the Club of the Republican Guards of Sevr and Noen (A country club for the Republican Guard Members). This team is amateur, usually composed by the guards itselves, but these players above are professional, contracted for play in this tournament, and received the honorary title of Guards of the Republic to comply with the rules of the club.

They were founded in 1931 and are nicknamed "the saints" due to their affiliation with Christianity. They are one of 4 professional teams in Morantioch, and they have the most national titles with 50.

The Pilara Captains won the 2020 basketball championship in IAU, after advancing to the semifinals in ‘18 and ‘19. Coached by the former regional champion, Daniel Byeloslav, the Captains use their fairly large size and wide range of talent to its fullest extent. Jankovic, nicknamed ‘Losh’, is a young and lanky center known for his step-back precision and blocking ability. Svetmeri, although small, is very fast and boasts a very high 3-pt percentage. Oudemers is the media’s favorite rebel, defined by his short mohawk to make room for vivid and gory face tattoos. His defensive and rebounding abilities are nearly unparalleled in the League. Yannopolos, who goes by ‘Yan’, is a very experienced shooting guard that leads the team in points. His scoring, jumping, and dedication make him very difficult to stop. Al Rayya is the team’s everyman, who can block, score, rebound, and pass, albeit slower than the others. Their sponsor is the Markešić Corporation, which has stake in nearly every industrial sector in IAU. Best of luck to the other players, who may godmod any event in our game if they RP first.

Team Info:
BC Dinamo Bucuresti is the most successful basketball club in Socialist People's Republic of Romania. This club won 38 basketball championships and now has very long winning streak. They won 17 national basketball championships in a row (1952-1969) and now are ready to participate in international tournaments before 1970 Basketball National League (it will start in October). Our Glorious Leader, Comrade Nicolae Ceausescu, is a huge fan of this club. He watches almost every game. His favorite player is 28-year old Dementiu Apostol, who became best player of Romania 6 times, last in 1968.
