By personal request(direct message to Banija), Nova Anglicana has been removed from the tournament signups list. His post here was misinterpreted- he was simply confirming a puppet, not signing up for the tournament itself.

If Nova Anglicana changes his mind, he'll of course be moved to the bottom of the signups list(aka whatever entry point that would be, rather than his old entry point).

Furthermore, the public requests of the withdrawals of Benthalia, Free Republics, Cerulean Isles, and Torisakia have all been processed. The same rules apply to them- if they change their minds, they will be moved to the bottom of the signups list(aka whatever entry point that would be, rather than his old entry point).

Actually, as the title of the thread indicates, Signups are still open. Once the hosts are elected, number of entries and the duration for which signups remain open will be at the discretion of the elected.
