What can I do?
Step 1 Getting a Team Roster
You will get a random team
Step 2.Become a gm
You trade picks/trade and sign players to win a championship.
There is a trade deadline for gm's and how to trade is that you have to TG the other nation and tell me the trade.
Okay Rwekaza but how the games our sim?
Well,I use 2k as a resource to sim the games.
The only thing you need to do is to sign up is to tell me to join, season this currently in playoffs.
Will end on July 26. Then signups will come.

There are no restrictions on entry to the IBC when the time comes.

You are free to run a tournament, but you can't declare it has any relevance to an established tournament like the IBC.

If you want to run an IBC, you have to bid for it next time it runs. Can't just start your own.

I'm not sure. Keep an eye out for the next sign-up thread.

But it's worth noting that it would be controversial if you limit who can join. This would most likely get your bid voted down.

Yes. It just would be separate from the IBC.

Yes you can. You can make your own domestic basketball league and have teams from that compete in the IUBC Trophy, essentially like a basketball version of the IFCF Champions League (Which is a football competition), or organize what you are doing without it serving as the IBC.
