Football was introduced to ARI after the sadistic dictatorship was toppled in a democratic coup . Football was the first idea which entered ARI after the country opened up to the world . The citizens of ARI became crazy with football so much so that they demanded that the government must hold 2 Tournaments . The government initially objected it but anyways did it . The Marcus Anarcica will win the Tournament . Best wishes to all

Kumbhalgarh has officially secured a spot in the semi-finals after a 2-1 win against Neo Kerala. After being down 1-0 in the first half, Rohanvir Jhalla and Tejran Nara contributed a goal each to make sure Kumbhalgarh went through to the next round. The nation is engulfed in football fever, with the Kumbhalgarh team being hailed as heroes for their outstanding effort and an amazing display of skill in the AIFC. As the team prepares for the next matchup, the Coach has decided to head into the Semis with the same style of play, lineup, and formation. The offensive comeback on display shows the resolute and willpower that the team is willing to display. The next matchup will come against AR of India, whom Kumbhalgarh lost to 0-5 in their only loss of the tournament so far. The matchup will surely be exciting, as the Kumbhalgarh team is excited to get one back at AR of India.

The Kumbhalgarh Sports Committee has filed a site bid for the Semi-Finals to be held at the Rajwada Stadium in Chittorgarh. The Rajwada Stadium is located in downtown Chittorgarh, encompassing 52 acres and having a capacity of 158,000 people, the Rajwada stadium is an absolute behemoth. It is used for football, cricket, basketball, and all major sporting events in the city. Some concerts and other events are also hosted at the Rajwada. It is a stadium sponsored by Kumbhalgarh's premier airlines: Rajput Air, and has 6 main blocks. A, B, C, D, E, and F. A and B are the lower levels, C and D are the middle levels and E and F are the top levels. The stadium is pristine with 16 high tech lights, 6 LED display boards, an inbuilt audio system channeling audio in every seated row, and a retractable roof for when the weather gets rough. Both teams will have access to a locker room, fitness facility, cafeteria, and a pool area as well inside of the stadium. There are 100's of restaurants inside and in the proximity of the stadium, and the stadium has an Aerobus station located right outside of section F, which brings visitors right inside the main lobby where they can scan tickets and find their seats.

Due to the large population of Kumbhalgarh, this stadium is very well built and is a token of the prosperity of Kumbhalgarh achieved from the hardships of the past. There are also 3 Vip Boxes, Air-conditioned viewing areas, Bars, and High-end restaurants on sections B, D, and E.

The Kumhhalgarh Gazette: AIFC edition

Image

"Revenge has been served." Read the newspaper headlines in Kumbhalgarh after a spectacular and dominating 6-1 victory in the semi-finals against AR of India. This 5 goal triumph served as revenge for the shameful 0-5 defeat in the group stages by AR of India, and the fans of Kumbhalgarh went nothing short of extreme to make sure the whole internet knew of this feat. #Paidbackwithinterest was a trending hashtag in Kumbhalgarh, this hashtag signifies how Kumbhalgarh paid back the 0-5 goal loss with a 6-1 victory, and that too in the Semi-Finals! The entire country is rallying behind the national team regardless of their culture, religion, skin color, or ethnicity. The country is united. That is the beauty of sporting events such as this. You better be ready for a clash of titans in the finals however, Indusse is certainly a heavyweight and will bring some fight, but we can't be called a Rajput Swararjya if we back down from this fight!

The start of the tournament seemed shaky at best, lackluster offense, lack of defensive formation, and lack of discipline and hustle on the defensive end. Not to mention the lackluster implementation of the offensive tactics discussed by coach. The players just seemed out of sync. Coach Suryavanshi has publicy stated that he is proud of his boys for growing together as a unit, seeing each other as individuals but also knowing that they all have the same goal. Coach says this Kumbhalgarh team was talented individuals playing for themselves, but now it is a unit made up of talented individuals sharing the same goals. The team is no longer seperate fingers on a hand, but a combined fist ready to bring the cup home for the first time to Kumbhalgarh.

Coach invited the KCL All Star XI, a team made up of the best players available from the domestic league to play a scrimmage game against the Kumbhalgarh team. Coach made sure to stop the game at regular intervals to fix defensive holes and improve offensive execution. The scrimmage started off with a brilliant goal from Veer, followed by an excellent header by Rumanvir. The Kumbhalgarh defense led by JP proved to be stellar, locking down the KCL team from getting in too many shots on target. Halftime was reached with the Kumbhalgarh team winning 2-0. The second half started off shaky for the Kumbhalgarh players, they seemed lethargic and their offensive execution was poor. Coach Suryavanashi stopped play and pointed out some tips on how to access the wings and get the ball inside the defensive formation of the opponent. The defense progressively started to become more lethargic as the game progressed, Coach Suryavanshi decided to bring in Amar Singh and Karanvan to give the starter defenders some rest for the final matchups. The game ended with a 3-1 win for Kumbhalgarh, with Jalyar comming off the bench to score the third goal.

Starting XI for the finals:

GK: Rajvur Dhananay
CB: JP Kunwar - A defensive prodigy, standing at an impressive 6'1 tall, JP is surprisingly quick for his size and very strong. His field vision and above average handles as a defender make him a vital asset
CB: Pathar Chauhan
LB: Lakshyadeep Rathore
RB: Humayun Khan

CM: Farhan Iqbal
CDM: Rohanvir Jhalla
CM: Tejran Nara

CAM: Tez Loveman
CAM: Rumanvir Amarwal

Style Mod: +1.00, scaling back the offense a bit against Indusse's Tiki Taka to allow for more stellar defense. However, counter offensives will be agressive.

ST: Veer Bahadur (Captain)
