A very ambitious undertaking
'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gambol in the wabe.
All mimsy were the borogoves

KFA Premier League Season Preview-The top contenders
Massive shoutout to Tikariot Jersey Alliance for making the club badges and kits for the entire league which will be shown

(C) LF Axel Korborg #10 Age: 32 (Super-Llamaland)

Formation: 4-3-3
Coach: Elijah Godwin (48)
Last Season: 1st
Prediction: 1st

Analysis: After a second straight title win this one decided on the 21st matchday, expectations are once again high for Barnley as they embark on their quest for a 3 peat. Team captain and legend Caroline Prius-Leonard is gone having moved over to Sporting Kohnhead City with Barnley unable to pay her a new contrac that she desired. They brought in Nepharan Deanna Brenner an aging 31 year old to take her place in the starting XI. Barnley are looking to go on a run in the IFCF this season hopefully a lot father than last time. Last year convinced people that this team is legit and the three-headed monster of Harry Richman, South Newlandian star Brandon Irving, and new captain, golden boot winner, and last year's MVP Axel Korborg. The defense once a strength of the team will be a shell of its former self with Sal Osbourne once again being the weak man in the back as Barnley couldn't afford to replace him. We know how Atkinson will do, same with Callahart I just wonder if Brenner can succesfully replace CPL.
Star Player (Best player on the team): Axel Korborg
Key Player (Who needs to step up for the team to do well): Deanna Brenner

Current Roster

CB Allison Ruterford #71 Age: 19
CB Clark Levers #76 Age: 29
LB Krystal Munchin #51 Age: 24

CF Erin Maltos #10 Age: 24

Formation: 4-3-1-2
Coach: Percy Yordrey (51)
Last Season: 3rd
Prediction: 2nd

Analyis: After once again coming up short for their expected quest to reach the title, the team with the most star power will look themselves in the mirror and wonder what went wrong. This season pundits have them once again falling just short to Barnley as they did not do much during the transfer window. Grant Meyers from Baker Park is an upgrade to Jonathon Waterson although the two are comparable but this team could easily win the title. They in fact had to settle for third last season after a disappointing mid point and you have to be wondering is the end coming for Percy Yordrey. With Aaron Korkson, and Erin Maltos the two best scorers from Kohnhead, Pedro Vasquex the star from TJUN-ia and Sophie Johnson an up and coming National team player from Kohnhead how has this team not won the title. Hopefully they can go far in the Challenger's Cup although I have my doubts. In addition Hannah Boyd the young, big signing last window looked just okay in her first season, she needs to be better this year. In addition the 16 year old Josiah Randall, the next big star for Kohnhead has been sent to Real Barnley for the next two seasons in League 2.
Star Player: Aaron Korkson
Key Player: Hannah Boyd

In: CF Taylor Herrera (Tikariot) - Dhun Lagarr FC (Tikariot) 2.25 mil

Current Roster

LM Jeff Yunbet #14 Age: 20

CF Taylor Herrera #10 Age: 28 (Tikariot)

Formation: 4-3-2-1
Coach: Anna Ureger (54)
Last Season: 6th
Prediction: 3rd

Anaylsis: After a surprising 4th place finish and IFCF birth two years ago, Porter City made some big investments defensively hoping to stay relevant and make another push for an IFCF spot. They brought in two defenders on frees and shelled out big money for Ayli Galdra, however they came just 1 point short of a top 4 finish landing in 6th. This offseason while they only made one move, it is a massive one bringing in Taylor Herrera a striker from Tikariot for 2.25 mil, the 28 year old will take on the number 10 role and should be a massive upgrade over Elsa Joser who will be on the bench. Jeff Yunbet continues to develop and some say he is very close to a call up however they will want more Alby Bunton and Gertrude Mossy next to him. Galdra had an okay first year with Porter but reports indicate that their 2.5 million dollar signing from last year is looking very good.
Star Player: Taylor Herrera
Key Player: Ayli Galdra

LF Edward Torres #11 Age: 31

Formation: 4-3-3
Coach: Wlad Heink (51) (Zeta Reka and Hugeltaldom)
Last Season: 7th
Prediction: 4th

Analysis: This was one massive offseason for FC Kohnface City as they sold Nicholas Radison off to Tikariot, and were planning on just getting Callie Porsha from University. They also decided to replace Whitney Arter with young Deidre Morgan from Quebec which will be a boost to a decent offense already. Arter has been moved to the bench, they thought they were done but then Doure announced a surprise retirement leading to a buy of 26 year old Burung Geremek as they transition to a 4-3-3. The departure of Radison will hurt but with the addition of Geremek and Porsha they will be solidified in the back, Radison was the captain so the first international signing in Kohnheadian history Florian Zinna the starting keeper will become the new captain.
Star Player: Audrey Henderson
Key Player: Burung Geremek

KFA Premier League Season Preview-The Mid Table Teams
Massive shoutout to Tikariot Jersey Alliance for making the club badges and kits for the entire league which will be shown

CB Philip Gurero #18 Age: 24 (South Newlandia)

CM Kane Vassilev #8 Age: 18 (Tikariot)
LM Robinson Caldry #9 Age: 23
(C) CF Griffin Pheonix-Anderson #10 Age: 35
CF Thomas Stratford #11 Age: 21

Coach: Kyle Schwartz (47)
Formation: 4-4-2
Last year: 2nd
Prediction: 5th

Analysis: Nickelson outperformed all expectations last year by finishing in second to qualify for the Challenger's Cup. In particular Philip Gurero who signed on a free from South Newlandia really meshed well defensively with Richards in goal as the two National Team strikers in Stratford and Pheonix-Anderson put together very good campaigns. This year they have not made many adjustments as Pheonix-Anderson announced it will be his last year, Kane Vassilev is a big singing though and he will take over for Warden in the midfield from Tikariot. However they also made a move for the future in signing Brandon Jackson from Murphtannia on a free after he was dropped from their winning side Villa, Jackson will spend time over at FC Rockaton to get him some minutes before the hope is he can take over for Pheonix-Anderson next year.

CF Petunia Pallard #11 Age: 23

Formation: 3-5-2
Elizabeth Royan (47)
Last Season: 10th
Prediction: 6th

Analysis: After finishing third two seasons ago all looked up for Real Dawson an improving team that many thought had a great future in Kohnheadian football. Regression was obvious but no one saw a 21 point, 10th place and tied for relegation zone on points performance. Common sense would indicate that this team will regress back to the mean in a positive way this time because they had a top two defense in goals allowed last season yet the worst offense. Suzanna Barter leaving looks awful but they used the money they got from her to buy Karena Ruther their new number 10 from Nephara. Ruther looks to be the spark this team needs to get back to their winning ways. Their big three in the midfield last year of Korkson, Barter, and Urbe looked very good and as long as Ellison isn't too bad the loss of Barter can be nullified. Next window however they are already rumored to be ready to spend big on so a good campaign here and they will be in a good position.

Analysis: I have no idea how they did it, predicted to be relegated FC Wangor somehow finished in 4th place and qualified for the Challenger's Cup. They are definitely due for regression after sitting out the entirety of the Transfer Window which means they are the closest to being a fully Kohnhead squad in the Premier League. That attitude will not get them far as International Talent has proven to be vital in success, and I should have them ranked a lot lower. It's just there is something special about this team that makes me have them ranked so high. Who knows it's highly possible last season was a total fluke and they slump back to near the bottom once again as they made no upgrades whatsoever.

Analysis: After winning League 2, Sporting Kohnhead City are in a good position to succeed this year as one of my top offseason winners. The signing of CPL after she became frusterated at Barnley is smart and they have given her a large three year deal to shore up the defense which was very suspect allowing 26 goals last year. Jordan Pate joins on a free from Tikariot and he will be the top center back at age 32 with a 2 year deal. The midfield sees the arrival of Zhou Xing an 18 year old from Yuezhou as well as Meghan Dailford's return to Kohnhead(she was previously on Bingham City). Dailford enjoyed her time with Avondale Beach in Sylestone and while they won promtion to the top divison she and the club were both ready to move on. Sporting Kohnhead City is ready to compete at the top level and do a lot better than either of the two promoted teams last year in FC Rockaton and New Ballow United both of whom got relegated. We will also see the return of the Kohnhead City derby and we will see if it can reach the glamour it once had.

KFA Premier League Season Preview-The Relegation Candidates

Prediction: 9th

Analysis: Some may wonder why a team that finished 5th last year tied with FC Wangor (the 4th place and last IFCF team) on points is projected to finish in 9th place. The reality is, Swisston City did not play nearly as well as their finish indicates with a -3 goal differential worse than the two teams directly behind them. They had an average defense and a below average and underwhelming attack, however there are of course some positives. Mixer who they paid a handsome fee for last window at 3.25 million defintitely underwhelmed on his new team coming over from Sylestone as he was asked to carry the load offensively something he struggled with in the latter parts of the season. Matthew Morgan emerged last year in the midfield and a growing Rafa Santos should help to take the load off of Mixer's shoulders(do mixers have shoulders?) and Mixer will look to do a lot better in year 2 in Kohnhead with more assimilation to a new country under his belt. However the real reason I have them so low is because they sat out the window, sure Mixer was a big signing last year but with almost every other team improving you have to at least make a move.

Last Year: 8
Prediction: 10

Analysis: Unlike Swisston City, the Philtront Pioneers were extremely active this transfer window making four moves in an effort to bring this team back up to the top. After watching Linus Rallyton their former star enjoy a sensational campaign with FC Yassaca in the Squornshelan Remnant States, Philtront despite a 3-0-0 start fell down to 8th in the table as Mindy Callax failed to be anywhere near an adequate replacement. The offense was actually pretty good with Aleks Madsen, and Jamaal Davis leading that as well as Eric Ofofor taking a more attacking role. However the defense despite having National Team starter Bertha Sanders in goal struggled allowing the second highest number of goals at 33. Sansa Dreyfuss the 34 year old Nepharan right back has come over from Pasargan club Duke of the North in order to try and remedy this. Good friends James Hilford and Richard Robinson both elected to sign for Murphtannian club Coventry Town on frees and Thomas Holasoff was brought in to make this attack even better from Ancarea FC in Tikariot. In addition Bo Treter's contract expired and Samantha Miller has been hired to be the new Coach.

Analysis: After finishing second last year in League 2, Herty Hat Tricks are ready for their first season in the top division, the Premier League. However unlike the other promoted team in Sporting Kohnhead City, many think the Herty Hat Tricks lack the talent and the money to survive and thrive in the Premier League evidenced by their Transfer Window where they adopted the Dawson Diamonds approach of bringing in foreign players on frees although they went for age and experience as opposed to the Diamonds going for youth. This is why two Nepharans in Mariza Selke and Esther Austad are on the team and will both be starters. In addition they brought in Álfar Brunosson to go behind the sticks. This team will definitely struggle this year but maybe they can miraculously survive to another year.

Analysis: This was supposed to be the offseason where after two straight years of somehow surviving on a tiny budget the Diamonds would spend money. They seem to understand youth and that bringing in foreign players is key to success yet you need to spend money to survive. As the inferior Dawson team, the one with less money they need to spend more to prevent being overtaken. Their only move was to bring in yet another young and foreign player but on a free once again in Tispe Paimo to help out the midfield. This team should finish in last based on the talent and lack of money they have but we will see if it happens or if Aiden McDonald can once again lead his team to a surprise promotion when they were projected to finish last. Last year Markus Shultz and Dana Fresh stepped up to lead this team can they do that yet again?

Big Preseason announcement-Expansion

Breaking news out of KFA headquarters in Kohnhead City today, as KFA commissioner Roger Silver has announced that the KFA pyramid (the Premier League and League 2) will be expanding to 16 teams each in year 4 which is next year. This will mean a different sort of formatting for this season as well which was explained later in his press conference.

Silver had this to say about the transition "I know fans have been saying this is a needed change for a while but we are now finally ready to do it in the hopes of making our league more competitive and better quality in the future. Transitional seasons with expansion are always tough but we have found the happy balance on how to make this happen successfully and to not put any existing teams at a disadvantage. The new format will be expained shortly." After this he proceeds to launch into how it would work which will be explained later on in this article.

How this year will work
As many may know the current system is two 12 team leagues with two teams getting promoted from League 2 and two getting relegated from the Premier League. Each team currently plays 22 games a season (a double round robin both home and away). There is no relegation or promotion tournament. This year only one team will be relegated from the Premier League and that will be the team that comes in last, so unlike in years past only 1 team will be relegated.

League 2 will also have changes as instead of 2 teams getting promoted to the Premier League this year a staggering 1/3 of the teams will be promoted with the top 3 spots all gaining automatic promotion for this season. This would mean that after these changes there would be 14 teams in the Premier League and 10 in League 2 before any expansion teams are added.

The Sodapark Kohnhead Cup (starting its first season) and the Youth League (starting its second) will not be changed

The Expansion teams
The expansion teams are currently unknown to the public but they will be revealed in good time. Once the official KFA season ends the 8 new teams will play in a single round robin "league" and whoever the top 2 teams are on points will receive automatic positions in the Premier League next season. The 6 teams who do not finish top 2 will join the 10 League 2 teams for next year.

Future seasons
In the future each team will play 30 games in another double round robin (one home and one away). However the big change is that 3 teams will be promoted/relegated from season 4 onwards adding another layer to the League.

The Sodapark Kohnhead Cup will now take all 32 teams in the pyramid starting in season 4 instead of the top 8 Youth League teams. The Youth League other than that will be uneffected.

Overall
Overall this is a positive move for everyone. It gives the league more money, as more games, more games broadcasted (domestically and internationally), more merchandise sold, and more teams which means more markets. For the fans and players it's also good news as many had been complaining about the unusually short season of only 22 games, and it will give fans more games and fans in cities where football teams don't exist a team to cheer for. I also think they nailed how this season will work finding the perfect balance between keeping promotion and relegation exciting while also giving the already existing teams an advantage.

This is a step in the right direction for Kohnheadian football and frankly I wouldn't be surprised if this is the last expansion done for a while because this is a good number of teams.

KFA Weeks 1-4

IFCF Champions League First Preliminary Round
(SYL) Pesfield Trees FC 2–3 Barnley FC (KND) 0–3 2–0

Barnley officially make it further than they did last year with a 3-2 aggregate win against the champions from Sylestone. Everything looked good in the first leg as at the Old Square Barnley would pull out a 3-0 win. However they almost blew it losing 2-0 on the road in Sylestone, fortunately squeaking by to get to the next round.

IFCF Challenger's Cup First Preliminary Round
(KND) FC Wangor a 2–2 Incanto Evolution (OSR) 0–1 2–1

FC Wangor get the job done on away goals defeating Incanto Evolution from Osarius. After suffering a 1-0 loss in leg one at home it looked grim but a thrilling 2-1 victory in the second leg got the job done.

(TEQ) Pitxi-Pitxi 77 6–2 Nickelson FC (KND) 3–2 3–0

Nickelson on the other hand could not get the job done losing 6-2 on aggregate to Pitxi-Pitxi 77 from Tequilo. An intense 3-2 affair on the road gave Nickelson hope for a win at home and possible advancement but alas it was not to be as the defense folded in a 3-0 loss at home. Nickelson's first IFCF campaign ended here.

(NLA) Sevilha FC 2–3 Kohnhead City FC (KND) 1–1 1–2

Kohnhead City FC in their second IFCF campaign looked for their first IFCF aggregate win and just win in general. They would accomplish both of those goals in thrilling fashion at Kohnhead City Park taking on Sevilha FC from New Lusitania. Kohnhead City would win 2-1 in dramatic fashion as the offense pulled through to send them into the second preliminary round.

KFA Premier League Week 1
FC Wangor 0 Nickelson FC 2
Goals: N/A - Isabelle Bradford (1) Robinson Caldry (1)
A matchup between 2nd and 4th from last season sees Nickelson look the part once again while Wangor struggles. While neither Stratford nor GPA score both are involved in the attack all game long. The Nickelson defense led by Philip Gurero the South Newlandian star also looks the part preventing Wangor from getting anything all game long.

Porter City 2 FC Kohnface City 0
Goals: Taylor Herrera (1) Justin Jeffery (1) - N/A
Herrera scores in her first game for Porter as both sides of the ball look good for them in their opener. It’s a statement win early for Porter because both of these teams were projected to do well this season. FC Kohnface are kicking themselves over this one and questions immediately begin to surface.

Herty Hat Tricks 2 Swisston City FC 1
Goals: Selke (1) Mclaughlin (1) - Boler (1)
Herty try to prove the doubters wrong in a 2-1 win against Swisston City that saw them go 1-0 down early but come back to win 2-1 thanks to two second half goals from free agent signing Mariza Selke and striker Maximillian Mclaughlin. However Swisston were the better side in this game but missed opportunities and great keeping from Brunosson keep them to minimal damage and give them the loss.

Barnley FC 1 Philtront Pioneers 0
Goals: Irving (1)
Brandon Irving scores the winner in the 83rd minute as Barnley walk away victorious. Despite all the talk about the three headed monster up top and a lackluster defense, it’s Barnley’s defense that is the key to this victory in particular Emily Evans in goal. Philtront's offense looks lackluster in the loss with new signing Thomas Holasoff from Tikariot not doing much in his debut game.

Dawson Diamonds 2 Real Dawson 2
-Goals: Bariazarra (1) Paimo (1) - Ruther (1) Pallard (1)
-The first Dawson Derby of the year sees a very competitive match unfold with Karena Ruther scoring in the 9th in her first game in Kohnhead. Bariazarra from Astrograth scores in the 29th, and Paimo a free agent pickup scores in the 37th to give the Diamonds the lead. Petuina Pallard however denies the Diamonds a win with a clutch goal in the 56th. It's a good point for the Diamonds as they are going to need every point they can get.

Kohnhead City FC 1 Sporting Kohnhead City 0
-Goals: Johnson (1)
-The Kohnhead City Derby is back and what a match for the primetime week 1 slot as Kohnhead City try to avoid an upset from recently promoted Sporting Kohnhead City. However it was all in vain as Erin Maltos finds an open Sophie Johnson who scores the winner in the 67th minute. It's a promising debut from Sporting Kohnhead City who shouldn't be winning this game. The question is can their high powered offense from last year score against less opposition.

Liga B Champions Trophy First Preliminary Round
(KND) Goldberg City 1–3 Sobrevolante! (AUD) 1–1 0–2

Taking on Audioslavian side Sobrevolante!, Goldberg City would play hard but it would not be enough. A 1-1 draw on our turf was a good start but ultimately 3rd place side Goldberg City would lose 2-0 over in historic Audioslavia. Goldberg City will now get a chance to focus on League 2 as they fight for promotion.

KFA Premier League Week 2
Nickelson FC 1 Kohnhead City FC 1
Goals: Caldry (2) - Korkson (1)
Nickelson continue their gauntlet of an opening schedule this time taking on Kohnhead City FC at home. Aaron Korkson would score in the 9th minute but afterwards the Kohnheadian attack would fall silent as the great Nickelson defense would once again neutralize them. Richards would provide a crucial save in the 37th off of a Pedro Vasquez volley. Robinson Caldry would continue to surprise in the 79th with a header off of a corner to tie it at one.

FC Kohnface City 1 FC Wangor 0
Goals: Henderson (1) - N/A
Wangor continued to look like pretenders in this one as Henderson notched FC Kohnface City’s first goal of the season with a free kick in the 49th minute that would be all they needed. Wangor's biggest strength last season were able to win the close games, it looks like this year might be different.

Swisston City FC 2 Porter City 1
Goals: Mixer (1) Morgan (1) - Herrera (2)
Swisston jumped out to a 2-0 lead and unlike last time did not squander their victory away. Mixer scored in the 18th and Morgan followed in the 29th. Herrera added a late 91st minute goal but it didn’t matter as Swisston City upset heavily favored Porter City.

Philtront Pioneers 2 Herty Hat Tricks 0
Goals: Madsen (1) Addams (1) - N/A
Philtront got a nice win in this one as Herty showed why everyone had them ranked so low to start the season. The game was tied at 0 heading into half but Philtront had been the better team, Lauren Addams would break the deadlock in the 54th with a header off of a corner and Madsen would put the icing on the cake in the 75th minute.

Sporting Kohnhead City 0 Dawson Diamonds 1
-Goals: Klaggen (1)
-Dawson Diamonds would upset SKC and keep them at no points with a clutch 1-0 win. Klaggen would score the only goal in the 35th as Sporting Kohnhead City just couldn’t find an equalizer marking their second straight 1-0 loss as questions are raised. For the Diamonds a nice win as they ove to a surprising 4 points in 2 games.

Real Dawson Barnley FC 0 0
Goals: N/A
Barnley would face a tough challenge in this one and they did not play their best as the three headed monster up top failed to find the back of the net. It’s possible Barnley’s offense is tired from having to play so much extra (Champions League) than most teams but they’ve got to be better in the future, and it's a quality draw for Real Dawson who sit at 2 points in 2 games.

IFCF Champions League Second Preliminary Round
(KND) Barnley FC 8–4 Bartholomew FC (BRP) 4–2 4–2

Taking on Bartholomew FC from Boring Paradise, Barnley FC would earn their third ever Champions League aggregate win with an 8-4 statement against a much heavily favored team. The offense really got rolling in both of these matches winning both 8-4 which is odd considering it's the exact opposite of how they've done in league play this season. Nevertheless Barnley are into the Third Preliminary Round to take on Anomalies from Chromatika

IFCF Challenger's Cup Second Preliminary Round
(SVJ) ESK Storevik 3–2 Kohnhead City FC (KND) 2–1 1–1

Kohnhead City's second Challenger's Cup run ends at the hands of ESK Storevik from Savojarna in a close 3-2 aggregate loss. They went into Savojarna and came out 2-1 losers but still had hope knowing they could do well in Kohnhead City Park. Sadly for Kohnhead City FC fans they couldn't quite get the tying goal and ended up drawing the second leg 1-1.

(OAM) Hibernus 4–6 FC Wangor (KND) 3–3 1–3

Taking on Oberour Ar Moro side Hibernus in their second match of the Challenger's Cup, FC Wangor would surprisingly end up as the only Kohnheadian team still standing in the competition in a 6-4 aggregate win that saw them win the home and second leg match 3-1 to clinch the next round. They take on Poafmersia side Trimidau Rukiya in the Third Preliminary Round.

KFA Premier League Week 3
Nickelson FC 1 FC Kohnface City 2
Goals: Caldry (3) - Arlond (1) Torres (1)
Robinson Caldry continues his early season run of form netting a goal in the 50th minute but alas it wasn’t enough to stop a good FC Kohnface City side as Nickelson's schedule looks to lighten up with Swisston City and Philtront in the two coming weeks. FC Kohnface City have won their last two and look to finally be back despite an opening day loss to Porter City. Next week they have derby day against Kohnhead City FC which will be a true test.

FC Wangor 1 Swisston City FC 2
Goals: Bertua (1) - Boler (2) Santos (1)
Boler nets her second of the season in a 2-1 win against FC Wangor who finally score a goal with Sophia Bertua of all people being the one to do it. Alas it wasn’t enough as all three goals came in the second half and Santos scored the winner in the 81st minute to give Swisston City their second straight win and to sink Wangor into last despite Wangor still being alive in the Challenger's Cup.

Porter City 2 Philtront Pioneers 0
Goals: Herrera (3) Mossy (1)
What a signing Taylor Herrera has been as the former Dhun Lagarr star gets her third on the season in that number of games doing exactly what Robinson Caldry has done so far. Gertrude Mossy would score her debut goal of the season in the 46th minute (+1 of extra) before Herrera sealed it just after half in the 49th minute. Philtront have not been good this season and they need to do more if they want to remain competiive especially with two projected bottom teams in Herty and the Diamonds both doing so well.

Herty Hat Tricks 3 Real Dawson 1
Goals: Selke (2 and 3) Blake (1) - Pallard (2)
Mariza Selke has been a surprise star so far for the Hat Tricks as their free agent signing from Aries Chariots in Nephara has done quite well for herself grabbing a brace in a 3-1 win against the much more expensive Real Dawson. Pallard would score her second on the year for Real Dawson but it would be nowhere near enough to overcome a 3-0 deficit and they would lose 3-1.

Kohnhead City FC 3 Dawson Diamonds 1
Goals: Maltos (1 and 2) Vasquez (1) - Fresh (1)
The elite Kohnhead City FC offense found the back of the net three times as Erin Maltos scored the first two goals of her campaign. Pedro Vasquez the TJUN-ian star also got his first goal to put the game away in the 84th as Kohnhead City overcame a 1-1 tie at half to take the easy win. The win keeps them as the only unbeaten team and puts them squarely in first place.

Barnley FC 0 Sporting Kohnhead City 1
Goals: N/A - Preece (1)
It’s officially panic time for Barnley FC’s offense in the Premier League because as they score 8 goals in 2 matches in the Champions League they score 1 in 3 of their first Premier League games. They’ve got to be better but for Sporting Kohnhead City this 62nd minute goal will feel like heaven for a team that had failed to get points and was coming off of a disappointing loss to the Diamonds. This is a statement win and gets a season that looked like it was about to unravel back on track.

Liga B Champions Trophy Preliminary Round 2
(ASG) Urizaharra FC 2–1 Herty Hat Tricks (KND) 1–0 1–1

Kohnheadian teams start out the Liga B Champions Trophy 0-2 as the Herty Hat Tricks fail to advance past Astrograth side Urizaharra FC. Herty lost 2-1 on the road in the first leg before drawing at home at 1. Despite the loss Herty are still having a successful year in the Premier League and this will give them more time to focus on that.

KFA Premier League Week 4
Swisston City FC 0 Nickelson FC 2
Goals: Stratford (1) Phoenix-Anderson (1) - N/A
The two star strikers from Nickelson, GPA and Thomas Stratford hadn’t found the net before this game as Robinson Caldry had a three game scoring streak going. However both find the net in this one with Stratford in the 35th and GPA in the 61st to give Nickelson the 2-0 win. Swisston City sees their momentum from two big wins end as Nickelson continue to prove last season was not a fluke and they should be taken as title contenders.

Philtront Pioneers 1 FC Wangor 1
Goals: Davis (1) - Washt (1)
Two teams that have not done well in the table or offensively meet in this one and surprisingly it does not end in a 0-0 draw as this one goes down to the wire. In the 87th, Davis scored to make it 1-0 Philtront and it looked like another no goal performance from Wangor. But in the 2nd minute of extra time Washt scored off of a corner deflection to give Wangor their first points of this season.

Real Dawson 0 Porter City 1
Goals: N/A - Jeffrey (2)
In one of three 1-0 games, Porter City would take out Real Dawson with Justin Jeffrey getting the winning goal his second on the year. Porter have looked really good early on sitting at 9 points through their first four games while Real Dawson hover down at 2 although there is a greater cushion because only one team is getting relegated.

Sporting Kohnhead City 0 Herty Hat Tricks 1
Goals: N/A - Selke (4)
Mariza Selke continues her dominant performance thus far as she leads the Premier League in goals scored through 4 games as the Nepharan continues to show her worth. For Herty this is a major win against their promotion partner from last year that everyone expected to do better than them. For SKC it shows just how bad their offense has been only scoring 1 goal in 4 games as they sit down in 10th. The defense has actually been quite good but for a team with this much hype they must do better.

Dawson Diamonds 1 Barnley FC 0
Goals: Klaggen (2) - N/A
Problems are arising in Barnley as the once potent Barnley offense has slipped off tremendously despite looking fine in the Champions League preliminaries. Have teams now figured out Axel Korborg, is Harry Richman too old, and is Brandon Irving just a product of better players around him? Questions are being asked of the two time defending champs and the need to start producing especially when the defense plays like this. For the Diamonds they are off to an astonishing 7 points in 4 games as they sit in 5th of the table. This 1-0 win against the defending champs is amazing to see.

FC Kohnface City Kohnhead City FC 4 0
Goals: Torres (2 and 3) Morgan (1) Arlond (2) - N/A
In the biggest surprise of the season thus far FC Kohnface City crush Kohnhead City FC 4-0 on derby day as the Kohnhead City defense falls apart and their offense fails to find the back of the net. Torres gets himself a brace early on, Deidre Morgan scores for the first time for her new club, and Arlond gives them another with a nice goal in the 79th. FC Kohnface City are back and they have high goals for this season.

KFA Weeks 5-8

IFCF Champions League Third Preliminary Round
(KND) Barnley FC 1–6 Anomalies (CMT) 1–3 0–3

Barnley's run in the Champions League officially comes to an end with a 6-1 aggregate loss to Anomalies from Chromatika. We lost the first leg 3-1 at home and couldn't recover losing the second leg 3-0. However Barnley are still in it and now need to try and qualify for the Challenger's Cup with a bout against the Wanda Island Wanderers from Abanhfleft.

Nickelson FC 2 Philtront Pioneers 0
Goals: Gurero (1) Caldry (4) - N/A
Robinson Caldry continues to look the part of a golden boot favorite and Nickelson continues to look like a title contender once again with 10 points through their first 5 games good enough for 3rd in the table. Philip Gurero actually got his first goal ever for Nickelson as he was held scoreless last season with a header in the 52nd.

FC Wangor 2 Real Dawson 0
Goals: Washt (2) Spencer (1) - N/A
FC Wangor finally get their offense to do something in a 2-0 win against Real Dawson as they look to jump start their season. This match was between two bottom table teams but Wangor just looked a lot better all game as Real Dawson continue to have questions to ask as they sit in last place with just 2 points.

Porter City 2 Sporting Kohnhead City 0
Goals: Jeffrey (3) Allafin (1) - N/A
Jeffrey gets his third goal of the campaign and Austin Allafin gets his first as Porter continue their winning ways against an underwhelming Sporting Kohnhead City side. Sporting Kohnhead’s offense continues to struggle having found the back of the net just once all season while Porter continue to shine in all aspects as they sit at 12 points.

FC Kohnface City 1 Swisston City FC 0
Goals: Morgan (2) - N/A
Kohnface City continue their four game winning streak with their only blemish on the season being the 2-0 opening day loss to the other team on 12 points in Porter City. This game was actually a back and forth battle with mid table Swisston City holding their own for pretty much the entire game, Mixer thought he had scored a goal to take the lead in the 62nd but it was ruled that he had fouled a defender right beforehand although the call has some questioning. Nevertheless Deidre Morgan scored her second of the year in the 74th to give FC Kohnface City the win.

Herty Hat Tricks 1 Dawson Diamonds 1
Davey (1) - Fresh (2)
The two relegation candidates who have been blowing by their expectations met in Herty and played to a 1-1 draw. Joseph Davey got the first goal in the 16th minute as the Hat Tricks took the early 1-0 lead and it looked possible that they would join Porter, and Kohnface City at a shocking four wins in five matches. It took a while but in the 85th minute, Dana Fresh found the equalizer to bring the Diamonds up to eight points.

Kohnhead City FC 1 Barnley FC 2
Goals: Johnson (2) - Richman (1) Brenner (1)
Barnley were in lots of trouble heading into this game but a big win against Kohnhead City brings them closer to where they need to be. For Kohnhead City they needed to do something after a 4-0 crushing loss to FC Kohnface City. Deanna Brenner would score her first goal for Barnley in the 37th and while a Grant Meyers assist to Sophie Johnson would level it in the 62nd minute it would be Harry Richman who 10 minutes later would win the game for Barnley 2-1 in a very competitive match.

IFCF Challenger's Cup Third Preliminary Round
(KND) FC Wangor 2–7 Trimidau Rukiya (PFA) 2–3 0–4

FC Wangor's suprising Challenger's Cup run comes to an end with a 7-2 aggregate loss to Trimidau Rukiya from Poafmersia. The first match in Wangor actually went pretty well for the Kohnheadian club as they only lost 3-2 but a 4-0 loss in the second leg doomed them. Maybe now they can focus on the domestic league that they are clearly struggling in.

Swisston City FC 1 Kohnhead City FC 0
Goals: Crow (1) - N/A
A big win for Swisston City with Ruaridh Crow in his second season for the team scoring the winning goal in the 61st minute. Swisston City have been picking up some quality results to move into IFCF consideration while Kohnhead City FC suffer their third straight loss to drop into the bottom half of the table. It’s not time to panic yet but this high powered offense needs to figure something out quick.

Philtront Pioneers 1 FC Kohnface City 1
Goals: Ofofor (1) - Torres (4)
Edward Torres is really having a breakout season adding his 4th goal while Kohnface City sit in second of the table. However a bad draw to Philtront leaves them two points shy of Porter City who have been dominant so far this season. Philtront need all the points they can get sitting just one point shy of the relegation spot.

Real Dawson 1 Nickelson FC 0
Goals: Korkson (1) - N/A
A tough loss for Nickelson but a much needed win for Real Dawson who were sitting down on two points firmly in last place. Offensively Real Dawson have been quite poor with massive signing Karena Ruther not producing too much and the midfield failing to make up for the absence of Suzanna Barter who plays in Quebec. Nickelson are going to be kicking themselves after this result as they are one of the teams in an IFCF spot right now but cannot be losing to Real Dawson.

Sporting Kohnhead City 3 FC Wangor 0
Goals: Preece (2) French (1) Dailford (1) - N/A
It’s official, last year was a complete fluke for FC Wangor who now find themselves in last place of the table with an abysmal showing against Sporting Kohnhead City who had one goal heading into this match. Preece would get her second on the season, French would also get a goal, and Meghan Dailford would get the first goal of her return to Kohnhead season.

Dawson Diamonds 1 Porter City 2
Serty (1) - Mossy (2) Alaffin (2)
Porter City continue their on point form with a 2-1 win over the Diamonds that sees Austin Allafin and Gertrude Mossy both record their second goal of the season. Porter now have five wins in six matches and have the lead by two points. The Dawson Diamonds still sit at a surprising eight points which is only two out of IFCF spots.

Barnley FC 3 Herty Hat Tricks 0
Goals: Korborg (1 and 2) Richman (2) - N/A
There’s the Axel Korborg from last year, and there’s the Barnley dominance from last year as well. The first year captain and reigning MVP/Golden Boot winner finally got a goal this season in a classy 3-0 win against the Herty Hat Tricks. Harry Richman would get a goal for the second straight game as Barnley somehow sit in fourth of the table after an awful start actually tied on points with Herty who looked the part of a relegation candidate today.

(ZRH) AFK Imperialismus 6–2 Sporting Kohnhead City (KND) 2–0 42

Clearly the Liga B Champions Trophy went less well for Kohnheadian clubs than anything else as last year's performance from New Ballow, Rockaton, and SKC were a lot better. Zeta Reka and Hugeltaldom side AFK Imperialismus swept the floor with Sporting Kohnhead City concluding an 0-3 run in this competition for Kohnheadian sides.

FC Kohnface City 0 Real Dawson 4
N/A - Pallard (3) Ruther (2) Urbe (1) Wutur (1)
Remember that time FC Kohnface City shocked the world to beat Kohnhead City FC 4-0, well this time they were on the other side of that as the Real Dawson offense came out of hibernation to upset FC Kohnface City in a classy 4-0 victory. Petunia Pallard continues her good form early and massive signing Karena Ruther scored for the first time since week 1 to bring Real Dawson up to eight points. FC Kohnface City still sit in third but their momentum appears to be fading quickly.

Nickelson FC 2 Sporting Kohnhead City 1
Stratford (2) Hildril (1) - French (2)
Nickelson picked up a surprisingly difficult 2-1 win against a resilient Sporting Kohnhead City side in this one. Stratford and Pheonix-Anderson have both been backseat players this year as Caldry has really stepped up, GPA had a great season last year but his final campaign doesn’t appear to be going too well. Nickelson are going to have to try and reel in a hot Porter City side to prevent a runaway title.

Swisston City FC 1 Philtront Pioneers 0
Goals: Crow (2) - N/A
Without the flash of most teams, Swisston City have quiet been putting together a very good campaign sitting in fourth place through seven games with another 1-0 win this time against bottom sitter Philtront. Crow who hadn’t scored through the first five games of the season gets his second straight goal this time in the 58th for another winner.

FC Wangor 1 Dawson Diamonds 0
Washt (3) - N/A
A big win for FC Wangor against a fading Dawson Diamonds squad brings them out of the relegation spot and into 10th place on seven points as Butler Washt scored his third goal of the season to give them the 1-0 win. The Dawson Diamonds have now fallen to 9th as it looks like they are in big trouble.

Kohnhead City FC 3 Herty Hat Tricks 0
Maltos (3) Johnson (3) Vasquez (2) - N/A
One week after Barnley get a statement win against Herty, Kohnhead City follow suit in a dominant 3-0 performance against Herty to bring them up to 5th place. Sophie Johnson is having her best campaign, Maltos is playing well, and Pedro Vasquez is as reliable as always. While Cogginter, Meyers, and Korkson aren’t doing as well goals wise they are getting some nice assists with Meyers leading the team in assists. Herty continue to slip after a red hot start, and their schedule does not get any easier with Porter City up next.

Porter City 3 Barnley FC 0
Goals: Herrera (4) Allafin (3) Andrei (1) - N/A
What were we saying about Barnley last week? The defense did not play well this week as they fall 3-0 to red hot first place Porter City who are seeing their big spending from the past two transfer windows really pay off. Taylor Herrera the big signing this offseason is playing extremely well, and the defense which they focused on last year has played extremely well allowing three goals in seven matches, and Benjamin Andrei got his first goal for Porter. In addition the offense is the best in the league at 13 goals, this team looks unstoppable.

(MRN) Angels Youth 6–1 Mittold Moose (KND) 5–1 1–0

What do you do when tasked with facing a Mriin club in the first round of the rising stars cup? Anyone who said roll over and hope it ends would be correct as the Mittold Moose stood no chance against Angels Youth losing 6-1 on aggregate and I'm surprised it wasn't a lot more than that especially after losing the first match 5-1.

Philtront Pioneers 1 Kohnhead City FC 2
Holasoff (1) - Korkson (2) Meyers (1)
Kohnhead City FC squeeze out a game against the Philtront Pioneers and while they know it should have been more they got the 2-1 win with Grant Meyers scoring his first goal in a KCF uniform and Korkson adds his second on the season. For Philtront, Holasoff has been a pretty big disappointment so far and while he’s played every game something was up with his ankle. Nevertheless their 1.3 million dollar signing got his first goal as this team sits in last place by two points.

Real Dawson 1 Swisston City FC 0
Ruther (3) - N/A
Are Real Dawson finally starting to pick it up? A hard fought 1-0 win against Swisston City shows they might be as they sit on 11 points trying to show us the flashes of what we saw two seasons ago. Karena Ruther has played very well these last two matches and for Swisston City while this loss will hurt they’ve played well all season and despite being in 6th are only a point behind 3rd.

Dawson Diamonds 1 Nickelson FC 2
Schultz (1) - Bradford (2) Vassilev (1)
Nickelson needed a win here to try and keep pace with Porter City who appear to be running away with this title race. Isabelle Bradford would get her first goal since week one for her second total and their big two million signing Kane Vassilev got his first goal of the season. The young 18 year old is definitely in this team’s future and while he has struggled a bit this year it was to be expected, all signs are pointing up. Markus Shultz the 23 year old had a great season last year and was by far the Diamonds best player for contributions outside of goals, this year he’s done it again barely scoring but being a constant playmaker and getting tons of assists.

Barnley FC 4 FC Wangor 0
Korborg (3) Irving (2 and 3) Richman (3) - N/A
Barnley certainly have an interesting dynamic offensively with every member of their big three up top up to three goals and only one other player having scored. In addition they have been very hot and cold in the Premier League which could be partially due to having so many IFCF matches on weekdays. FC Wangor who were recently eliminated from the Challenger’s Cup need to pick it up as they sit in 11th in the league.

Herty Hat Tricks 1 Porter City 2
Selke (5) - Herrera (5 and 6)
Porter have a five point lead through eight matches as they sit at 21 points during that time and are currently riding on a six game win streak. A brace in this one for Taylor Herrera who while expected to be good was not expected to be this good puts a statement on her early season MVP campaign as we know voters like to give it to the best player on the best team. For Herty Mariza Selke has been extremely good as they played well coming off of back to back 3-0 losses against Kohnhead City FC and Barnley.

Sporting Kohnhead City 1 FC Kohnface City 0
Solis (1) - N/A
FC Kohnface City continue to fade as they have dropped down to 5th in the standings after a depressing loss against Sporting Kohnhead City who have been good defensively but one of the worst offensively. Kelly Solis, their second striker finally got her first goal of the season.

KFA Weeks 9-11

FC Wangor 1 Herty Hat Tricks 2
Goals: Engler (1) - Vu (1) Austad (1)
The Herty Hat Tricks picked up a solid win against FC Wangor as Herty moves into the top eight while Wangor continues to reside near the bottom. Captain Esther Austad the Nepharan they picked up on a free from the Aries Chariots scored as did Carl Vu for Herty. For FC Wangor it would be another Carl this time Carl Engler who provided their only goal in the game. Wangor have to pick it up especially considering they were in the Challengers Cup this cycle.

Philtront Pioneers 2 Real Dawson 2
Goals: Holasoff (2) Davis (2) - Korkson (2) Wutur (2)
Real Dawson were coming into this match riding sort of a hot streak having bested Nickelson, Swisston, and FC Kohnface City in their last three matches. However their winning streak would stop in this game with a 2-2 draw against the last place Philtront Pioneers. Real Dawson now have a good six points between them and last place Philtront with this draw and are slowly getting back to their form from two years ago. For Philtront big signing Thomas Holasoff looks to finally have settled in to his new club and that’s great news for a team desperate to advance out of last.

Swisston City FC 4 Sporting Kohnhead City 1
Goals: Bassi (1, 2, and 3) Mixer (2) - French (3)
Wow, it’s a hat trick for Yohann Bassi in this stunner of a match as he scores the first hat trick of the season in spectacular fashion. The 30 year old midfielder had done little to nothing this season but he had an explosion of goals to help lift Swisston City into a 4-1 win and 5th place in the league, just one spot outside of IFCF spots. Mixer also got his second goal as we have seen him do a lot more in the assists category than in the goal category. Sporting Kohnhead City just weren’t good enough in this one and they sit in 9th place three points safe.

FC Kohnface City 2 Dawson Diamonds 1
Torres (5) Arlond (3) - Fresh (3)
FC Kohnface City end a dry spell of results with a nice 2-1 win over the Dawson Diamonds who despite a good start have quickly faded and stit at eight points and are just two points out of last which is a lot closer to where we predicted them to finish at the start of the season. Dana Fresh who has been their leading goal scorer the last two campaigns is having another good season but she needs help. For FC Kohnface City this is a much needed win after some poor results that saw them fall out of the top four. People started to ask if their great start was just a mirage, a win against the Dawson Diamonds doesn’t say too much but it puts them back in the right direction and puts them into 4th.

Nickelson FC 2 Barnley FC 1
Goals: Caldry (5) Stratford (3) - Richman (4)
In one of two premier matchups week nine offered, Barnley took on Nickelson in a matchup of the top two from last season. Harry Richman scored early but two second half goals from Caldry and Stratford gave the win to Nickelson with Stratford scoring the winner in the 75th. Nickelson are now just two points off of Porter’s pace in second place and Barnley fall to 6th place still in it but only on 13.

Kohnhead City FC 2 Porter City 1
Goals: Cogginter (1) Johnson (4) - Jeffrey (4)
In the marquee matchup of the week Porter finally drop points having gotten six straight wins. Their lead at the top is down to two as Nickelson sit at 19. They’ve still been the best team in the league and this was a very close game that came down to the wire with Sophie Johnson winning it in the 86th. For Kohnhead City they’re up to third in the table with this huge win as Ida Cogginter finally scores.

Kohnhead City FC 2 Real Dawson 0
Goals: Meyers (2) Cogginter (2) - N/A
The talented Kohnhead City FC side continue to play well with a 2-0 win against rising Real Dawson. It was 2-0 pretty quickly with Meyers scoring in the 19th and Cogginter adding another in the 27th before Kohnhead City settled in defensively to prevent any goals from Real Dawson. The win keeps Kohnhead City in third but three points back from the top two as they attempt to finally get that KFA Premier League title. Real Dawson are chilling in 8th not really challenging for an IFCF spot but not in a relegation battle.

Sporting Kohnhead City 1 Philtront Pioneers 1
Goals: Solis (2) - Holasoff (3)
The Tikariotan striker Thomas Holasoff has found his groove with three goals in his last three matches however Philtront fail to get three points thanks to a 72nd minute goal for Kelly Solis which keeps Sporting Kohnhead City in 9th place a solid three points out of relegation. Speaking of the team in relegation that is the Philtront Pioneers who are really struggling and continue to remain in last although at this time every point counts.

Dawson Diamonds 1 Swisston City FC 2
Goals: Fresh (4) - Mixer (3) Boler (3)
Swisston City take over 4th in the table with a close win against the Dawson Diamonds as FC Kohnface City went down. It was Mildred Boler who scored first followed by Dana Fresh’s third goal of the campaign for the Diamonds. Mixer would win the game with his potential goal of the season where he hit a volley from deep that curled into the upper right in the 80th minute. The Diamonds have gotten one point in their last six matches and they’re down in 10th just safe by a point.

Barnley FC 1 FC Kohnface City 1
Goals: Korborg (4) - Henderson (2)
A draw here knocks FC Kohnface City out of the top four as they continue their form of questionable results, however they are still three points clear of Barnley who sit in 6th after this result. It was Audrey Henderson who broke 80 minutes of a 0-0 draw with her goal in the 83rd minute but a Charles Laker pass to Axel Korkborg who finished just like normal in the 89th tied the match at 1 and that’s how it ended.

Herty Hat Tricks 1 Nickelson FC 2
Goals: Vu (2) - Bradford (3) Pheonix-Anderson (2)
Nickelson draw even with Porter City on points after a 2-1 win against the Herty Hat Tricks. Isabelle Bradford scored in the 19th before Pheonix-Anderson who is having a poor final season by his measures scored in the 52nd. Now while GPA hasn’t been the best he is on a very good team who have a very good shot of winning the title which he’s fine with. Herty got a consolation goal in the 70th minute that saw Carl Vu get his second on the season.

Porter City 1 FC Wangor 1
Goals: Herrera (7) - Aguilo (1)
Taylor Herrera is the current golden boot leader as we aprproach the halfway mark of the Premier League season and she is on pace to beat Axel Korkborg’s mark of 14 goals last season with her 7th against FC Wangor. Jeff Yunbet making his second start of the season due to a leg injury got an assist on that one and Wangor’s captain Bernardo Aguilo would tie the game up in the 66th to prevent Porter from getting the three points. This unlikely draw keeps Wangor above last place with one point over Philtront.

Swisston City FC 3 Barnley FC 1
Goals: Mixer (4) Bassi (4) Santos (2) - Richman (5)
It took a year and a half but the Mixer is finally here as the player Swisston City paid 3.25 million for prior to season two. With a goal and an assist in this one it’s clear that the Sylestone appliance who had been a good playmaker picking up assists has become the striker Swisston City dreamed of with the purchase. Yohann Bassi scored his first goal apart from the hat trick, and the young Rafa Santos scored for the second time as Swisston shocked Barnley FC. It’s looking likely that for the first time Barnley will not be winning the league as they sit 11 points back from our leaders and due to a number of things including their IFCF run have been unable to put it all together this season.

Real Dawson 1 Sporting Kohnhead City 1
Pallard (4) - Solis (3)
Neither Real Dawson nor Sporting Kohnhead City are what you call relegation candidates but neither have established themselves as a mid table side yet although Real Dawson have been on a string of good results. Goals just six minutes apart with Pallard in the 62nd with Ruther getting the assist and Solis in the 68th with Dailford picking up the assist. The big thing will be a missed penalty from Rosie Preece in the 79th minute that could have won the game for SKC.

Philtront Pioneers 0 Dawson Diamonds 1
N/A - Serty (2)
The Diamonds put themselves four clear of last place Philtront with Gabrielle Serty’s goal in the 50th minute as Philtront continue down the relegation path. Philtront are a better team than they are playing but they just can’t produce on match day equal to the talent they possess.

FC Wangor 0 Kohnhead City FC 2
N/A - Korkson (3) Meyers (3)
The Baker Park international Grant Meyers had a slow start to his Kohnhead City career as an upgrade for Jonathon Waterson. However by this midseason point the 24 year old has shown why he was worth 2.25 million and he nets a third goal on the season in this one. It would also be a 1-2 from Pedro Vasquez and Aaron Korkson as Kohnhead City scored a second in an easy win over FC Wangor to keep them squarely in the title race. FC Wangor now appear to be in a two team race for the opposite spot, the relegation spot.

FC Kohnface City 1 Herty Hat Tricks 2
Arlond (4) - Amin (1) Mclaughlin (2)
The Herty Hat Tricks have moved themselves into 6th of the table with this huge statement win over a reeling FC Kohnface City squad. Trey Amin would get the first goal in the 17th minute to put Herty up 1-0 before Arlond scored his 4th to tie it up in the 46th minute (+1 in the first half). Mclaughlin who hadn’t scored as the primary striker in a long time would win the game in the 80th minute with a curving shot that barely got past Zinna.

Nickelson FC 2 Porter City 1
Waters (1) Bradford (4) - Bunton (1)
This was the extremely hyped up match between the top two teams tied on 22 points each, Porter had been on a bad stretch of games heading into this matchup but could right the ship against Nickelson. Nickelson on the other hand had been closing the gap for the past few weeks and now got a chance to take the lead at the midseason week. This game did not disappoint in the slightest with Nickelson walking away with a 2-1 lead behind goals from Bradford in the 37th, and Waters who scored the winner in the 72nd to counterattack Bunton’s tying goal in the 56th. Nickelson FC are leading the KFA Premier League at the midway point of the season (11 weeks).

KFA Weeks 12-16

Nickelson FC 3 FC Wangor 1
Stratford (4) Hildril (2) Vassilev (2) - Burruw (1)
Nickelson continue their run at the top of the table with a 3-1 win against FC Wangor as we start to get into the repeat fixtures and the second half of the season. Stratford, Hildril, and Vassilev all get goals and a late one from Adrian Burruw does nothing to solve Wangor’s woes. Nickelson are in the midst of their second straight title race and so picking up three points whenever they can is crucial. Wangor are one of two teams yet to reach double digit points and one of the same two to reach double digit goals.

FC Kohnface City 2 Porter City 0
Torres (6) Morgo (1) - N/A
Porter City are desperately trying to keep their title hopes alive with a bad run of form and FC Kohnface City are once again knocking into the top four attempting to get in. Varci Morgo got his first ever goal for FC Kohnface City in the 36th and Edward Torres added one in the 71st to bring FC Kohnface closer and closer. We will need to see more from Porter in the coming weeks.

Swisston City FC 1 Herty Hat Tricks 1
Crow (3) - Hodson (1)
Herty have shown that they’re here to stay in the Premier League and with a draw against top four side and red hot Swisston they are even in the hunt for a top four spot although it’s highly unlikely. Jason Hodson scored his first Premier League goal, Crow added his third of the season for Swisston in a 1-1 draw.

Philtront Pioneers 0 Barnley FC 1
N/A - Crarter (1)
To say it’s been an underwhelming season for Barnley and especially their midfield is an understatement. To tell you the truth Philtront stuck right with them despite them being so much further back in the standings. However a lucky goal fro Connor Crarter that being the first Barnley’s midfield has produced all season (although they’ve gotten some assists) would win them the game as they try to somehow get a third straight although it’s looking more and more unlikely.

Real Dawson 0 Dawson Diamonds 1
N/A - Paimo (2)
Tispe Paimo the young mid out of Tioguldós would score the only goal of the match in a Dawson derby that shows just how far Real has fallen in two years. Sure Real Dawson aren’t going to get relegated but two seasons ago they came in third and got to play in the Challenger’s Cup behind a very young core led by the midfield duo of Suzanna Barter and Jordan Korkson along with a plethora of other options. Now they lose to their younger brothers in the Dawson Diamonds after a 2-2 draw on opening day. Sure they aren’t going to get relegated but this team’s future looks so much worse than it did just one season ago.

Sporting Kohnhead City 1 Kohnhead City FC 2
Brett (1) - Vasquez (3) Levers (1)
The second Kohnhead City derby of the season produced a similar result and scoreline although unlike the 1-0 win for KCFC last time it was 2-1 this time still in favor of them. Pedro Vasquez looks even better than he did in his debut season, and it was Clark Levers on a header off of a corner in the 83rd that put Sporting Kohnhead City away and kept Kohnhead City FC in this title race just three points behind Nickelson and now with a three point buffer to Porter. They’ve gotten hot but can they keep it up over the rest of the season? Nickelson travels to Kohnhead City Park next week in what should be a fun one.

Challenger's Cup Playoff Rounds (Legs 1 and 2)
(AFT) Wanda Island Wanderers 1–3 Barnley FC (KND) 1–1 0–2

Barnley continue their miracle run in the Challenger's Cup with a thrilling win over the Wanda Island Wanderers from Abanhfleft. In the first leg on the road Barnley and the Wanderers would tie each other at 1 goal each, but in the second leg Barnley would get the 2-0 win at home bringing them so close to reaching the group stage.

Kohnhead City FC 2 Nickelson FC 1
Maltos (4) Vasquez (4) - Stratford (5)
This was it, this was the big one for Nickelson to take a commanding lead in the standings as we head down the home stretch. Unfortunately for them, Erin Maltos, Pedro Vasquez, and the expensive but highly talented Kohnhead City FC had something to say about that. In a high level battle between the two best teams in Kohnhead, Kohnhead City would come out on top and now have evened up the league.

FC Wangor 3 FC Kohnface City 0
Washt (4) Spencer (2) Haasan (1) - N/A
FC Kohnface City are the most volatile team in all of Kohnhead. One week they’re winning derby day 4-0 against Kohnhead City then they lose 4-0 to Real Dawson. After beating Porter City 2-0 they completely wet the bed against a hungry Wangor team in a 3-0 loss that keeps them out of the top four. This team will need to gain some semblance of consistency if they want to make it into the top four.

Porter City 2 Swisston City FC 3
Allafin (4) Mossy (3) - Crow (4, 5, and 6)
This was the game of the season hands down and could be remembered as one of the best of all time in KFA history. Porter after a string of defeats looked motivated in the first half and jumped out to a 2-0 lead behind goals from Allafin and Mossy. Then Ruaridh Crow showed up and decided to make an impact. Crow had scored the only goal for Swisston against Herty and in the 47th got his fourth of the season by putting into the bottom left with Vargas getting the assist. He would score a header in the 77th to tie the score at two off of a Matthew Morgan cross. Then in the 2nd minute of a five minute extra time period he would receive the ball from Mixer get around Seb Leemrijsen and fire a shot with his left foot across goal and into the bottom right corner just getting past Warton for the win.

Herty Hat Tricks 3 Philtront Pioneers 0
Vu (3) Hodson (2) Austad (2) - N/A
While Mariza Selke has been on a goal scoring drought the rest of Herty’s offense definitely showed up against last place Philtront. It might be a foregone conclusion that Philtront for as much talent as they possess gets relegated and it’s clear some, in particular Bertha Sanders will be leaving this offseason. Herty have pulled themselves into 5th in an effort similar to what FC Wangor were able to do last year with their 4th place finish. Can Herty continue their momentum or will their lack of talent catch up to them in the coming weeks?

Barnley FC 1 Real Dawson 1
Korborg (5) - Korkson (3)
This is a bad draw for Barnley as they drop points against Real Dawson who had been sitting in 10th before this. Jordan Korkson who’s been okay this season scored his third of the season in the sixth minute. Axel Korborg the man, the myth, the legend himself tied it in the 23rd but after these two goals no one else found the back of the net and it would be a stalemate.

Dawson Diamonds 1 Sporting Kohnhead City 2
Schultz (2) - Preece (3) Brett (2)
Two lower placed teams in the table matched up in this one and it would be Sporting Kohnhead City who walked away with the win as with Philtront’s loss they move a good seven spots out of the relegation spot. Markus Schultz got his second goal of the year but Rosie Preece and Pearce Brett’s second in as many games would deny them any points and see the Diamonds drop to 10th.

FC Kohnface City 0 Nickelson FC 2
N/A - Caldry (6) Hildril (3)
Nickelson got back on track in this one with a nice 2-0 win against a quality opponent in FC Kohnface City. Robinson Caldry has been on a five game goalless streak and has definitely cooled off since his great start but in this one he would add his 6th of the season. With a Kohnhead City draw, Nickelson once again move into sole possession of first place.

Swisston City FC 1 FC Wangor 1
Santos (3) - Bertua (2)
While Swisston City are kicking themselves over this draw where they managed nine shots on goal but only found the back of the net once it just shows how consistent they’ve been. Unlike teams like FC Kohnface City, Swisston have found a way to just get points and even in this game where they should have won they still at least walked away with one. They young Bertua got her second goal of the season, she’s played well and looks to be highly sought after this offseason.

Philtront Pioneers 0 Porter City 1
N/A - Allafin (5)
Philtront are now five points back from being out of the zone as they continue to put forth awful, uninspired performances each week. Austin Allafin scored his second goal in as many weeks and Porter finally got another win although it was a more difficult struggle than should have been necessary for the team in 4th of the table.

Real Dawson 1 Herty Hat Tricks 0
Urbe (2) - N/A
Despite a very good performance last week from Herty in their rout of FC Kohnface City they are unable to put one past Real Dawson who are attempting to turn it around. Echeberri Urbe hadn’t scored since week seven but he puts the winner in the back of the net in the 56th minute. Real Dawson sit in 8th but with some good results they could make an unlikely run.

Sporting Kohnhead City 1 Barnley FC 2
Solis (4) - Richman (6) Irving (4)
Big win for Barnley following their disappointing draw last week as they pull into 5th of the table just four points back from the top four. Brandon Irving has been on a goal drought but he gets his 4th of the season and Harry Richman brings himself further into the golden boot race with his 6th on the season which is tied for second best. While Sporting Kohnhead City aren't getting relegated this season has not been what they hoped for but they have hope for the future.

Dawson Diamonds 1 Kohnhead City FC 1
Schultz (3) - Korkson (4)
After a statement 2-1 victory over Nickelson to tie them in points at the top of the standings it just makes sense that Kohnhead City FC would look past the Dawson Diamonds and Markus Schultz. This draw will cost them as it gives Nickelson the advantage and in a 22 game season things like this matter. You have to play every game like it matters a lot and that’s clearly not what they did today. All credit to Dawson Diamonds who look poised to survive once again despite the predictions and their tiny wage bill.

Challengers Cup Qualifying Round (Legs 1 and 2)
(CSN) Dynum City Randajad 1–6 Barnley FC (KND) 0–4 1–2

Get in they've actually managed to do it and in what a show with a 6-1 aggregate victory over Dynum CIty Randajad from Cosneolta. Barnley make their first ever Challenger's Cup Group Stage and are the furthest a Kohnheadian team has ever gotten by far. Their group will be tough and they should in no way be favorites to do anything but this is a massive accomplisment and shows how far our league has come.

Kohnhead City FC 1 FC Kohnface City 2
Maltos (5) - Torres (7) Jarrus (1)
Derby day, Kohnhead City FC were ready to avenge the 4-0 beating they took on the road last time but even at Kohnhead City Park they couldn’t do it. Despite a class goal from Maltos, Edward Torres notched his 7th and Nathan Jarrus scored his 1st of the season to give Kohnface City the 2-1 win. Kohnhead City drop to three points behind Nickelson but with seven weeks to go anything could happen. Kohnface City hope to finally show some consistency as they sit all in 5th, currently four points behind fourth.

Nickelson FC 1 Swisston City FC 1
Pheonix-Anderson (3) - Corton (1)
It definitely isn’t close to the 10 goal season he managed to put up in his age 34 season, and the captain has definitely taken a back seat in their attacks but he did manage to find the net in this one. Corton added her first goal of the season for Swisston City to give Swisston the 1-0 lead but GPA equalized. Swisston are in 4th at 27, and Nickelson are in 1st at 32 so this was a game with major implications.

FC Wangor 2 Philtront Pioneers 1
Haasan (2) Merrick (1) - Holasoff (4)
At least Philtront know their top signing of the offseason has played well despite the team’s lack of success. The bottom two teams in the table came into this one and when the whistle blew Philtront fell to eight points behind 11th and safety and their relegation is basically done and dusted. While Butler Washt has been the best offensively good to see Jason Merrick and Jaylon Haasan pick up some goals recently.

Porter City 4 Real Dawson 0
Allafin (6 and 7) Jeffrey (5) Yunbet (1) - N/A
Due to their amazing start Porter are still very much in this title race and this 4-0 drubbing fo Real Dawson will certainly help them out. Austin Allafin has out of nowhere emerged as a serious contender for the golden boot and this brace will only help him out. We also have a Jeff Yunbet sighting, Yunbet has had an injury riddled, poor campaign and hasn’t done much of anything but it’s good to see him finally get a goal as he still is quite good.

Herty Hat Tricks 1 Sporting Kohnhead City 2
Selke (6) - Solis (5) French (3)
The two promoted teams from last year did battle for the second time this year and Sporting Kohnhead City would emerge victorious behind Kelly Solis and Gregory French. Mariza Selke at least would get her 6th for Herty in the losing effort. Neither team is in danger of relegation but neither is contending for a top four spot especially with Herty on a two game losing skid.

Barnley FC 0 Dawson Diamonds 1
N/A - Serty (3)
Have we not given the Diamonds enough credit? A draw with Kohnhead City FC and now a 1-0 win against Barnley the reigning champs. It’s clear Barnley’s run in the Challenger’s Cup has left them more vulnerable in the league as they fall to 6th in the table still there in the hunt but not really competing in the way that was expected of them before the season.

Swisston City FC 0 FC Kohnface City 1
N/A - Jarrus (2)
A week after his first goal of the season and the winner against rival Kohnhead City FC, Jarrus gets the winner against another quality side in Swisston City FC. The race for the top four is getting even more intense as Kohnface pull within a point of 4th place Swisston based on this result.

Philtront Pioneers 2 Nickelson FC 0
Davis (3 and 4) - N/A
So the mighty have fallen, against the worst team in the league Nickelson the first place team lose 2-0 on a Jamaal Davis brace. Nickelson clearly were not prepared for this and they got beat because of it. They’re still in first but the gap has shrunk because of this and their room for error is a lot smaller.

Real Dawson 4 FC Wangor 1
Pallard (5) Ruther (4 and 5) Wutur (3) - Haasan (3)
I take back anything I said about FC Kohnface City being the most inconsistent team, it’s clearly Real Dawson. They have lots of talent as shown by their 4-1 win against FC Wangor but at the end of the day they have no consistency. If this comes down to coaching we will see next year as Royan could be sacked anyday. She would be the second sacking of the season as Miller has already gone from Philtront.

Sporting Kohnhead City 0 Porter City 2
N/A - Herrera (8 and 9)
Ah there’s Taylor Herrera after a brief stretch of no goals she responds with a huge performance in a 2-0 win against Sporting Kohnhead City. Porter are in the fight of their lives and seem to be getting hot at the right time with five weeks remaining.

Dawson Diamonds 2 Herty Hat Tricks 1
Ziwanić (1) Paimo (3) - Mclaughlin (3)
The Diamonds continue to trend in the right direction while Herty’s skid continues. Joseph Ziwanić the 21 year old center back would get his second goal for the club but first this year. Tispe Paimo, their one offseason addition, would score his first goal and Herty would get a goal from striker Maximillian Mclaughlin who has had an okay first Premier League season. Don’t look now but the Diamonds are up to 7th and just one point behind Barnley FC.

Barnley FC 2 Kohnhead City FC 2
Richman (7) Korborg (6) - Meyers (4 and 5)
It’s always a good battle when Barnley and Kohnhead City FC meet and this time was no difference as it ended in a 2-2 draw. Barnley would strike first off of an Axel Korborg penalty as Ruterford took down Brandon Irving in the box. Grant Meyers would however score twice to give Kohnhead City the 2-1 lead before Harry Richman tied it at 2. Kohnhead City are two points off of Nickelson in a very close title race and Barnley are attempting to make a push into the top four.

Challengers Cup Group Stage
Group A P W D L F A GD Pts SRS EUR OME KND

4 Barnley FC KND 6 0 1 5 5 14 -9 1 1-1 0-2 0-3 -

It was a good run from Barnley although as expected they stood no chance at the Group Stage ending on 1 point which they received from a draw with group winners and eventual winners of the whole Cup, Megabrantid SC. They did score in all but two of their games which was a benefit but given their performance in the league this year they might not have a chance to replicate this success.

KFA Weeks 17-19

Kohnhead City FC 1 Swisston City FC 1
Korkson (5) - Santos (4)
Two heavyweights met in this one and played to a 1-1 draw, something Swisston City have become quite familiar with. Aaron Korkson got his 5th, Rafa Santos got his 4th and a Kohnface City win sends Swisston City down to 5th in the table. Kohnhead City are still in the title race but are clearly looking up at Nickelson and Porter ahead of them.

FC Kohnface City 1 Philtront Pioneers 0
Morgan (3) - N/A
If you thought the big win against Nickelson was a sign of things to come for Philtront you would be incorrect because they would lose 1-0 to FC Kohnface City in this one. Deidre Morgan has not performed quite at the level FC Kohnface City were expecting when they shelled out 1.75 million to get her but with Edward Torres’ emergence she hasn’t needed to. Kohnface City are back in the top four but it will be close between them and Swisston City for that 4th spot.

Nickelson FC 3 Real Dawson 0
Stratford (6) Hildril (4) Vassilev (3) - N/A
It’s official Real Dawson have become the second team to sack their manager with Elizabeth Royan getting sacked right after this game. Despite Nickelson being so good this is still an embarrassing defeat at 3-0. What makes it worse is knowing how good Real Dawson can be if they had any semblance of consistency week in and week out. Nickelson gets a good win in their race for the title as Thomas Stratford adds another goal to his stellar campaign.

FC Wangor 1 Sporting Kohnhead City 2
Spencer (3) - Dailford (2) Xing (1)
In a battle near the bottom Sporting Kohnhead City would reach 20 points with a well earned 2-1 victory against FC Wangor who are now equidistant from being in 12th and from being in 10th. For SKC Meghan Dailford has quietly been having an extremely good season even if she only has two goals to show for it. Zhou Xing the 18 year old from Yuezhou scored his first goal for the club in this one as well.

Porter City 2 Dawson Diamonds 0
Herrera (10) Allafin (8) - N/A
While Taylor Herrera establishes herself as one of the top strikers in the league and as the clear favorite for the Golden Boot, Austin Allafin has had an amazing campaign as well and has moved into second of the golden boot race. Porter’s offense has been great all season as has the defense but these two have clearly been the best offensive players.

Herty Hat Tricks 2 Barnley FC 1
Selke (7 and 8) - James (1)
Speaking of top offensive players, Mariza Selke scored a brace in this one to surprisingly lift Herty past Barnley and into 6th in the table. Barnley have definitely been struggling in the league as of late but who could have predicted them sitting down in 7th following a loss to Herty. There’s still time for them to pick it up but the chances for a three peat are basically if not 0 and time’s running out if they want a top four spot.

Philtront Pioneers 2 Swisston City FC 0
Davis (5) Scranton (1) - N/A
The wildest matchday of the campaign included this result that was a 2-0 win for last place Philtront as they upset Swisston City 2-0. While a couple of weeks ago it was almost a known commodity that Philtront would be relegated two wins in a few weeks have put them in position to possibly overcome FC Wangor. While this loss would normally knock Swisston back a bunch, it was a wild weekend that saw many of the top teams lose.

Real Dawson 2 FC Kohnface City 1
Korkson (4) Former (1) - Morgan (4)
Real Dawson would also notch an upset win as they were able to beat FC Kohnface City 2-1 in their first match since the firing of Royan. Jordan Korkson has had a decent campaign and although nothing can match his performance two years ago this is definitely an upgrade from last year’s performance. In addition Jim Former would score his first on the season, they might be moving on from the 32 year old center back soon.

Sporting Kohnhead City 4 Nickelson FC 0
Solis (6) Preece (4 and 5) Xing (2) - N/A
When I said this weekend got crazy I meant it, a 4-0 thrashing of the top team Nickelson FC by Sporting Kohnhead City opens the door for a lot of things to happen. While Nickelson have been more consistent than Porter, a good run of form from the latter have put them back in the driver’s seat of the Premier League. Sporting Kohnhead City are suddenly just five points out of the top four and in 7th place, anything could happen over these last couple of weeks.

Dawson Diamonds 1 FC Wangor 1
Paimo (4) - Haasan (4)
In a battle of the two newest teams although they are both in their third years of existence a 1-1 draw would occur. Tispe Paimo is getting hot for the Diamonds, Jaylon Haasan is doing the same for FC Wangor. Wangor need to do something more because as of right now the “surging” Philtront Pioneers are only three points behind them in the table with four matches still to play.

Barnley FC 0 Porter City 2
Allafin (9) Jeffrey (6) - N/A
Austin Allafin has had an amazing campaign, Justin Jeffrey has not been bad himself. Barnley FC will not be winning the league for the third straight season as they are officially eliminated from doing so with this 2-0 loss to once again league leaders Porter City. Barnley are still in the race for an IFCF spot although they will need to play a lot better if they want one. Porter are one of five teams that can win the KFA Premier League although realistically it’s a three team race.

Herty Hat Tricks 1 Kohnhead City FC 1
Mclaughlin (4) - Korkson (6)
If Kohnhead City want to win this Championship they’re going to need to stop drawing the teams worse than them. They just love to draw and it hasn’t helped them out as after being tied with Nickelson for the lead they have fallen to five points back of a surging Porter. They are the last team with a realistic shot at the title but they will need to start playing better if they want to do so.

Kohnhead City FC 2 Philtront Pioneers 2
Vasquez (5) Johnson (5) - Madsen (2 and 3)
It is quite clear why Kohnhead City FC will not be winning the league and that is their inability to get victories down the stretch against inferior opponents. Seven points back and three weeks left is not impossible per say but it almost definitely won’t be happening. Aleks Madsen can attest to that as his brace gave Philtront the point as they try to survive the odds with Wangor at 19 and them at 14.

Swisston City FC 0 Real Dawson 1
N/A - Ruther (6)
Swisston have been in such a good position to win a top four spot especially with FC Kohnface City and Kohnhead City FC struggling. However their inability, along with of course Kohnface City’s to get points has turned this into a four team battle for the final spot with three weeks to go. Karena Ruther has definitely been a good signing for Dawson who are up to 7th and within striking distance of the top four.

FC Kohnface City 0 Sporting Kohnhead City 2
N/A - Dailford (3) Brett (3)
A very good run from SKC has them into 6th of the table as they are finally putting it all together like they did last season. At 26 points they are now just three behind the team they just beat this weekend who sit in 4th, that being FC Kohnface City. FC Kohnface City much like Swisston City have left a battle for 4th wide open to lots of teams and Sporting Kohnhead City with goals from Dailford and Brett are taking advantage of it.

Nickelson FC 1 Dawson Diamonds 0
Gurero (2) - N/A
While most defenders don’t score often, Philip Gurero has scored for the second time this year with a winner against the Dawson Diamonds to keep their title hopes alive even as Porter continues to dominate in their matches. The header in the 73rd off of a free kick taken by Isabelle Bradford went right by Hope Gerret to give Nickelson the win.

FC Wangor 1 Barnley FC 0
Haasan (5) - N/A
Jaylon Haasan has gone on a goal scoring streak and while it doesn’t secure it for Wangor they will almost likely be safe for next year. For Barnley this is an embarrassing situation as they have fallen down to 9th despite their IFCF run. This is a highly talented team that clearly has missed expectations this season.

Porter City 3 Herty Hat Tricks 0
Herrera (11) Allafin (10) Yunbet (2) - N/A
Porter are in command of the league and need to continue winning out as they’re two points ahead of Nickelson. Results like this are needed if they want to clutch up the season. It’s been a very good first season for Herty and they will be safe for next year officially based on Philtront’s draw and they just faced Porter at the wrong time.

Premier League Weeks 20-21

Real Dawson 0 Philtront Pioneers 3
N/A - Davis (6) Holasoff (5) Horsford (1)
Yes Philtront is quite talented as demonstrated in this 3-0 win against Real Dawson. Jamaal Davis is good, Thomas Holasoff was a very good signing and Hannah Horsford has 37 caps for the National Team not to mention Bertha Sanders in goal and Sandra Dreyfuss defensively. Philtront need to win their last two games and have Wangor score one point or less in their last two if they want to stay up so it is possible but highly unlikely however their schedule is a lot easier than Wangor’s. For Real Dawson despite the sacking of Royan their inconsistencies still lie as we see this 3-0 loss that pretty much guarantees no top four finish for them.

Sporting Kohnhead City 0 Swisston City FC 1
N/A - Bassi (5)
It’s been a good run for Sporting lately but Swisston dominated this match although they only had one goal to show for it. Swisston and Kohnface City are in a tight battle for that 4th spot and while SKC was alive heading into this weekend it's now almost impossible for SKC to finish top four. Swisston have really had a season that blew expectations out of the water and look to top it off with their first top four finish. It really has come down to defense with Corton, and Vargas doing well in the back and the play of the Mixer who is leading the league in assists with nine and has four goals in addition.

Dawson Diamonds 1 FC Kohnface City 2
Serty (4) - Torres (8) Gilmore (1)
With Swisston picking up three points, FC Kohnface City would also to keep their 4th place by a single point with their win against the Dawson Diamonds. Edward Torres would score first for Kohnface and Randall Gilmore would get the winning goal. The young 19 year old has been a starter for Kohnface City and he’s a big part of their future although he didn’t have a large role this season.

Barnley FC 1 Nickelson FC 0
Crarter (2) - N/A
While Barnley have completely underwhelmed this season they are still the two time defending champs who just went to the Challengers Cup Group Stage. Nickelson didn’t play awful really, but Connor Crarter give Barnley the 1-0 win but Nickelson would be bailed out by a Porter City loss to Kohnead City FC. The two sides are desperately trying to give us what we missed out on last year; a title race on the final day.

Herty Hat Tricks 1 FC Wangor 2
Amin (2) - Merrick (2 and 3)
While the Brenecian Jason Merrick is not in Wangor’s future plans at 28 and has had a poor season he did lead them to victory in this one which with Philtront’s late season surge may prove crucial. Herty drop down to 9th with this result although it’s still been a very good season considering their preseason predictions. Wangor play Kohnhead City FC and Porter though so they may be reliant on Philtront losses.

Porter City 0 Kohnhead City FC 1
N/A - Maltos (6)
Porter who had been so good lately had the chance to grow their lead to five points over Nickelson but faced a hungry Kohnhead City FC team who scored on a penalty taken by Erin Maltos in the 32nd. With the win, Kohnhead City sit just four points back of Porter with two games left meaning they are still alive. However that is unlikely and the title will probably come down to the Porter - Nickelson match in week 22 at Bank of Kohnhead Park.

Real Dawson 1 Kohnhead City FC 2
Pallard (6) - Maltos (7) Vasquez (6)
Kohnhead City FC did their best to keep their slim title hopes alive these past two weeks with the win over Porter and then a win over Real Dawson but too many draws in the period before ultimately makes a title for them close to impossible. The scenarios will be gone over in greater length later.

Philtront Pioneers 1 Sporting Kohnhead City 0
Horsford (2) - N/A
Yay for Philtront they finally started to put together some quality results only way too little way too late and have been officially relegated for next season. This team has quality players and will probably see most of them depart, Sporting Kohnhead City cannot finish top four but it’s been a very good debut season for a team that was just surging in the points.

Swisston City FC 1 Dawson Diamonds 2
Crow (7) - Fresh ( 5 and 6)
So ends Swisston City’s run to a IFCF spot this year as with this loss and a Kohnface City win, Swisston are guaranteed 5th place. The Diamonds meanwhile can finish anywhere between 6th and 11th in a crowded mid to bottom table section. No matter what for them to stay up once again despite the odds deserves a pat on the back considering they were once again expected to get relegated. A brace from Dana Fresh gives them the three points here, and secures their spot in next year’s Premier League.

FC Kohnface City 2 Barnley FC 1
Torres (9) Morgan (5) - Crarter (3)
And FC Kohnface City clinch their first spot in an IFCF competition with a 2-1 win against Barnley and are now guaranteed to finish exactly in 4th with Kohnhead City’s finish. While they sold their best player Nicholas Radison, moves to bring in Deidre Morgan from Quebec, Burung Geremek from the Squornshelean Remnant States, and Callie Porsha’s graduation from university all made huge differences. And of course the biggest thing was Edward Torres having the season of his life at age 31.

Nickelson FC 2 Herty Hat Tricks 0
Pheonix-Anderson (4) Gurero (3) - N/A
Philip Gurero is leading all defenders in goals scored as he gets his third against Herty who have really faded as of late. Pheonix-Anderson may have just scored the last goal of his professional football career with this one against Herty as well. Nickelson are now up one on Porter, can he help them to a win in his final match next weekend?

FC Wangor 1 Porter City 0
Merrick (4) - N/A
This really was Porter’s title to lose, and they with two straight losses now have to beat Nickelson in the final game to host their first Premier League trophy. They just flat out disappointed against this poor Wangor side with Herrera missing a penalty. Jason Merrick has scored three times in his last two games to boost his count up to four goals on the season as Wangor clinch survival and will retain their place in the league.

Premier League Week 22

0’ - All six games kick off at 1500 hours on a chilly Saturday in Kohnhead as all eyes turn to Bank of Kohnhead Park where Porter and Nickelson prepare to battle for the Championship.
7’ - Goal: Gregory French (5) Sporting Kohnhead City 1-0 Real Dawson.
10’ Corner Nickelson, Thomas Stratford’s header hits the crossbar but is cleared away by Seb Leemrijsen, we are still tied at 0.
16’ - Goal: Deidre Morgan (6) Herty Hat Tricks 0-1 FC Kohnface City.
22’ - Goal: Aaron Korkson (7) Kohnhead City FC 1-0 FC Wangor. KCFC are still alive and at this point would just need another goal to go to the top of the table. Grant Meyers picked up the assist with a ground cross that got by the Wangor defense.
22’ - In a 1 v 1 opportunity with Richards, Jeff Yunbet skies a clear goal and the game remains level at 0. Nickelson had been the main one attacking and this opportunity came on a Porter counter attack.
24’ - Goal: Mildred Boler (4) Barnley FC 0-1 Swisston City FC.
33’ - Austin Allafin goes down in Nickelson territory and the ref gives a free kick to Porter from 26 yards out. Herrera to take it, will this be the first goal of the game?
34’ - Goal: Taylor Herrera (12) Porter City 1-0 Nickelson FC. There it is, Taylor Herrera converts the free kick barely getting it past Richards and if the season ended now Porter would be champs. BOK Park goes wild as Nickelson are knocked out of the top spot.
39’ - Goal: Pedro Vasquez (7) Kohnhead City FC 2-0 FC Wangor. Kohnhead City have done their job with Vasquez taking a long range shot that got past Emma Driver. Now they can play defensive football and hope Nickelson finds an equalizer.
42’ - Porter almost make it 2-0 but a clutch tackle from Philip Gurero in the box on Mossy keeps Nickelson in the game. It was a risky tackle because Gurero was already on a yellow but it was a necessary one and he did it successfully.
HT: Sporting Kohnhead City 1-0 Real Dawson
Dawson Diamonds 0-0 Philtront Pioneers
Barnley FC 0-1 Swisston City FC
Herty Hat Tricks 0-1 FC Kohnface City
Porter City 1-0 Nickelson FC
Kohnhead City FC 2-0 FC Wangor
46’ - The second half begins in all six games, if it were to end now Porter would win the league with Kohnhead City FC in second, Nickelson in third, and FC Kohnface City in fourth.
56’ - Goal: Mindy Callax (1) Dawson Diamonds 0-1 Philtront Pioneers
62’ - Goal: Inatz Bariazarra (2) Dawson Diamonds 1-1 Philtront Pioneers
64’ - Goal: Kelly Solis (7) Sporting Kohnhead City 2-0 Real Dawson
72’ - Goal: Brittany Hildril (4) Porter City 1-1 Nickelson FC. Could Kohnhead City actually win the title? Nickelson get the equalizer they need after half an hour of attacking but cannot play defensive as they need now also need a win assuming Kohnhead City’s lead holds.
77’ - Red Card: Philip Gurero. Gurero gets sent off in controversial fashion and Nickelson have lost one of the best defenders in the league and the best on the team. Porter have a golden opportunity to win the title.
82’ - Goal: Deidre Morgan (7) Herty Hat Tricks 0-2 FC Kohnface City.
88’ - Goal: Taylor Herrera (13) Porter City 2-1 Nickelson FC. The loss of Gurero is felt on the Nickelson defense, and Taylor Herrera has done it. The Tikariotan has been the best player in the league this season and off of a Jeff Yunbet pass she sends the potentially title winning goal into the back of the net. Nickelson will now need to give it everything they got, and all Kohnhead City can do is watch.
92’ - Goal: Petunia Pallard (6) Sporting Kohnhead City 2-1 Real Dawson.
94’ - FT: Porter City 2-1 Nickelson FC. They have done it, Porter City have won their first ever title following a season for the ages and Taylor Herrera has clinched the golden boot over her teammate Austin Allafin with the brace.

KFA Expansion League

With the expansion of the Kohnhead Football Association and the pyramid's increase to 32 teams with 16 in the Premier League and 16 in League 2, a seven match expansion league was created to figure out who would be going to the Premier League and who to League 2. Teams were formed at the beginning of season 3 with each team having the option to sign any Kohnheadian who wanted to play for them (not many did). After months of training the Expansion League started and played seven matches. No team is allowed to sign any foreign players and so the entire upcoming season each team will have only Kohnheadian players.

Team Points Played Won Draw Lost GF GC
AFC Parga 16 7 5 1 1 9 3 Champions/Premier League
Kohnface Union 14 7 4 2 1 9 6 Premier League

Soman Reds FC 9 7 3 0 4 5 8

Congratulations to AFC Parga and Kohnface Union who will be the two expansion teams joining the top flight this season, the rest will have to duke it out in League 2.

KFA Premier League Season 4 Preview-The Title Contenders

Kohnhead City FC
Image

Image

In: RM Susanne Mpenza (Ceyne Isles) - Uryanspor (Timuria) 1.5 mil
Out: Ida Cogginter (Kohnhead) - Alexandria City (Xanneria) 1.25 mil

Starting XI
GK Hannah Boyd #1 Age: 23 (Xanneria)
RB Mitchell Traverse #15 Age: 28
CB Allison Ruterford #71 Age: 20
CB Clark Levers #76 Age: 30
LB Krystal Munchin #51 Age: 25
RM Susanne Mpenza #8 Age: 25 (Ceyne Isles)
CM Sophie Johnson #7 Age: 21
LM Pedro Vasquez #9 Age: 28 (TJUN-ia)
CAM Grant Meyers #12 Age: 24 (Baker Park)
(C) CF Aaron Korkson #91 Age: 25
CF Erin Maltos #10 Age: 25

Formation: 4-3-1-2
Coach: Percy Yordrey (52)
Last Season: 2nd
Prediction: 1st

Major storyline: After three straight top four finishes can Kohnhead City finally get over the top?
Star player: Aaron Korkson
Key player: Susanne Mpenza
Potential weakspot: Hannah Boyd

Analysis: A late Porter City goal in their match against Nickelson prevented Kohnhead City from lifting the title for the first time, a title that has been eluding Kohnhead City for the past three seasons. Kohnhead City probably have the most talent in the league they just haven't been able to put it together the last couple of years and with Cogginter on the decline and somewhat phased out of the offense last season they have brought in Ceyne Isles international Susanne Mpenza. That was all they did in a quiet offseason however as they know the talent in the starting strikers and in the very expensive midfield should be enough to finally take them over the top. If Kohnhead City do not finally put it all together will it be time to change the back four, or will it be time to break up the partnership up top? Despite success the board wants more and Yordrey might be on the hot seat if he fails to bring them this success.

Out: CB Sal Osbourne (Nova Anglicana) - Greschmeier (Quintessence of Dust)

Starting XI
GK Rufus Rigby #1 Age: 23 (South Newlandia)
RB:Deanna Brenner #6 Age: 32 (Nephara)
CB Miranda Atkinson #51 Age: 21

CF Harry Richman #77 Age: 34
(C) LF Axel Korborg #10 Age: 33 (Super-Llamaland)

Formation: 4-3-3
Coach: Elijah Godwin (49)
Last Season: 9th
Prediction: 2nd

Major storyline: Was the upgrade to Rigby worth it?
Star player: Axel Korborg
Key player: Charles Laker
Potential weakspot: Deanna Brenner

Analysis: It's no secret that last year Barnley were absolute garbage domestically, favorites to win their third straight and pick up the three-peat they had a slow start probably due to match fatigue with a long run in the IFCF. It was clear they put most of their attention in the Challengers Cup and probably expected to just creep into a top four spot however it did not work out like that. While they made it all the way to the Challengers Cup Group Stage, they finished 9th in the Premier League and have work to do this year. The midfield was the major disappoitment, as was the defense but the big three up top of Korkborg, Richman, and Irving was as good as ever. Despite rumors that the big three would split up they decided staying together was the best option and are ready to make a run for the league. Barnley made two major moves and that was to break the Kohnheadian record for money spent to bring in South Newlandia's backup goalkeeper and 23 year old Rufus Rigby in place of Emily Evans using the money from the IFCF run and letting Sal Osbourne walk for university graduate Lyla Booth. I think Barnley should do a lot better with no IFCF competitions and the additions they made will definitely help.

CF Thomas Stratford #11 Age: 22

Coach: Kyle Schwartz (48)
Formation: 4-4-2
Last year: 3rd
Prediction: 3rd

Major storyline: After the hearbreaking loss to Porter can Nickelson rebound without captain GPA?
Star player: Philip Gurero
Key player: Brandon Jackson
Potential weakspot: Maggie Ekani

Analysis: We all know what happened last year, after finishing a distant second to Barnley Nickelson ran it back with almost the entirely same core and came oh so close to winning. However Philip Gurero who had been a top three defender in the league for the second straight season had an abysmal game and Taylor Herrera scored twice to give Porter the 2-1 win. They want this win and badly and that's why following their second straight finish in an IFCF spot, Nickelson have spent big money to shore up the midfield and to turn a good defensive unit into a great one bringing in some more foreigners. However all the headlines will be on if Brandon Jackson the young lad who they value quite highly can fill in for Griffin Pheonix-Anderson the former National Team striker who is now retired. Jackson enjoyed a very good season for FC Rockaton on loan scoring seven goals and looking a lot older than 18 which he was at the time however he will be a starter now for Nickelson. They want to win so badly after the heartbreak of last season and have spent big money to try and do so however we have them finishing 3rd in another good season.

CF Taylor Herrera #10 Age: 29 (Tikariot)

Formation: 4-3-2-1
Coach: Anna Ureger (55)
Last Season: 1st
Prediction: 4th

Major storyline: Can the champs go back to back?
Star player: Taylor Herrera
Key player: Ayli Galdra
Potential Weakness: Gertrude Mossy

Anaylsis: It was a fun offseason for Porter City following their first ever KFA Premier League title and second ever IFCF spot finish after coming in fourth place three seasons ago. The major storyline heading into the offseason was that Jeff Yunbet the rising star who had struggled the past two seasons was ready to move on following a season in which he wasn't close to being a top player on the team and had trouble with injuries. Onto Poafmersia he goes and his placed will be filled by a 23 year old from Græntfjall in Jade Miansdóttir. In addition Austin Allafin who wore the patch the last couple of seasons will be headed to the bench in favor of the 20 year old stud in Bentley Levy from South Newlandia being the 5th ever from that nation to make the trek to Kohnhead although only four are currently in the league. South Newlandia sits one player behind Nephara in terms of most ever internationals to play in the KFA. Ayli Galdra will once again anchor the back line along with rising star Benjamin Andrei who had a more than solid sophmore year, Justin Jeffery will get the patch, and Taylor Herrera will look to build off of her phenomenal debut season in which she was the MVP and got the golden boot.

Massive shoutout to Tikariot Jersey Alliance for making the club badges and kits for the entire league which will be shown

KFA Premier League Season 4 Preview-The Next Four

Swisston City FC
Image

Image

In: FW AC Vent (Sylestone) - Kirkham City (Sylestone) 2.25 mil
Out: RF Mildred Boler (Kohnhead) - Kohnface Union (Kohnhead) Free

Starting XI
GK Abner Warton #2 Age: 23
RB Corn Munich #20 Age: 31
CB Claire Corton #24 Age: 28
CB Dylan Vargas #23 Age: 32
LB Julia Beerson #22 Age: 24
RM Yohann Bassi #26 Age: 31
CM Matthew Morgan #18 Age: 22
LM Ruaridh Crow #7 Age: 33 (Nephara)
RF AC Vent #11 Age: ??? (Sylestone)
CF Rafa Santos #10 Age: 20
LF Mixer #9 Age: ??? (Sylestone)

Formation: 4-3-3
Coach: Bart Jones (65)
Last Year: 5th
Prediction: 5th

Major storyline: How well will the two appliances up top perform for Swisston City?
Star player: Mixer
Key player: AC Vent
Potential weakspot: Ruaridh Crow

Analysis: After a Transfer Window with no activity last time around, Swisston City at least brought in some foreigners this time and it was a big one bringing in a second Sylestone appliance to pair up top with Mixer in AC Vent. Add this to more growth from Rafa Santos and this team could have a very good attack, the question is just how well will the gamble to double up on the appliances go. Defensively they are once again led by Corton and Vargas at the back who have been quite solid the last few years and were the leading players in a defense that was tied for third in goals conceded. Ruaridh Crow despite having one of the best games ever in KFA history with his hat trick didn't look too good last season and they will probably move on from the 33 year old sometime soon in the future with him entering his third season with the team after signing for them on a free in the 28th Transfer Window.

In: CB Constance Levy (Brenecia) - Honeybadgers (Eura) 2.75 mil
In: LM Sharon Bullock (Kohnhead) - Porter City (Kohnhead) Free
Out: LM Jordan Korkson (Kohnhead) - FC Rüsselsheim (South Newlandia) - 1.25 mil

Starting XI
(C) GK Georgia Summers #18 Age: 23
LB Justin Davis #21 Age: 17 (Northwest Kalactin)
CB Constance Levy #4 Age: 26 (Brenecia)
RB Wanda Warter #23 Age: 21
DM Anton Carver #14 Age: 27 (Xanneria)
DM Barty Wutur #17 Age: 29
RM Austin Ellison #21 Age: 18
CM Echeberri Urbe #7 Age: 20 (Astograth)
LM Sharon Bullock #20 Age: 20
CF Karena Ruther #10 Age: 30 (Nephara)
CF Petunia Pallard #11 Age: 24

Formation: 3-5-2
Lynul-Savar Mal (37) - Qusmo
Last Season: 8th
Prediction: 6th

Major storyline: Can Real Dawson bring back the magic that got them third three seasons ago?
Star player: Karena Ruther
Key player: Sharon Bullock
Potential weakspot: Austin Ellison

Analysis: Elizabeth Royan once thought of as one of the brightest minds in Kohnheadian football has been sacked and will join Sporting Kohnhead City as an assistant following this. It was players like Jordan Korkson, Suzanna Barter, and Corinne Andrews who led them to their third place finish three years ago at this point and now all three are gone. Suzanna Barter is still the second most expensive player in Kohnheadian history and Real Dawson definitely have lots of funds from their trip to the IFCF a couple of seasons ago and her sale. Karena Ruther was a big money player last year and will be joined by Constance Levy who will hope to steady the defense. Lynul-Savar Mal from Qusmo will be one of the youngest managers in the KFA Premier League and while some thought an assistant role would be best Real Dawson liked Mal enough to get them a new manager. This team is quite young in the midfield with an average age of 19 and that will be their biggest weakness heading into this season and could be the thing holding them back.

FC Kohnface City

In: LF Thomas Holasoff (Tikariot) - Philtront Pioneers (Kohnhead) 0.75 mil
Out: RF Ronald Arlond (Kohnhead) - Kohnface Union (Kohnhead) Free

Starting XI
(C) GK Florian Zinna #1 Age: 32 (Maccian)
RB Burung Geremek #14 Age: 27 (Squornshelean Remnant States)
CB Varci Morgo #20 Age: 25 (The Jovannic)
CB Callie Porsha #42 Age: 21
LB Georgia Manter #24 Age: 21
RM Randall Gilmore #20 Age: 20
CM Audrey Henderson #9 Age: 24
LM Nathan Jarrus #15 Age: 23
RF Thomas Holasoff #15 Age: 28 (Tikariot)
CF Deidre Morgan #10 Age: 23 (Quebec)
LF Edward Torres #11 Age: 32

Formation: 4-3-3
Coach: Wlad Heink (52) (Zeta Reka and Hugeltaldom)
Last Season: 4th
Prediction: 7th

Major storyline: Can FC Kohnface City keep up the momentum that propelled them to 4th last season?
Star player: Burung Geremek
Key player: Audrey Henderson
Potential weakspot: Florian Zinna

Analysis: FC Kohnface City made it to the top four for the first time in the KFA IFCF history and will get a chance to compete in the Challengers Cup this season. Last season it was Ronald Arlond and Edward Torres who were the unlikely heroes in the run and big signing Burung Germek played great as well for the defense. Wlad Heink has proven to be a great hire for the team and expectations should be higher but for some reason I think they overperformed last year and that's why I have them this low. They got Thomas Holasoff for a bargain after Philtront got relegated and he needs to pair with Deidre Morgan who really came on at the end of last season. Audrey Henderson has underperformed in all competitions in recent years and they need her to do better this season otherwise they might feel a need to move on from her especially with the rapid development of future star Randall Gimore.

In: GK Riku Nakahara (Squidroidia) - Inkopolis FC (Squidroidia) 1.1 mil
In: FW Konrad Markiš (Zeta Reka and Hugeltaldom) - AFK Imperialismus (Zeta Reka and Hugeltaldom) 0.6 mil

Starting XI
GK Riku Nakahara #1 Age: 23 (Squidroidia)
RB (C) Caroline Prius-Leonard #76 Age: 34
CB Wesley Carpenter #5 Age: 28
CB Jordan Pate #4 Age: 33 (Tikariot)
LB Kathryn Paul #24 Age: 26
RM Meghan Dailford #62 Age: 31
CM Zhou Xing #7 Age: 19 (Yuezhou)
CM Pearce Brett #15 Age: 28
LW Kelly Solis #11 Age: 31
ST Rosie Preece #10 Age: 23
RW Konrad Markiš #9 Age: 28 (Zeta Reka and Hugeltaldom)

Formation: 4-4-2
Coach: Franco Rose (52)
Last Year: 6th
Prediction: 8th

Major storyline: Can this team make a push for the top four after a surprising 6th place finish?
Star player: Caroline Prius-Leonard
Key player: Zhou Xing
Potential Weakspot: Jordan Pate

Analysis: While most people were expecting Sporting Kohnhead City to easily stay up last season no one really predicted the late season charge that had them finish in 6th albeit 9 points out of the top four. This is a team that uses the Transfer Market not to pick up players on frees like some low budget teams but to instead find players being sold for cheaper amounts that they think can really help case in point keeper Riku Nakahara out of Squidroidia who will be the starter this season. The leadership they have at the back is phenomenal between CPL and Jordan Pate from Tikariot but there are questions regarding Pate's skill level as he grows in age. The midfield is the strength of the team with Meghan Dailford playing fantastic in her return from Sylestone and many are predicting the young Zhou Xing to break out as he tries to impress the Yuezhou National Team.

KFA Premier League Season 4 Preview-The Mid Table Teams

New Ballow United
Image

Image

In: ST Gillian Roseboro (Nephara) - Blue Coast 1981 (Schottia) Free

Starting XI
New Ballow United
GK Rosie Lang #2 Age: 22
RB Marcus Joret #5 Age: 25
CB Bobby Dillard #17 Age: 19
CB Hinata Akibahara #21 Age: 23 (Kita-Hinode)
LB Erika Cook #14 Age: 28 (Havynwilde)
RM Vinnie Milner #8 Age: 26
CM Krystal Shelton #7 Age: 30
(C) CM Shannon Merritt #13 Age: 37
CAM Stan Hope #9 Age: 27
CF Gillian Roseboro #11 Age: 27 (Schottia)
CF Lucy Guest #10 Age: 24

Formation: 4-4-2
Coach: Raheem Moore (58)
Last Year: 1st (League 2)
Prediction: 9th

Major storyline: Can New Ballow actually stay in the Premier League without getting relegated this time?
Star player: Lucy Guest
Key player: Bobby Dillard
Potential weakspot: Shannon Merritt

Analysis: New Ballow completely dominated League 2 last season just showing that they really didn't belong there and shouldn't have gotten relegated in the first place. Moore is once again at the helm but this time his expectations are clear, stay up or else he's gone because New Ballow know they are good enough to compete in the Premier League. While they haven't made many changes to the squad, they did bring in Gillian Roseboro to partner with star Lucy Guest as the two forwards which should help them when it comes to goal socring. Bobby Dillard is still growing as one of the center backs and the defense will once again be led by Havynwilde National Team player in Erika Cook onto her third season with the team.

Staring XI
GK Hope Gerret #18 Age: 26
(C) LB Gretchen Busty #14 Age: 32
CB Josef Ziwanić #15 Age: 22 (Zeta Reka and Hugeltaldom)
RB Mallorie Kellock #5 Age: 20 (Eastfield Lodge)
DM Launa Violet #16 Age: 22
DM Inatz Bariazarra #3 Age: 23 (Astograth)
RM Tispe Paimo #7 Age: 23 (Tioguldós)
LM Butch Klaggen #12 Age: 26
AM Markus Schultz #9 Age: 24 (Zeta Reka and Hugeltaldom)
CF Porfio Visser #18 Age: 19 (Squidroidia)
CF Dana Fresh #10 Age: 28

Formation: 3-2-3-2
Coach: Aiden McDonald (50)
Last Season: 7th
Prediction: 10th

Major storyline: After years of barely surviving are the Diamonds starting to turn a corner?
Star player: Markus Schultz
Key player: Porfio Visser
Potential weakspot: Butch Klaggen

Analysis: Wow the Diamonds bought a young U-23 foreign player on a free transfer, this is really shocking and it's not like they've done this for the past few seasons. This year it was Porfio Visser a young striker from Squidroidia who will party with Dana Fresh up top sending Serty to the bench for this season at least. For seasons we were predicting that the Diamonds would get relegated however they stayed up playing tough football under Aiden McDonald and have stayed in the Premier League. Last season was their best by far as they finished in 7th place of the table ahead of defending champions Barnley. With 16 teams now in the Premier League, the Diamonds are no longer the favorite to get relegated and it's possible they start to really improve this season although I kind of doubt it.

FC Wangor

In: DM Hannah Horsford (Kohnhead) - Philtront Pioneers (Kohnhead) .5 mil

Starting XI
GK Emma Driver #1 Age: 29
RB Adrian Burruw #17 Age: 24
CB Donald Burruw #18 Age: 29
CB Sabrina Jortan #32 Age: 28
LB Sophia Bertua #25 Age: 20
(C) RM Hannah Horsford #2 Age: 32
CM Carl Engler #8 Age: 27
LM Natasha Spencer #60 Age: 22
RF Jason Merrick #11 Age: 29 (Brenecia)
CF Darien Robin #13 Age: 20
LF Jaylon Hassan #9 Age: 26

Formation: 4-3-3
Coach: Bella Brown (39)
Last Year: 10th
Prediction: 11th

Major storyline: Can Wangor bring back the magic of their 4th place finish two seasons ago?
Star player: Hannah Horsford
Key player: Jaylon Hassan
Potential weakspot: Darien Robin

Analysis: Butler Washt has been moved to the bench with the young Darien Robin the only one of Wangor's top prospects moving into the starting XI as a starting forward and he will have a big role this season. It's gotten to the point where most of us are very sure that Wangor's run to the IFCF spots two seasons ago was a fluke and even with them bringing in Hannah Horsford who will play a bit out of position taking over for Aguila this season. Horsford has been got at a bargain price considering her talent but due to Philtront's relegation she has moved on and will be joining Wangor. Hassan and Merrick both impressed at the end of last season and while many had thought Merrick might be heading to be a free agent, his contract was renewed for another season keeping the loan non-Kohnheadian on the team. Wangor has now spent money to aquire Horsford which is not what they normally due but with some IFCF change in their back pockets it's good to see them spending it.

CF Maximillian Mclaughlin #11 Age: 26

Formation: 4-4-1-1
Coach: Georgina Williams (59)
Last Year: 11th
Prediction: 12th

Major storyline: How will Herty fare in their second year in the Premier League?
Star player: Mariza Selke
Key player: Constance Dray
Potential weakspot: Zack Downes

Analysis: Herty played quite poorly at the end of last season to only finish three points safe although it had been a pretty decent first season in the Premier League. Had we not been doing the special only one team gets relegated, they would not have been safe and that thought must have crossed their minds multiple times. One of the major bright spots on the team was the play of Mariza Selke whom they aquired on a free last Transfer Window. While last season their window strategy was to buy cheap veterans, this year they spent more money to aquire Constance Dray, aquired a bright TJUN-ian youngster and got a young player out of Tequilo on a free. Herty look to be building a foundation for the future along with Zack Downes who is a top youngster ready to kep improving although he is probably a weakness this season in the defense.

KFA Season 4 Preview-The Relegation Candidates

Northern FC
Image

Image

In: Leroy Gates (Kohnhead) - Hamilton United (Kohnhead) Free

Starting XI
GK Carl Wells #1 Age: 18 (M)
(C) RWB Nicholas Evanter #20 Age: 35 (M)
CB Brogan Broadsie #30 Age: 20 (M)
CB Ali Karper #33 Age: 25 (F)

CM Heidi Barlow #43 Age: 26 (F)
LM Toni Clauson #72 Age: 27 (F)
CF Lauren Starver #10 Age: 25 (F)

Formation: 5-4-1
Coach: Mark Lacey (50)
Last Season: 3rd (League 2)
Prediction: 13th

Major Storyline: Do Northern deserve to be back in the Premier League?
Star Player: Lauren Starver
Key Player: Carl Wells
Potential Weakspot: Nicholas Evanter

Analysis: Three seasons ago, Northern FC suffered a shock relegation that sent a high quality team with high potential youth and two National Team players down to League 2. Northern were constantly in a battle for promtion led by Lauren Starver who dominated the second league for two seasons and eventually last season they earned promotion in third. Lauren Starver needs to prove she can do well in the Premier League as well as League 2 and the once highly regarded youngsters like Wells and Broadsie will be back in the Premier League to show their talent. This is a Northern team with a surprising eight of the same starters who were on the team three years ago.

LW Iwan Zlatanić #9 Age: 26 (Zeta Reka and Hugeltaldom)

Formation: 4-3-3
Coach: Margot Reede (38)
Last Season: 2nd (League 2)
Prediction: 14th

Major Storyline: Will the signing of five new players help a team that shouldn't be in the Premier League survive?
Star Player: Mindy Howells
Key Player: Aydin Rose
Potential Weakspot: Alan Burke

Analysis: Relton United have made the Premier League, some way somehow it has happened and this will be a very different team from the one that battled to earn promotion. Relton have brought in five new players, four on frees and then spent all of their money to aquire the young star Mindy Howells who had been trapped in League 2 with West Castle for a while. In normal years, Relton would be a shoe-in for relegation however beacuse of the expansion to 16 teams, Kohnface Union and AFC Parga have a higher chance of getting relegated and are predicted to finish lower. The attack will look quite different from prior seasons, Tai Howard broke out a few years ago but now he will be paired with Howells and Zlatanić the Rekan striker.

In: RF Mildred Boler (Kohnhead) - Swisston City FC (Kohnhead) Free
In: RF Ronald Arlond (Kohnhead) - FC Kohnface City (Kohnhead) Free

Starting XI
(C) GK Emily Evans #1 Age: 24
RCB Isaiah Sanford #25 Age: 26
CB Oscar Lindsay #2 Age: 17
LCB Murphy Crosby #5 Age: 21
RWB Clay Cisneros #24 Age: 31
CM Xavier Larson #16 Age: 20
CM Seb Irvine #28 Age: 18
LWB Kira Crawford #6 Age: 29
RW Mildred Boler #8 Age: 31
CF Bradley Marriott #11 Age: 33
LW Ronald Arlond #9 Age: 32

Formation: 3-4-3
Coach: Lillian Ether
Last Season: 2nd (Expansion League)
Prediction: 15th

Major Storyline: Can Kohnface Union stay up as an expansion team after spending a bit during the window?
Star Player: Emily Evans
Key Player: Ronald Arlond
Potential Weakspot: Clay Cisneros

Analysis: Obviously limited is known about the two expansion teams joining the Premier League and while Kohnface Union came in second during the Expansion League they added some quality players in the Transfer Window. Emily Evans was the keeper who fell out of favor at Barnley and was replaced with Rafus Rigby with Barnley spending the largest amount a team has ever sent to bring in the keeper from South Newlandia. Arlond and Boler have starting experience for upper tier teams in the Premier League having played for FC Kohnface City and Swisston City FC respectively. The big thing is this team has a lot of youth in the defense and midfield yet lots of experience up top with an average age of 32 and Marriott the third striker has floated around League 2 for a while now.

AFC Parga
Jersey: N/A

Transfer Window: N/A

Starting XI
GK Edna Atherton #25 Age: 24
RB Liberty Burrows #14 Age: 16
(C) CB Miller Edmonds #4 Age: 32
CB Philip Hook #6 Age: 28
LB Kyle Chavez #3 Age: 24
DM Casper Doherty #5 Age: 29
RM Suzan Kirk #7 Age: 26
CM Kendall Begum #16 Age: 22
LM Bert Gaines #8 Age: 27
RF Anna Jefferson #10 Age: 29
LF Nigel Todd #11 Age: 32

Formation: 4-1-3-2
Coach: Corey Crawford
Last Season: 1st (Expansion League)
Prediction: 16th

Major Storyline: Can an AFC Parga squad that made no transfers survive in the Premier League
Star Player: Liberty Burrows
Key Player: Anna Jefferson
Potential Weakspot: Kyle Chavez

Analysis: The winners of the KFA Expansion League signed no Kohnheadians during the Transfer Window and for that reason find themselves as the likely team to finish last. Liberty Burrows provides a spark of optimism as the young 16 year old slipped through the cracks at the Kohnface City academy and they rate her quite highly however know she is likely to depart in the future. Anna Jefferson will be the primary striker on the team which doesn't say much as she was a bench player on Nickelson most recently a couple of seasons ago. Overall I think they will be relegated but if they survive they will need to bring in reinforcements next window.

KFA Premier League Season 4 - Weeks 1-7

Welcome to the 4th season of the KFA Premier League that for the first time will include 16 teams and has been lengthed to 30 matchdays because of the new teams that have been added. This season looks to be one of the most competitive with many citing four championship contenders in Porter City the defending champs, Barnley FC who had a down season domestically but made it all the way to the Challengers Cup Group Stage in IFCF competition, Kohnhead City FC two time runners up and reigning cup champions, and Nickelson FC who came in third last season, 2nd the year before and lost out on the final matchday. Let's get this season underway!

AFC Parga 2 - 1 Sporting Kohnhead City
Jefferson (1) Edmonds (1) - Brett (1)

Kohnface Union 2 - 1 Porter City
Irvine (1) Arlond (1) - Jeffrey (1)

Nickelson FC 1 - 2 Real Dawson
Stratford (1) - Urbe (1) Ellison (1)

Swisston City FC 6 - 0 Dawson Diamonds
Mixer (1 and 2) Bassi (1 and 2) AC Vent (1) Santos (1) - N/A

Relton United 1 - 3 Kohnhead City FC
Howells (1) - Korkson (1 and 2) Johnson (1)

Barnley FC 0 - 0 FC Kohnface City
N/A - N/A

Herty Hat Tricks 1 - 2 Northern FC
de Titosa (1) - Belle (1) Karper (1)

New Ballow United 4 - 1 FC Wangor
Guest (1 and 2) Hope (1) Shelton (1) - Robin (1)

The scoreline that will immediately jump out is the elephant in the room, in a league with very limited goals scored for Swisston City to score six goals in one game is completely unprecedented in a route of the Dawson Diamonds. The appliance combination from Sylestone looked really good netting three combined goals and one assist in the rout. New Ballow United also played really well with Lucy Guest scoring a brace while Wangor got a goal from the young Darien Robin. The defending champs Porter City were upset by expansion team Kohnface Union who got goals from 18 year old Seb Irvine and the veteran Ronald Arlond. Real Dawson took down Nickelson in a high quality game that came down to the young Austin Ellison scoring a winner in the 78th minute. Barnley and Kohnface City tied at 0 with Rafus Rigby the most expensive transfer into Kohnhead ever saving four shots to keep his first ever clean sheet. Kohnhead City FC look hungry for success this season and beat Relton 3-1 with Korkson getting a brace and Sophie Johnson also scoring, Mindy Howells scored Relton's first ever Premier League goal.

The second week of the KFA Premier League definitely did not see some of the crazy scores that dominated week one like the 6-0 from Swisston City. Speaking of Swisston City they lost to Kohnhead City by a score of 2-1 with Erin Maltos and Pedro Vasquez getting on the scoresheet while National Team starting center back Claire Corton scored for Swisston on a header. A thriller in Kohnhead City saw SKC come back from down 2-1 with a brace from Pearce Brett to defeat upstart New Ballow United to secure their first points of the campaign. Northern drew Barnley surprisingly with the latter having a decent start to the campaign although you would have hoped for a lot better. The biggest upset of the week however goes to a surprising Relton United who took down FC Kohnface City 3-0 with Mindy Howells and Iwan Zlatanić the Rekan both scoring with the latter scoring a brace although a close second is AFC Parga defeating the reigning champs Porter who lose again this time 2-1.

Week 3 of the KFA Premier League season has come and gone and we have seen some quite interesting results although no major upsets like in the first two weeks. The marquee matchup of the week was the Nickelson-Kohnhead City game that ended 1-1 with two National Team strikers in Aaron Korkson and Thomas Stratford getting on the stat sheet. For Nickelson Brandon Jackson the young Murphtannian finally did something of note providing the assist, they have high hopes for him but he hasn't done much to begin the season. FC Kohnface City picked up their first two goals and first win of the year with Audrey Henderson and then Georgia Manter scoring before AC Vent scored for the second time this season to make it 2-1 in favor of Kohnface City. It's been quite a surprising start for Northern who beat Relton pretty easily this week to get up to 7 points with their only drop in points being against Barnley. AFC Parga have looked quite impressive and a draw with Real Dawson which puts both teams at 7 points affirms this. Porter got their first points of the season as it was a slow start for the defending champs potentially caused by extra IFCF fixtures although they aren't doing too well in that.

Leading the Premier League after four weeks is Northern FC to the shock of everyone as they upset Swisston City 2-0 with Lauren Starver getting a brace. Starver dominated League 2 for two seasons so it's good to see that she can also star in the Premier League, for Swisston they haven't picked up a point since the 6-0 smacking of the Diamonds back in the first week and that continues here. FC Kohnface City took down Nickelson in a battle of heavyweights led by Deidre Morgan's first goal of the season and a goal from Edward Torres who played very well last season. Barnley were upset by the Herty Hat Tricks who saw Mariza Selke score for the first time this season as she tries to follow up a brilliant debut season in Kohnhead and the 23 year old Luys de Titosa from Tequilo scored the winner. Bentley Levy the 20 year old from South Newlandia got a brace for Porter City as they took down New Ballow United 2-1 and Rosie Preece picked up a brace in a 2-2 draw with Real Dawson. Kohnhead City FC surprisingly dropped points to Kohnface Union although Korkson got on the scoresheet yet again and he is the current leader in the golden boot race.

Northern remain the leaders of the Premier League as Lauren Starver equals Nickelson's total of 1 from an early Brandon Jackson goal with the youth Murphtannian scoring his first KFA Premier League goal. However Kohnhead City FC's 2-1 win over AFC Parga bring them even with Northern at the top as for Kohnhead City it's Grant Meyers out of Baker Park who scores the brace his first two goals of the season, he had a good debut season and came on strong at the end he's impressed so far this season. The most exciting match of the week has got to be between Sporting Kohnhead City who had goals from Dailford, Markiš, and Carpenter to go up 3-1 on the Dawson Diamonds who got within one on a Kellock goal and then Porfio Visser scored his second of the match to tie it at 3. FC Kohnface City pulled into third with a 2-0 win over Kohnface Union in the first ever Kohnface City Derby that saw big signing Thomas Holasoff score his debut alongside Edward Torres. Speaking debut goals the last two MVPs and Golden Boot winners both scored their first of the season with Taylor Herrera helping Porter defeat Real Dawson 2-0 and Axel Korborg letting a late equalizer against New Ballow United. Barnley haven't looked too good so far but they have the talent to catch up. Surprisingly the current Golden Boot leader is Iwan Zlatanić the Rekan from Relton United who sits at the top with five goals followed by Starver, Korkson, and Guest who are on four.

FC Kohnface City have taken over first in the Premier League with a 1-0 win against AFC Parga as Thomas Holasoff out of Tikariot scored the winner in the 64th minute. Northern went down against the other Kohnface team in Kohnface Union while Kohnhead City FC couldn't muster up anything in the first Kohnhead City Derby of the season losing 1-0 to Sporting Kohnhead City. Overallit was quite a dull week in terms of goals although Real Dawson defeated New Ballow 3-1 to put themselves into 4th. The changes that Lynul-Savar Mal has come up with have payed massive dividends for Real Dawson as they try to hunt for IFCF spots. Nickelson FC lost once again this time to FC Wangor as their offense has just not been able to do anything and they've fallen down to last place shockingly with Wangor only a point ahead of them thanks to Darien Robin's winner. Porter City have gone on a nice four game winning streak to bring the defending champs up to 2nd in the table only a point back from the leaders.

The matchup of the week Kohnhead City FC against Porter City as the top two from last season dueled in Porter. Bentley Levy who is having a fantastic freshman season in Kohnhead put Porter up early but Erin Maltos added a brace to bring her tally up to three goals as Kohnhead City won 2-1 to bring them up to 3rd in the Premier League. The Diamonds shocked everyone by defeating Real Dawson by a score of 3-0 where they absolutely destroyed the team currently sitting in 5th. In another big matchup AC Vent scored the winner against Barnley with Mixer sending him a perfect pass that he got past Rigby who along with the defense have been forced to carry Barnley thus far. Northern absolutely destroyed AFC Parga with Lauren Starver scoring her 5th and the young Brogan Broadsie who plays for our U21 team also getting on the scoresheet. FC Kohnface City continued their tear taking down Sporting Kohnhead 4-1 to tighten their grip on first place as they have 16 points through the first 7 games a mark that would put them on pace for 69 points in a full 30 match season.

KFA Premier League Season 4 - Weeks 8-15

The fourth season of the KFA Premier League is well underway as we know reach the halfway mark of the season. FC Kohnface City led the way after the first quarter of games will Kohnhead City FC or Porter City catch them as two favorites running in the top four. Or will it be the surprise of the first quarter in Northern FC who stun the world and what about Barnley and Nickelson, can they recover after questionable starts to the season?

Obviously the game that caught most people's attention was Barnley's 3-0 win against Nickelson with Richman getting a brace and Roddy Callahart scoring off of a Brandon Irving corner. Irving picked up two assists on the day and the other assist went to Madison James, however the win does come with an asterik as Philip Gurero Nickelson's best defender was out with an ankle injury in this one and you saw what happened here as Barnley jump up to 5th. Another big matchup was FC Kohface City taking out Porter City with Nathan Jarrus scoring a winner to complete a comeback victory for them against Porter and retain first place. Kohnhead City FC took down Real Dawson who are in the hunt with 11 points, and Nigel Todd had the best performance of the week recording a hat trick in a win against FC Wangor who now sit in last. While Lauren Starver scored her 6th of the year, Northern FC drew SKC at 1 which points them in 3rd although four points back of FC Kohnface City. Currently FC Wangor and Relton United sit in the relegation zone both on seven points through their first eight matches and Nickelson are surprisingly the team sitting in 14th, they really miss GPA I guess.

This week was quite normal except for one game in which the Dawson Diamonds took down a Kohnhead City FC squad down to 10 players after Munchin got sent off 15 minutes in. Leave it to the young Squidroidian Porfio Visser to take full advantage of this scoring a brace to down KCFC who fall five points behind their rivals in the title race. Speaking of which FC Kohnface City got another win this time 2-0 against Real Dawson with Thomas Holasoff scoring his 4th of the season, many thought Holasoff was a steal at the price they got him from off of Philtront and the striker from Tikariot has proven them right thus far. Good to see Geremek their best defender also getting into the scoresheet and it wasn't even off of a set piece as Gerembek had a nice run down the right side. Porter City picked up three points against Northern with both their signings this window really excelling as Bentley Levy looks to be the signing of the season adding on two more goals and Jade Miansdóttir while not getting on the scoresheet has been a force in the midfield all season and contributed both assists in that one to take down third place Northern. Barnley beat Kohnface Union 1-0 on Lyla Booth's first ever Premier League goal off of a free kick taken by Charles Laker. Barnley's offense has yet to find its groove but the defense has been the second best in the league all season with Rigby coming in and really pairing well with the center back duo of Atkinson and Booth. Nickelson continue to struggle defensively with Gurero having had two amazing seasons struggling a bit and he's receiving no help whatsoever, the offense misses GPA and while Stratford has played well the midfield has not nor has Brandon Jackson. In good news massive signing Antoinette Nicollier from Chromatika appears to have settled into the club getting an assist and coming oh so close on two occasions to goals while Vassilev got his first goal of the season with the 19 year old having struggled so far.

The KFA Premier League is now a third of the way through its 4th season and FC Kohnface City remain atop of the table on an eight game winning steak at 25 points. Edward Torres scored the winner with Deidre Morgan playing him a brilliant ball that all he had to do was tap in for the score however second place Kohnhead City FC also won to keep the gap at five with two of the midfield trio putting in goals in Vasquez and Johnson both netting their second of the season. Porter City saw Bentley Levy score another goal to put the count at six for his debut season in Kohnhead and he looks on pace to become the young player of the year award for the first year it's going to be given out. Barnley the week after I was complimenting their defense let up three goals against AFC Parga and started down 3-0 before heroics from Korborg and Laker got them at least a point putting them two points off of the top four. Speaking of the top four, Swisston City move into third with a 2-0 win over a Nickelson squad who put up a really good effort in this one but couldn't finish it off. The center back duo that has been the starters for Swisston for a long time were the ones to get on the scoresheet for Swisston in the win as Nickelson fall into the relegation zone for the first time this season and they really need to pick it up. In another high scoring, exciting game Relton United lost to Kohnface Union 3-2 with Mindy Howells scoring her 5th and Bradley Marriott picked up a hat trick including the winner for Kohnface.

The big game of the week was the National Derby between FC Kohnface City and Kohnhead City FC and it marks the first time during the KFA that the two were 1-2 in the standings. Korkson whose form has slowed in recent weeks had one go off the bar early on, Mpenza missed a sitter and KCFC were looking like they were going to score and they did. Grant Meyers whose goal was set up by the aforementioned Mpenza struck on a curvy shot to make it 1-0 Kohnhead City and the fans in Kohnhead City Park went wild. The lead lasted until the second half when in the 56th minute it was Thomas Holasoff who got the ball from Jarrus and finished sliding it in barely beating Boyd. It would be in the 91st minute when disaster for Kohnhead City struck, they had been attacking for much of the time since it was tied and had a few really close chances with Vasquez having one narrowly saved by Zinna. It was in the 90th that Kohnhead City got a corner but you know what corners mean if you don't convert they give the other team a chance to counter. Morgan to Henderson to Gilmore and just like that FC Kohface City won the game and have taken a seven point lead at the top of the table winning their ninth in a row during a dominant stretch.

This was one of the crazier weeks on the season with Swisston City losing 5-1 to AFC Parga and Bert Gaines had a hat trick while Kendall Begum scored her first two goals in the Premier League. AFC Parga have themselves in 5th place of the league with the best offense by three goals helped obviously by this five game explosion, Swisston sit in third although despite having this five goals on their goals against they have the tied for third best mark in the league as Corton and Vargas had been playing phenomenal prior to this odd game. Porter took down Barnley in a high stakes matchup that saw Levy score once again assisted by Miansdóttir also once again as the two appeared to have lots of chemistry. It was Justin Jeffrey who scored the winner however netting his 5th of the season and Taylor Herrera who's battled injuries and regression got the assist there. Kohnhead City FC drew Northern to push them down to 4th while Northern sit in 7th just a place ahead of Barnley who are definitely in the hunt. Nickelson have clawed their way up to 9th with two straight victories keeping a clean sheet in both.

FC Kohnface City continue their brilliant run of form and pick up their unprecendented 13th win in a row having only allowed five goals over this stretch. While Holasoff and Torres have both been scoring goals at high rates for the FC Kohface City offense it has been Deidre Morgan who many credit for the offensive explosion alongside Audrey Henderson. Morgan and Henderson are really at the center of their offense with Morgan leading the team in assists and Henderson setting most things up while Holasoff and Torres who have both been really good just finish. Real Dawson defeated Barnley in a big match to move Real into 5th of the table tied on points with 4th place, new manager Lynul-Savar Mal has really made a difference. Nickelson lose in heartbreaking fashion to AFC Parga however there is good news that Antoinette Nicollier scored her debut goal, with a beauty strike. AFC Parga move into 4th place which is shocking considering they're an expansion team and yet have the most goals scored in the entire league. While Porter sit in 2nd place they are seven points back of leaders FC Kohnface City, that could change soon however as Taylor Herrera returns to full health and her form looks to be returning with it following up last week's assist with a goal this week.

Well the streak had to end at some point but a 4-0 loss to FC Wangor on the road was not what many people were anticipating as Jason Merrick and Darien Robin continue to play well for Wangor. Kohnhead City FC lost big as well falling to the Herty Hat Tricks 3-0 who got good production from de Titosa and the 20 year old from TJUN-ia in Kelo Ngwemanagawa who has had a fantastic season. Lyla Booth scored her second on the season and a Brandon Irving (who leads the league in assists) pass to Harry Richman gave Barnley the win. Irving was asked to take on a different role this season and he has responded just about as well as anyone could hope not really scoring leaving that up to Korborg and Richman but being more of a playmaker. If he stays when Richman and Korborg retire we all know he can be a dominant scorer but good on him to show he can do a lot more than just score goals. Speaking of South Newlandian internationals Bentley Levy scored again giving him eight on the season but Porter lost to Swisston City thanks to a winner from Mixer failing to capitalize on the rare loss from FC Kohnface City as Swisston move into 4th.

Two more 4-0 results this week with AFC Parga taking down New Ballow United led by Anna Jefferson's hat trick and Nigel Todd getting his 8th of the season as by far the best offense in the Premier League moves into 3rd of the table. Wangor have now outscored opponents 8-0 in the last two weeks with a 4-0 victory over fast fading Northern FC who now barely sit in the top half of the table. Porter City beat Nickelson FC in a come from behind victory with Taylor Herrera grabbing the winner as she looks back and as hungry as ever although Porter are still seven points back of FC Kohnface City. Kohnhead City FC squeaked away with a 1-0 win against Barnley with Sophie Johnson scoring her 4th of the year as she tries to improve upon her breakout season last year. Karena Ruther scored the only goal as Real Dawson took down Swisston City and they are part of a three team tie for 3rd in the table on points having had an excellent season with one of the better defenses in the league.

KFA Premier League Season 4 - Weeks 16-22

The first half of the season gave us some very interesting results from the dominance of FC Kohnface City who sit seven points ahead of the defending champs you just have to wonder if anyone is going to catch them. AFC Parga has impressed out of nowhere and sits in 3rd tied on points with a Real Dawson squad with a very good defense led by big signing Constance Levy and a new manager in Lynul-Savar Mal who has turned the team around. On the other side of the spectrum the team that finished 3rd and 4th last season in NIckelson FC has surprisingly dropped into the relegation zone with the pieces there just unable to click, can they save themselves or will they suffer a humiliating drop down to League 2?

Sporting Kohnhead City 3 - 1 AFC Parga
Markiš (6 and 7) Xing (3) - Gaines (8)

Porter City 1 - 2 Kohnface Union
Levy (9) - Lindsay (2) Marriott (6)

Real Dawson 4 - 2 Nickelson FC
Davis (2) Bullock (6) Urbe (3 and 4) - Caldry (2) Stratford (5)

Dawson Diamonds 1 - 3 Swisston City FC
Paimo (4) - Santos (4) AC Vent (6) Bassi (4)

Kohnhead City FC 4 - 1 Relton United
Meyers (4) Vasquez (4 and 5) Johnson (4) Maltos (5) - Burke (3)

FC Kohnface City 2 - 1 Barnley FC
Morgo (2) Jarrus (2) - Irving (2)

Northern FC 1 - 0 Herty Hat Tricks
Broadsie (2) - N/A

FC Wangor 2 - 1 New Ballow United
Merrick (7) Hassan (7) - Milner (1)

As if it wasn't clear already that FC Kohnface City will win the title it should be now despite us only starting the second half as a 2-1 win over Barnley FC who were in second, seven points back at the time puts the gap up to ten points with Porter's shocker loss to Kohnface Union. It was not who'd you would normally expect scoring for Kohnface City with Varci Morgo and Nathan Jarrus being the two on the scoresheet while Brandon Irving to his second of the year for Barnley in the loss. Real Dawson inherit second with a win over a fast fading Nickelson FC team who just cannot get it together this season and relegation is looking like a possibility. Kohnhead City FC move into fourth with their 4-1 win over Relton United and while captain Aaron Korkson has slowed down his goal scoring after his hot start the rest of the team has not and AFC Parga's loss to Sporting Kohnhead City allows KCFC to move up. Speaking of SKC they are attempting to distance themselves from the relegation battle and the improved play of Zhou Xing from Yuezhou should really help with that as he gets his third goal.

Another week and its another win for FC Kohnface City who took down relegation candidate Relton United 2-0 in this one with goals from top two scorers Thomas Holasoff and Edward Torres. Their main competitors although competitor is a strong word for teams ten points back in Porter City and Real Dawson both won with Porter besting a fading AFC Parga squad and Real Dawson taking down the other expansion team in Kohnface Union. KCFC who were tied on points with Porter and Real Dawson played to a hard draw in Swisston City and Swisston remain three points back of the top four because of it. Barnley are trying to build a run as with a win over Northern they pass Northern for 7th in the table although they sit eight points back of the top four, it was a game winning header in the 56th for Lyla Booth that Wells should have saved but he got a finger on it and redirected it into the goal to give Barnley the victory. Nickelson climbed out of the relegation zone with a win over the Dawson Diamonds with Thomas Stratford receiving a pass from the expensive Antoinette Nicollier and finished to give them the win. If Nickelson can remove themselves from the bottom pack there appears to be a battle between New Ballow, Relton, and the Diamonds all of whom are tied on 15 points for last place and the second relegation spot as well.

It was a crazy week in the KFA Premier League as we saw a shootout in Kohnface City between FC Kohnface City and Swisston City FC with Callie Porsha scoring the winner to complete a comeback after being down 2-1 due to a Rafa Santos brace, in addition youngster Randall Gilmore got his 3rd on the season as FC Kohnface City have won 15 of their last 16 on a crazy run. Swisston don't fall too far behind the top four as Kohnhead City FC got humiliated by a motivated Nickelson FC who had Brandon Jackson score a hat trick doubling his goal total along with Thomas Stratford getting his 7th in a 4-0 loss that saw KCFC playing with 9 players due to a fight early in the game, no suspensions were given out however. Speaking of just outside the top four a Barnley win against FC Wangor has them just a point behind AFC Parga and just five points back following their third win in a row. Speaking of AFC Parga they lost to Real Dawson 2-0 who now sit in second by three points with Porter City losing to SKC. Kohnface Union despite a good start are looking more and more like relegation candidates as they are the only team to be averaging less than a goal a match, and Northern are fading fast with Lauren Starver unable to find the back of the net in recent weeks and Kaiden Hunt and Tai Howard scored to give Relton a 2-1 win over Northern.

FC Kohnface City have lost for just the third time this year as a Nickelson FC team eager to put its first half struggles behind won 2-1 with Brandon Jackson scoring twice and Philip Gurero scoring for the first time this year to put the game away, a Thomas Holasoff late consilation goal changed nothing and Nickelson upset FC Kohnface City. Real Dawson were able to take advantage of this slip in points with Karena Ruther and Sharon Bullock scoring in a 2-1 win over a good Sporting Kohnhead City side who's only goal came off of a Zhou Xing header. Barnley stayed five points back of KCFC with both sides winning however they did pass AFC Parga in a 2-0 win over the Hat Tricks becuase of a brace from Axel Korborg. While Korborg has never been able to recapture the form he had during his debut season with Barnley he has proven to be a very reliable striker and is having a fantastic campaign alongside Richman and Irving. Swisston City stayed in the mix with a 4-1 win over Northern who aren't as safe as one would have thought weeks ago and the battle at the bottom is heating up with six teams within three points of last place and seven within three points of 15t place.

Real Dawson drop points against 3rd place Porter City and just like that the lead is back up to nine points with FC Kohnface City getting it done in the Kohnface Derby against Kohnface Union. Dawson and Porter City had a thrilling match with Jade Miansdóttir getting a second goal on the season for Porter with the Græntfjall scoring the opening goal of the game. However Barty Wutur would give Real Dawson a point with his 72nd minute stirke past Washington who's had a decent season. Kohnhead City FC have played themselves back into the battle for 2nd with a win over AFC Parga 3-0 with Erin Maltos picking up a brace as Korkson's scoreless streak continues. It will be another year where KCFC are close but just can't win the title as reports indicate Yordrey will probably be sacked after the season barring a miracle. Swisston dropped points to FC Wangor in a 2-0 loss but Barnley couldn't take much advantage of it drawing New Ballow at 2 although they had to come back from down 2-0 with Charles Laker and Harry Richman two players on the KNFT scoring in the comeback. Nickelson continued their hot streak as they win over Northern with Brandon Jackson playing the best football of his career scored another goal and Nickelson are now up to 8th as one of the hottest teams in the league finally showing
how good we know they can be.

FC Kohnface City took down Relton United in a thriller to all but ensure the league is theirs as the gap is growing and is up to 11 points following another Real Dawson draw. Randall Gilmore who has had a real impressive season scored his 5th and then Kohnface City went down 2-1 with Anna Jefferson finding the back of the net twice once on a penalty however. Then however it was the 23 year old from Quebec and Shingoryeo who scored twice including in the 88th minute to lift FC Kohnface City to the win. While the goals haven't necessarily been there for Morgan she isn't just there to score goals and she has been a very good playmaker doing everything the team asked of her but with Holasoff and Torres not hitting she was called upon in this one and she delivered. With Kohnhead City FC losing to Sporting Kohnhead City in the Kohnhead City Derby, the possibility of 4th for Barnley, Swisston City, Nickelson, and SKC is all there with Nickelson as the hottest team in the league, Swisston beating Herty and Barnley picking up a point against Relton. For Barnley it was the third goal on the season for Brandon Irving whose goals have been lower than normal but who's impact has not still leading the league in assists. It's getting quite close for 4th and Nickelson somehow someway have a chance at it as this team has turned it on recently with Brandon Jackson and Thomas Stratford playing like the two best strikers in the league in recent weeks and it appears the chemistry is finally there.

The 4th season of the KFA Premier League is now around 3/4 of the way done and we've known who's going to win for a while despite FC Kohnface City getting a draw against a hot Sporting Kohnhead City team with Deidre Morgan once again scoring for Kohnface. Real Dawson are holding on to a slim one point lead for second with a loss once again in the Dawson Derby to the Dawson Diamonds who are deep in a relegation battle but a big goal from Busty gave the Diamonds another Derby win. Kohnhead CIty FC took on Porter City and it was the team in fourth (KCFC) who got the victory prevailing 3-2 due to a Grant Meyers winner with Korkson having played him a brilliant ball for the midfielder from Baker Park to send into the net. Swisston and Barnley drew at 0 goals a piece which hurts both teams in the hunt for the top four and Nickelson's win streak came to an end with a draw against the Herty Hat Tricks although the ever consistent Thomas Stratford got a goal. New Ballow are now in last by two points with the Diamond's win and their 3-2 loss to Relton United but it's still close with Northern, Kohnface Union, and Herty all in the area. Interestingly this is when the season the last three years would have ended but we still have a while to go because of the 30 matchdays.
