Finals Qualifying Information
Split 4 will award the top two non-Major winners from this season the final two automatic Finals spot. Since Calamari County FC Esports won the Newton Major and Booyah Gaming won the Midnight and Calamari County Majors, they will not be able to qualify again for the Finals. If Calamari County FC Esports and Booyah Gaming finish in the top 2 in the split, for example, the 3rd and 4th place teams will qualify for the Finals. The remaining teams will enter Finals Qualifying to earn a shot for the season title, with the top 8 non-qualified teams automatically entering Open Qualifying and the remaining 20 being joined by the High School and Collegiate SchoolStrike finalists in Open Qualifying.

About SchoolStrike
Organized by the Squidroidian Interscholastic League (SIL) and introduced at the start of Season 5, SchoolStrike is the joint high school and collegiate StrikeForce competition sanctioned by the game's creators Studio Polaris. The 24 members of the SIL, 12 high school and 12 college, are divided into their own separate divisions and play 2 distinct rounds - The regular season, generally running between StrikeLeague splits 1 and 3, and the SchoolStrike Finals held during StrikeLegue split 4, where the high school and collegiate champions are crowned. Starting with Season 9 of StrikeLeague Squidroidia, the winners and runners-up of the High School and College SchoolStrike Finals will earn Open spots in Finals Qualifying, allowing them to play against the professional teams that make up the main StrikeLeague Squidroidia competition.

Regular Season
During the regular season, each team will play every other team in their division twice for a total of 33 matches. Every match is held online and is best-of-3 maps. The top 6 teams from each division at the end of the regular season qualify for the SchoolStrike Finals.

SchoolStrike Finals
The top 6 teams from each division will first play in a round-robin group stage against each other, with each team playing each other twice, on LAN, home and away in best-of-3 map matches. The top 4 teams from this stage for each division group will then proceed to their own double elimination knockout stages, with the same rules as in the regular StrikeLeague Squidroidia Finals knockout stage - All matches are best-of-5 maps, with the exception of the Grand FInal, which is best-of-7 maps with no resets. All knockout stage matches are held at the StrikeLeague Studios in Inkopolis.

Open Qualifying Information
A new, two-tiered Finals Qualifying format was introduced in Season 9 - Open Qualifying and Closed Qualifying. The bottom 20 teams in Split 4 of SLS who didn't qualify for Finals were joined by the winners and runners-up of the High School and College SchoolStrike competitions for Open Qualifying and placed into 3 separate pots - Pot 1 was consisted of the top 8 from this top 20, Pot 2 consisted of the middle 6 and the SchoolStrike winners, and Pot 3 consisted of the bottom 6 and the SchoolStrike runners-up. The teams were then assigned into 8 groups of 3, with the only condition being that no two SchoolStrike teams were placed in the same group. The teams in each group will then play each other twice in best-of-3 map matches, with the group winners entering the Alpha Bracket and the group runners-up entering the Beta Bracket. All regular tiebreakers will still be in effect.

For both the Alpha and Beta Brackets, each team will be randomly drawn into two four-team brackets, deemed as "Trees", who will contend in Semi-Final and Final best-of-5 map matches. The winners of the Alpha Bracket trees qualify for the StrikeLeague Squidroidia Finals in Pot 2 and the winners of the Beta Bracket teams enter Closed Qualifying along with all other Alpha Bracket teams.

Closed Qualifying Information
The winners of the two Beta Bracket trees and the non-winning Alpha Bracket participants in Open Qualifying are joined by the top 8 teams in Split 4 who haven't qualified for Finals in Closed Qualifying. The teams are drawn into four groups of 4, with each group containing two teams who qualified from Open Qualifying and two Closed Qualifying teams. The teams in each group will then play each other twice in best-of-3 map matches, with the group winners qualifying for the StrikeLeague Squidroidia Finals in Pot 1 and the 2nd and 3rd placed teams entering Last Chance Qualifying. All regular tiebreakers will still be in effect.

For Last Chance Qualifying, each team will be randomly drawn into two four-team brackets, who will contend in Semi-Final and Final best-of-5 map matches. The only conditions of the draw are that no two teams from the same group should be in the same bracket. The winners of the LCQ brackets qualify for the Finals in Pot 2.

Finals Format
The 4 teams who had already qualified for the Finals automatically advance to the Quarter-Finals, but their seeding is determined by a Seeding Group. The teams will play each other twice, with group position determining their position for not only the bracket, but the team draft. The remaining 8 teams are placed in 2 groups of 4 (2 from each pot) and, like the Seeding Group, play each other twice, with the top 2 advancing to the Quarter-Finals. If 1st and/or 2nd in Groups A and B or any position in the Seeding Group cannot be broken by the regular tiebreakers, a best-of-3 map series will be held to break the tie if it's between 2 teams. If it's between 3 or 4 teams, a single round-robin group will be held to break the tie.

After the group stage, the team draft occurs. The 1st place team in the Seeding Group will decide which of the 2 regular group runners-up will face, with the 2nd place team in the Seeding Group getting the remaining team. The same occurs for 3rd and 4th place, although 3rd place has to select between the group winners.

The Knockout Stage for the Finals is a double elimination tournament, with the match lineup as follows:
