One thing I would want to point to myself in the future, and to those next in line to host their respective tourneys, especially those hosting Tier 2 (with a max point cap), is to make all participants aware of the status of their signups. I had not made any contact to any participants related to their entries having exceeded the maximum points limit of 500. This caused several signups to be deemed ineligible, and the best course of action that I should have done is to inform any nation that has any ineligble signups to fix them as they needed. I apologize to all the nations, especially those which were impacted with my decision not to make any reminders. This inaction also caused one doubles entry to be entered to the qualifiers instead of the main draw with a signup with the incorrect name in one of the doubles player.
I will take these shortcomings into mind the next time I host sporting events.
