My IC predecessor, Royal Kingdom of Quebec, is technically eligible as Quebec did not participate on BoF back in WC62 cycle.

This makes 182 signups, therefore World Cup 85 and Baptism of Fire signups are CLOSED. Waitlist signups will still be accepted in the event of CTEs.
