I will, though, be pestering the eventual victors to host the 10th edition... :p

With regards to the first question, I will not put the KPB rank until a nation submits their squad. It wouldn't be fair for a bigger team to just coast to a deep run while a smaller team that has been RPing suffers an early elimination.

With the second question. The cutoffs will be at roughly 48 hours. As an example, if I post the results at 2 PM on Monday, expect the next matchday's results to be posted at 2 PM on Wednesday.

With the absence of other bids right now, and due to the fact that the IAC is operated unilaterally by me, I am preemptively confirmed HUElavia as the host of IAC-9!

Obviously signups will remain open until the original cutoff date, as will bidding ... if somebody wanted to post a challenging bid for some reason.

It looks like we have 25 signups right now and a solid host bid! Things are looking up. And we're close to hitting that magic number of 32 (but of course we'll always take more).

We've got about 5 days until the bidding deadline. If we don't get any more bids, I'll officially hand the reins to HUElavia to proceed with IAC-9.

Yet another bump. 2 Spots still remain open, but if there's no new signups in the next few days, I will update my match schedules to accommodate 6 groups of 5 teams.

Also, thanks to the virus, I will be stuck at home for the indefinite future. Therefore, I will be able to scorinate the matches at any time, which the cutoff time will officially be around 1 PM to 3 PM US EST (UTC-5), and will be done roughly 48 hours from each other.
