All nations who are currently signed up, barring those bidding, or natives who have participated in one of the last two tournaments may vote to:

- Accept the bid from Freeport and Chromatika
- Officially Abstain
- Vote to reopen bidding

All votes should be sent to Vyinta by 2000 CDT Sunday October 5th.

I like the idea of “If numbers are needed”, too. I like numbers. Unfortunately, to the point where numbers have become more important than involvement in RP, but that’s not relevant. Count me in on that one!

On behalf of myself and Chromatika, thanks to all who voted to approve our host bid.

By my count, we currently have 38 nations signed up, including a few puppets/numbers nations. As such, we'll be leaving signups open with the goal of reaching 40 participants for 8 groups of 5 teams until Thursday, October 10th at 11:59 PM EDT, or until we reach our target number, whichever comes first. At that point (if we fall short of our target) we'll be closing signups and conducting the draw instead with 36 nations in 6 groups of 6 teams.
