Some nations had its signups for Lions Sevens refused, based on the following guideline, stated in the OP:

Each nation may send a maximum of two teams, provided they are currently first division teams (in XV or Sevens) or are associated with a first division team.

Hello, lads!

So... I thought a lot on this and I finally decided to extend signups Lisander Rugby Festival for some days, until the end of the RUWC 28. This, in fact, puts Lisander Rugby Festival "on hold".. I believe it will be better for NationStates Rugby. This way we avoid clashing between tournaments. Olympics and Regional Cups are also on the way, so there will be a lot of work for most of us.

Due to the RL Rugby World Cup, there's a lot of rugby around. Let's enjoy all of it, and when the World Cup, (probably) in Kelssek reaches its end (with Andreas Linzmeyer lifting the trophy, I hope), we'll finally travel back to Soria, the Mecca of Lisanderian Rugby, to spend an entire weekend full of fun and rugby!
