that was a hard match says lee-sin-young the asst.coach of indusse.Geektopia has sucessfully passed their mission of "Parking the Bus" strategy. But,this has not made indusse's qualification chances to die. indusse has sucessfully qualified for wild card round. But, i have a doubt says the coach " why didn't lochario,HUelavia, bolgano get qualified as they are the toppers of the group whereas lisander who has less points than us has qualified!!!"..

OOC: HUElavia, Bolgano, Lochario have qualified for the Knockout rounds, just that it still isn't guaranteed that they may play from the Quarter-Finals directly. The WC meant that they are qualified at the very least to that round. All three of us could still win the group or finish 2nd or 3rd (depending on team).

Group stage matches in three lines or less
Lisander 3-2 Joshenia
In the opening match, the players were still half out of pace. Because they were given time off after Invitational, some were not yet in optimal physical shape. For some of these young people, it is the first strictly professional contract. Some of them, like Camilo Joset, haven't even left college yet, and are already making all these trips. The 3-2 result, with two goals from Espinas and one from Sartieux, was enough to stop Joshenia's good team, who gave no rest even a minute.
Lisander 0-1 Sarzonia
All applause to Peter Lockley. Of all Lisander players, only Rafael Honnelles did not kick to the goal. All 13 others, including Valls, the sweeper-keeper, were unable to break Sarzonia's goalkeeper block. And as the saying goes, when you don't score the other team does. Sarzonia, even under pressure, only needed one kick to win the match. Unlike thirteen Lisanderians, Hans Gretner took his opportunity. If any futsal manager in Lisander is reading this, my advice is: Hire that goalkeeper.
Lisander 4-0 Aldaveria (in more than three lines, sorry. What a game!)
Aldaveria, a team with a strong defense, came from a convincing win against Joshenia. But Lisander could not lose after the pathetic act against Sarzonia, or the dream of lifting the trophy would get in the way. "The National" played with enthusiasm, and scored the first goal with Victor Valls on 6'.The sweeper-keeper and captain defended an Aldaveria attack safely and took the goal kick in a shot that fooled everyone, including the defense of Aldaveria. The ball went calmly into the goal, and the crowd went crazy. Obviously, however, Aldaveria's team would not forgive that goal, and what was seen in the rest of the first half was a bombing against Valls. There were eight shots on goal in 14 minutes. The draw could come at any moment.
In the second half, the situation was pretty much the same, but Lisander got room for good kicks. Fabio Lisle hit the crossbar on 27 ', and Thomas Fox responded on the next post, with a ball in the right corner of the post making Honnells have a hard time. However, at 31 ', Lisle capitalized on Camilo Joset's rebound kick and increased the gap to 2-0. From then on, practically only Lisander threatened. At 35 ', after a fine passing game between Lantin and Joset, # 7 kicked off the goalkeeper and the ball stubbornly struck the post. With luck, # 10 was on standby and managed to slip the ball into goal before Gale arrived. 3-0, win guaranteed and place guaranteed. At the end, at 39 ', Joset still had time to make one more, giving final numbers to the game.

Hey all, I'm Gary Rozensweig, and our boys have made the crossroads of Geektopian history, making a miracle run into the knockout stage of a futsal competition for the first time. I'm sorry that I haven't tuned into my sports reports for one month, but this is a perfect storm of circumstances for me to cover everything that has happened this competition, from the group stage to present. Now in our first matchday, we'd a pretty-looking game against the 4th-ranked in the world, Lochario. This was a slim loss from one point and an incredible game for both teams' morale. As the scoreline was 6-5 against Geektopia's fervor, the Greens had plenty of steam to come off with a win against an unranked, right?
Well, to make it look dramatic, Geektopia drew 2 times against the unranked Juventus and Indusse to place themselves 4th. And the Greens had to win only once as they hadn't their past 3 matches to surpass New Zanga, who was 3rd in the group to qualify. But incredibly, Peta-hyperon had made 5 goals in the saving grace versus New Zanga to qualify the Geektopian NT to a Wild Card round drawn against Islas Aaland and in another day, they won that futsal match 3-2 incredibly against the 6th best futsal nation presently to move on to the QF's.
Now ahead of them was a mountain to climb in HUElavia, best futsal team in the world since the founding of this organization. The Motherboards were making extra substitutions now.
