Futsal World Cup Discussion Thread

The Constitution of the Futsal World Cup presented
by the Futsal World Cup Council

Title 1 - Council and Membership

1.1. The Futsal World Cup Council (hereinafter, the FWC Council) is the board responsible for regulating the editions of the Futsal World Cup.

to. Membership to the FWC Council is granted to each user / nation that has published a valid list in the most recent Futsal World Cup.
yes. FWC membership is limited to one nation per user.
C. The updated list of FWC Council members must be published each time a new registration process for a Futsal World Cup begins

1.2. The duties of the FWC Council are:

A: To elect the President of the FWC Council.

B: Vote to decide the next hosts of the Futsal World Cup.

C. Propose and vote on amendments to this Constitution.

1.3. The duties of the President of the FWC Council are:

to. Open and close the vote for the hosts of the Futsal World Cup.
yes. Keep updated the ranking of the Futsal World Cup.

Title 2 - The Futsal World Cup

2.1. The Futsal World Cup (hereafter, FWC) is a tournament open to all nations correctly enrolled in the appropriate registration theme.

2.2. With regard to accommodation, the following rules apply:

to. Any nation is allowed to make an offer to host the FWC, provided it has participated in the most recent edition.
yes. Host offers must be public.
C. After the end of the tender, the FWC Council must vote to accept, reject or reopen offers.

Title 3 - Classification of the Futsal World Cup

3.1. The Futsal World Cup Qualification (hereafter, FWC Classification) must be used in each FWC. In case of breach of this rule, the tournament may lose its approval of the FWC Council.

3.2 The formula for FWC classifications must be made public.

3.3 Updated FWC ratings must be available to the public shortly before and just after each FWC.

Title 4 - Final provisions

4.1. This Constitution may be amended by a member of the FWC Council, when deemed necessary, provided that this amendment is approved by the FWC Council.

4.2. Cases not provided for in this Constitution must be treated by the FWC Council.

So, looking back at the forum, I noticed we had six editions of World Indoor Soccer Championship. Since I abhor this word "Soccer", I'd graciously discard this name.

Also, we had three editions of "properly named" Futsal World Cup: Two by Allied Omaha and One by Frestovenia.

IMO, the current Futsal Invitational could simply be named Futsal World Cup 2 (if considering Frestovenian tournaments) or Futsal World Cup 4 (if also considering Omahan tournaments).

I'd like to read opinions from the participants. I don't care about NS Sport roaming dinosaurs who feel the absolute owners of reason, but who do not participate in anything and just try to impose things.

I thinking naming it the Futsal World Cup 2 would give the competition legibility and help maybe strengthen the continuation of the competition.

The next edition should be called Futsal World Cup, this would be considered as the Futsal Wold Cup 0 and also will be done 4 times a year or every 3 months, or every 4 months, as the tournament is important.

I think the current Invitational should be considered as Futsal WC 4, but the 1st one as a "Revival" or "Modern" Futsal World Cup. Think like the modern Olympics, which are counted since The 1896 Athens tournament.

FWC RANKINGS
The Rankings that will be used to know the level of play of a team (in xkoranate called Skill) have been created the following criteria were used.

-1 The points that the teams achieved throughout the tournament
-2 These points will be multiplied by 2 for example: 5 Ptsx2: 10
-3 They will be added with game points By victory win 3 points by draw 2 points and by defeat 1 point for example: 2 Wins 1 Draw and 1 Defeat: 9 Pts
-4 In the draws that are unpacked in Penalties the winner wins 2 points in general and the loser 1 but in the game points both will take 1 point
-5 To prevent the Skill from being high, they will split in half, for example: 30: 3.0
-6 In case a team has been left with less than 10 in general it will have a zero ahead for example: 7: 0.7

I also thought about that but I think it was a good idea to do something different than the others.

IMO, ranks should be easy to understand. But as long as it could be easily updatable, no real worries.

2 News

1: There will be a new edition of the Futsal World Cup, 3 in 2 cycles is something unbelievable, from now on it will take place after the World Cup and at the time of AOCAF, CR, CE, WLC, WBC, ETC.

2: It will now be used for rankings, the classical method, to divide the points obtained between the matches.

so assuming i bid how did you scorinate last edition’s FWC, taking into account that futsal produces on avg. higher scores than its football counterpart, were styles raised for futsal to only be 0-5?

Actually there is still -5 to +5 even if he has that high number of goals even though a team can stay defensive.
