I'm sorry to be a messenger of disappointing news, however NS Sports had futsal world cups before:

Before then, to quote something I said back in 2015:

As a note, HUElavia would want to submit a bid (Will be done in the near future) to host Futsal WC 1.

We are open to co-hosting with someone else to keep a fair simulation of the tournament.
